It was very quiet and the cabin we stayed in the porch broke when my husband stepped on it and the top step broke when I was walking down so strained my knee. They were very apologetic but we’re not willing to refund anything for our inconvenience. We’re we’re also without water until 10:30 pm the night we got there due to someone else negligence.

Best way to rate my stay and to talk about how great this place is by stating that I work for a company that involves some traveling on my part and I am allowed to stay at hotels. Let's just say, I chose to stay here instead of the local Holiday Inn. Great place, great lake, clean cabin, friendly staff and more of a home feel rather than a hotel feel.

Our 2nd stay, and I enjoyed it. My companion really wanted to watch the FINAL FOUR on Monday night, and couldn't get CBS on the TV, and was upset about that since CBS is a major network. Also the water pressure in the front bathroom was almost non-existent. The back bath worked fine. The staff there is great and answered any questions quickly. Thanks!

The unit was wonderful. The water tanks needed to be emptied and the directions said not to empty them and the last morning I couldn’t flush the toilet. Also they said leave heat/air on auto but it only went on auto on cool and it was cold. But i left it as directed!

We had such a great stay! We got to attend their Annual Craft Fair and it was very well put together and we are already making plans to come back for it next years. We got to speak to the Activity Director and she told us about all the events happening this summer and we can't wait to come back to visit again. The park was very well kept up and all the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Excellent, however the plan was to stay in a Caboose that was reserved at least a month prior. We were not notified of change until two days prior to the date of our reservation, even after several calls on what was included with the Caboose.

Great place and you can feel the friendly vibe all around. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of my unit. I wanted to personally 'thank' the housekeeping staff and found out it was the park manager who cleaned the unit, total RESPECT! Will come back.

Our family spent a weekend here in Sept. I was disappointed that there was so many extra charges the boat slip for one should not have had a charge if you are staying here. To ride your own golf cart was extra. Etc

It was more than I expected. Lodging great. Activities great. People camping were awesome. Office personnel were very friendly and very nice. Night host was extremely helpful and patient with me trying to locate my rental at 2:00am. Thanks for a wonderful time. Grandsons love the camping.

It was a beautiful day and absolutely gorgeous area and campground on the lake. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The rooms were clean and the entire area was as well! I will definitely recommend LAKE OCONEE / GREENSBORO to anyone who is looking for a great spot on the lake and will definitely be returning!!

It was a short two night stay. Near the beautiful town of Madison. The train cars are a great asset to the campground.

the campground manager, Danielle, made this a fantastic stay for our family. She was attentive, kind, and obviously takes pride in her park!! The park itself was very clean and well-kept, has great amenities (pool AND lakefront beach!!), and provided a fun, relaxing, and unique getaway that we absolutely loved!! 10/10 recommend!!

Kampground and lake with pool was nice! Definitely charge too much for train cars. We had roaches in our train which was nasty, our shower head was in need of repair as it just twirled around, old coffee grinds in our coffee maker, you could see the need for maintenance everywhere. This should have been half price of what it was. Roaches were freaky, won’t be back and won’t recommend.

The only reason that I gave it a three is because the Wi-Fi signal wasn’t strong enough inside the cabooses for us to use the TV at all and the pool that is by the caboose we stayed in has never been opened in the past five years other than once and that once was this one day this weekend but the very next day they closed it so I don’t understand why I’m paying $170+ per night for limited am

Really beautiful pools. Disappointed by the "home depot" fire pit instead of a real camping fire pit, and the wood from the office was obviously wet. Also, there were visibility dirty dishes.

First and last time me and my family staying here, this is the worst KOA we have been, im taking about the cabin, other than that the pools are great but the cabin its not good at all, no main ac they want you to clean eveything if not they charge you, bedrooms are extremely hot because no ac only the kitchen has a window ac small, and they should tell you that before you rent, but they dont care.

It’s a beautiful place with a lot of wonderful people working there and there are a lot of things to do including good fishing great swimming pool and an awesome beach and very many group activities so I recommend you take the family and everybody just let loose and relax

I stayed in the caboose:TV did not work,no connection to any cable service.Loved the view from the deck.The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen did not have an oven, I bought a toaster oven at Walmart.Very friendly staff.Needed updated air conditioning system,window units worked in bedrooms,used a portable fan to get air into living room and kitchen.Cookware was very cheap, could use better ones

Beautiful campground with a fun train theme! Their newly opened pool was a great way to cool off from the summer heat. Management and staff were all very friendly and helpful! We're looking forward to coming back next summer!

There was a dirty sweater and dirty depends in the bedroom with poop on it. The air conditioner did not work. It was 82 in the cabin. One of the guys had us turn it off for a day.

We cannot say enough about this amazing park!!! Absolutely breathtaking views, amazing landscaping and super clean! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The manager is awesome and will go above and beyond to help. I swear she worked 24/7 the entire time we were there and she was everywhere through out the park. Our next stay will be in a caboose!! Thank you KOA!!

This place ROCKS! Lots to do. Gorgeous lake and looks like they have pontoon boats too, didn't use, but will next time I come back. Cabin was very clean and tv works off internet, so I simply log in and continue my stream. Georgia is a pretty state itself, and this campground adds to the Southern Charm associated. Very relaxing and friendly staff. Whole place looks like it is well cared.
