There were many open sites but I was put on one of the worst sites I have ever been on. Rate charged according to the website was for a site with a deck but I didn't have one and the pad was not large enough for my unit. I had to use 4 wheel drive to get in and out of the site due to the hill and angle. Staff there was great but the site was horrible.

We were only there one night but the water pressure was so low that we could not shower.

After hours staff was wonderful. Loved the train freight cars. Great site and we can't wait to make another trip.

Campground needs serious work, rotting wood rails, stairs to the lake rotted away or missing, water hookup was out for a 1/3 of the time we were there, front desk staff was not helpful, main firepit full of water and debris. Tried to make a purchase in the store twice but couldn't due to not enough staff or systems weren't working. RV pad very unlevel, etc. Wouldn't recommend this campground.

Only staying for one night and we’re put on a site with a giant hill despite other sites open. Guy backing us in allowed bumper and step to scrape two times trying to get in horrible spot. I insisted on a flatter spot which ended up working out. Also over priced for season and amenities. Won’t be coming back.

Dark if coming at night. Park design is Horrible Roads twist and turn. Not the place to bring a large trailer i Or come at night. So many tripping hazards everywhere. Richard was helpful guiding us into spot. $45 is quite a bit per night. doesnt look any any money is being put into amy improvements in park.

This KOA is very nice. There are a number of sites for RVs right on the lake and if you have a boat, there is a boat slip there as well. You can literally walk out of the RV down to the shore and get in the boat and fish. The camp is large and its good for walking the dogs. The staff at this campground are very friendly and accommodating and the motif of the railroad is really neat.

This was our first RV experience & we had a great time! The staff was very friendly & helpful from start to finish. Fred in particular was fantastic & very helpful! We already look forward to our next stay there!

The park needs a lot of work. The roads, sites and utilities are in desperate need of attention. We camped in or 30 foot 5th wheel. The dirt and gravel road is not good. Mud and potholes, just go slow. Check your site before trying to back in. Some sites are very unlevel and you can see where people have scraped. We had to hook everything up before we let the slide out because it was so tight.

Had a very nice time at the Campground. Attendants were friendly and the lake view was fantastic. Things seem a bit old and very used; I can see they are updating things and with a little more "love" I would have rated it 5 stars.

We were placed between two permanent residents who had so much junk around their camper we were not able to see anything but their stuff. Our campsite was very small and down in a hole. The walk to the lake had unfinished stairs and the dock needed repairs. Very disappointed.

Sites are way to close together. You have to ask people to move their vehicles to be able to get your camper into your campsite. It was convenient to the golf course. We were there for a tournament...

The lake view was beautiful and the staff got me settled right away. Unfortunately, the RV slots are very close to each other and I had a very large and loud group next to me (after 10 pm). There are also several permanent RV residences that area in poor shape and surrounded by junk.

Stayed one night. Older campground with bad roads. They were a mix of pavement and dirt roads. Pad was concrete and level with a wooden deck. We could not find the fire pit until we left the next day. It was an old tire hub from a big truck.

Third time here. We like the space at the lakefront sites and the overall condition of the property. Good riding for our bikes and all site hook ups function as needed. One BIG issue that if fixed we would stay longer. Your wi-fi is TERRIBLE. Our cell signal is not strong enough to run our video conferences so we cannot “work” while there.

Excellent customer service! Matt was very helpful. We arrived at 10PM on a Friday night, and he was there to guide us to our site and even offered to help us set up!

There was a friendly welcome at 2200hrs, we were late, the security that night on hearing we were expecting gust from a nearby base, moved us to a better site with a huge deck so we could all have room to distance as they were on G.O. to distance. VERY satisfied

Nightmare. I got there running from a hurricane, with two babies in the RV, late night (which I called them to make sure that it wouldn't be a problem and the attendant on the phone told me it was ok) and the night guard didn't want to let me in because allegedly my name was not on the reservations EVEN THOUGH I HAD THE CONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATION IN MY HANDS!! they did not even appologize!

This is the first time that we've been here and we will definitely be coming back here soon. We were here the entire time the Hurricane came through and it was very windy but we had a good time anyways.

We arrived late, after hours on Halloween, and were quickly greeted by the friendly manager, Jeff. He made us feel welcome and found us a great spot on the lake. We were grateful for his assistance and hospitality. This KOA is well run and has nice lake views and a fishing pier. You can bring boats and park your trailer in a storage lot.

Beautiful site on the lake. Unfortunately, the ants also like the site. Literally we noticed thousands around the cement pad when setting up. The next night they worked there way inside our camper. Not good Camper beware!!! Bathroom is ok but needs some work.

I was there only there to fish. I had absolutely the best camp site right beside the boat docks. My experience for the reason I was thsee was spot on. The fish cleaning station is awesome. I didn't use any other amenities. I now have a new favorite campground. Thank you.

Unfortunately the lake was muddy. Lousy fishing. No TV. Cable or antenna reception. All in all. Nice place. Needs a little updating

Sites were very tight. Lots of permanent residents which was awkward. The staff was what made this a nice experience. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. Gerri in the front office was warm and welcoming. Kia the activities director really made us have a good time with face painting and karaoke. John sure can rock out on the microphone. We also really appreciate him helping us cover our fire pit from the rain. There were several that drove around asking if they could help with anything.
