Great campground. Some of the roads and boat ramp could use some work. But staff was great and was a great location. We will be back

I can't say ENOUGH! This is my FAVORITE KOA CAMPGROUND hands down! My partner and I have such a lovely time. The grounds team are always so helpful and in high spirits, the landscape is well kept and adding new flowers every year, and always well organized activities running in the summer. Shout out to Dale & Jim for escorting us after hours in the pouring rain. What a blessing!

We were visiting family and absolutely love this park. Stunning. I appreciated all the attention to detail that went into the cabin to make our stay comfortable. We had everything we needed while we were here. We can't wait to come back this fall

We stayed in Cabin #33, it was more comfortable than expected. The only downside was an invasion of sugar ants. We beat them back with RAID but they kept coming throughout our stay. It wasn't food they were after, the ants were in the bathroom, maybe water? The KOA staff (ken and Betty) were friendly and helpful about things to do in the area.

Awesome place. Stayed in a rental, very clean. Great internet and Roku tv too. It's like I was able to watch shows from actual home. Great weather, did get cold one night, beautiful lake and fall colors. Definitely coming back. Everyone so friendly too.

I stayed in a caboose during my time here and it was so neat! The lake is beautiful, and the park is well taken care of!

Wonderful stay a very different kind of KOA than most..It was nice to get a free night but I did not like the pet charge for that night. Because you had to clean the place before leaving was strange since you are paying over 200 plus a day

Very great stay at this resort! There was never a dull moment. We went for a escape from ATL and we got exactly that. Whatever you are wanting to make of this weekend will happen. Whether you're ready to sing your heart out at Karaoke, swim in the sparkling pool, a relaxing morning on the deck. What ever you want, this campground will deliver! Activity Director Ki was so great!!!

We had a great stay here - the staff was incredibly nice, the pools were sparkling, and we already miss the goats. Unfortunately, the wi-fi never worked and all the tvs were streaming models. This was a bummer because we work remotely and couldn’t check in without leaving - limiting the time we could all be together and playing with our child.

This is my second year visiting the KOA and both my fiancé and I love it! All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Kiara Carty has activity plans for all ages to enjoy! I recommend and encourage people to visit. It's so relaxing, peaceful, and beautiful! Definitely will be making this a yearly visit!

Very clean cabin, and pleasant staff with the exception of one of the after hours host. KOA needs to address, loud and disrespectful people, and hire maintenance man to handle HVAC and plumbing repairs. Our cabin air did not work properly, and it was reported, as was not a leak under the bathroom sink, but a pour. Don’t go here is my advice.

We stayed in a 2 br cabin by the lake. This is how a family campground is supposed to be built and run. Beautiful view, great facilities and incredible staff. From housekeeping, to maintenance, to the store, Danielle and her staff are just wonderful, and definitely don't forget about Ki and the activities!!!! LOVE THIS PLACE !!!20 out of 10 we stayed 29 June - 1 July. And we will be back.

I stayed in a park model by the lake! It was very clean and comfortable. Everyone was super nice, especially the front desk girls. It was a much needed relaxing getaway! Will definitely recommend Lake Oconee KOA!

My sister and I booked this stay for our Mom as a Mother’s Day gift. We stayed in caboose. Loved it. Very clean and had everything needed. Beautiful sun rises and sunsets! All of the staff were so friendly! My mom commented on several occasions “it is so peaceful here!” Activities were great, pools and boat ride on the lake were also a highlight. Next stay will be longer than 3 nights! T

Every worker here is super friendly and greeted my family everytime they passed us by! My children loved going to all the activities planned around the park. Me and my wife really enjoyed the lake view from our cabin. Despite the busy holiday weekend, the park never felt overcrowded, and the manager responded to any issues in a timely manner. My family and I can't wait to come back next year!

It was very quiet and the cabin we stayed in the porch broke when my husband stepped on it and the top step broke when I was walking down so strained my knee. They were very apologetic but we’re not willing to refund anything for our inconvenience. We’re we’re also without water until 10:30 pm the night we got there due to someone else negligence.

Best way to rate my stay and to talk about how great this place is by stating that I work for a company that involves some traveling on my part and I am allowed to stay at hotels. Let's just say, I chose to stay here instead of the local Holiday Inn. Great place, great lake, clean cabin, friendly staff and more of a home feel rather than a hotel feel.

Our 2nd stay, and I enjoyed it. My companion really wanted to watch the FINAL FOUR on Monday night, and couldn't get CBS on the TV, and was upset about that since CBS is a major network. Also the water pressure in the front bathroom was almost non-existent. The back bath worked fine. The staff there is great and answered any questions quickly. Thanks!

The unit was wonderful. The water tanks needed to be emptied and the directions said not to empty them and the last morning I couldn’t flush the toilet. Also they said leave heat/air on auto but it only went on auto on cool and it was cold. But i left it as directed!

We had such a great stay! We got to attend their Annual Craft Fair and it was very well put together and we are already making plans to come back for it next years. We got to speak to the Activity Director and she told us about all the events happening this summer and we can't wait to come back to visit again. The park was very well kept up and all the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Pulled a travel trailer and had a late check-in. There was a worker waiting for me and took me to my site and helped me direct my trailer in the dark and rain. Great service.
