The view from the sites near the lake is beautiful. Who doesn’t like a lake view? The site was okay. The concrete pad, deck is in need of repair. The employees were fabulous. Very nice and helpful. My stay was short, so I didn’t get a good feel for the property.

The wi-fi is terrible. 2 of the 4 days I spent the wi-fi name was not even listed when searching. Had to watch TV on my IPhone. The umbrella at the site kept turning over even after maintenance changed the stand. The chairs at the patio table need to be replaced before someone falls through them. It wasn't worth the price I paid to have a patio and lake view.

Very brief one night. Staff very professional, helpful. The only thing we found to be an issue was the deck outside our door. It needed repair and could be a fall hazard. Other than that we were fine. Especially with the service.

Staff are very friendly no matter what. They were a Skelton crew but however I could never guess that they were. They had a smile on their face and never once heard anyone complain. Anytime I called to ask questions as this was my 1st KOA they were always kind and polite. I would most definitely come back again!

We love this campgound and stayed her 6 years ago also. This time we stayed in the train car. There was an issue with large roaches that could be treated. My daughter woke up and stepped on one. And I picked up my phone and one was in it. While I get we are in the woods some pest control could help.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was a hot weekend but the AC was nice and cool. The deck was tucked in amongst the trees , sitting out there in the evenings was so serene . The Greensboro , KOA Georgia, was quiet and filled with mainly families . The staff is so kind and accommodating. The swimming pools are crystal clear . Love this KOA

Pros - The staff is friendly and professional. Fishing is Great! Cons - The camp sites are small and close together. The ground needs lots of landscaping. The many resident sites are in horrible condition. They take up over half the place. Most of them are junked up with lots of stuff everywhere. It's awful. We only went because it was our favorite place when my children were growing up.

We enjoyed the Fourth of July weekend we camp there at lake side I would like to see koa make improvements on stairs the last step is to deep to get or down I would love a ramp to get items from car down to tent and back up to car when checking out the koa corporate needs to support project and all sites need picnic tables and we love this koa lake Oconee

Grounds have not been maintained / Smaller pool was full of Hair and the liner was coming off / water was under the liner in the small pool / wood on decks need to be replaced / Manager stated it’s first come first serve on renting Golf Carts; however, she allowed someone to pre-pay for a cart / site 5 was good and right on the water but the deck spindles were coming off/ probably won’t return

We were disappointed with the mobile home we received. It needed major updates on the outside and inside. We understood after seeing it why there are very minimal, if any, photos of the accommodations online. It was far from the RV section, so we felt removed from our friends we were meeting there. We drove to visit with them. The lake was nice, but overall the mobile home section felt neglected.

My family enjoyed our stay very much. During our stay, we enjoyed the pool, the animals, and the activities they hosted on Saturday. The accommodations were very clean, and comfortable, and all the staff members we encountered were so nice and friendly. Lake Oconee is beautiful.

Loved it! All staff very friendly and helpful. Clubhouse very clean, hot showers. They have church services Sunday at the clubhouse 9 to 11 am. Can't wait to come again!

Our spot had a perfect view of the lake. We loved the patio, it was perfect for our set up. The slope of our spot and leaf coverage in the ground made it a little tricky for setting up causing me to slip a little but every adventure comes with a story! We will definitely be back!

As much as the view of the lake makes this place amazing, the long term stays really run down the place. Yes, they have 2 clean pools and club house, but while there they had no kid activities. I didnt see kids at all in the campground honestly. If it was just my husband and I camping alone, it wouldn't be bad, but our kids like camping and enjoy being around other kids camping.

Campgrounds are well maintained and staff is very friendly. Really enjoyed our stay. 2 critiques regarding the Caboose cabin (C-9): 1) Beds are awful; might as well slept on the floor because there was no padding - please improve with a mattress topper or something; 2) Shower head sprayed everywhere but at you - needs to be replaced.

site was dirty with leaves and debris. Table was full of bird droppings and umbrella was broken. Decking also was not even and we tripped a couple of times. I would suggest a full update.

Picnic table we had was rotten. The playgrounds wasn’t playgrounds the kids wanted to where it was. The campsite was good the swimming pools were great

Such a beautiful place!! So well run and helpful staff. I had planned on staying just overnight but enjoyed it so much I extended it through the weekend! I look forward to visiting again. Great place! Amazing view right on the lake.

The staff was the bright spot at this campground. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The campground itself needs a good amount of groundwork. When it rained, the water drainage all came into our pad in front of the door. We actually bought sandbags to divert the water. They have limited grass, so the dirt and mulch are a mess with any water.

The site we had was great. I would just add that unless you get the premium lake sites you may not enjoy it as much. We had the premium site and it was great. The beach and the pools are perfect. It is also close enough to the town where there are great restaurants.

This is a beautiful campground. Our site was back in right on the lake. Situated in plenty off trees. Wonderful sunsets. Easy access to shopping. Staff were awesome. Facilities were nice and clean.

A little older, but great perks and options for the stay. More/fresh gravel on the pad would have been nice. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They were fantastic!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations were very clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, the animals, and the activities they hosted on Saturday. All of the staff members we encountered were so nice and friendly. We can't wait to come back again.

We only stayed overnight so we weren't able to use all the amenities available at this campground but our stay was nice. We were escorted to our spot by a very nice gentlemen and had a nice end spot with lots of space. We had a cute little fire pit and picnic table at our spot. Pet friendly which was a plus. This is definitely a place to stay for a week or so to enjoy everything they have to offer

Located on the north shore of the lake, the site offered a beach view, and we took some beautiful sunrise and sunset photos. The staff was friendly and accommodating; the manager took us out on one of the boats. The cabin we stayed in was pet-friendly. We went into nearby Greensboro, and my boyfriend shopped for some vintage vinyl. Would definitely recommend for anyone who loves the RV life!
