Wifi Signal did disconnect or drop a lot through. Loved our view. Campground was very clean

Only giving a star at all because the staff was friendly. Trash was piled high in the dumpster and smelled awful. Lots of permanent residents with "stuff" scattered on and around their sites. Worst of all, our site was on a hill and we had a very difficult time getting level.

We only stayed for a night. We were at camp #7. There was a sewage issue at the campsite. It should of never been made available until the issue was fixed. It smelled like raw sewage and every couple of hours someone would show up to pump the sewage. This was man son's birthday that was marred by a sewage issue. We have always had great experiences at koa. This time could of been same but no luck.

This is my second year visiting the KOA and both my fiancé and I love it! All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Kiara Carty has activity plans for all ages to enjoy! I recommend and encourage people to visit. It's so relaxing, peaceful, and beautiful! Definitely will be making this a yearly visit!

We had a great stay! It's clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The pool is well maintained and the bath house is always neat and clean.

Really nice campground and amenities. Sites are relatively spacious. We stayed in site 40 and that site was not good. Leveling the RV was difficult and the pad wasn't nearly wide enough for the steps to land on. We had to extend the steps legs to the last hole and still had to block them up. This made getting in and out of RV difficult.

No one told us there was going to be pumping sounds constantly at site 7. Very disruptive when you want to have a relaxing evening on the lake. Highly disappointed.

It could be a nice park with a little upkeep. It was a holiday weekend and the grass had not been cut and weeds were tall; the constant running of the sewer pump “Fiix” and smell right outside our spot was really bad and it appeared no one knew how to fix it as it stayed that way for 5 days and heard it was a common problem; and the lack of overall upkeep Of the park was not good. It was a great vacation spot! Loved the activity director, Kiara! My grandkids loved the carnival games! There's something for everybody to do!

The reason I didn't give 10 or 5 stars is because there needs a lot of work done to the facility. The dock needs to be redone, and or several boards need to be replaced. It is very dangerous. The water pressure was very low. We had to put water in our holding tank, and use are pump to get good water pressure.

Very clean cabin, and pleasant staff with the exception of one of the after hours host. KOA needs to address, loud and disrespectful people, and hire maintenance man to handle HVAC and plumbing repairs. Our cabin air did not work properly, and it was reported, as was not a leak under the bathroom sink, but a pour. Don’t go here is my advice.

We stayed in a 2 br cabin by the lake. This is how a family campground is supposed to be built and run. Beautiful view, great facilities and incredible staff. From housekeeping, to maintenance, to the store, Danielle and her staff are just wonderful, and definitely don't forget about Ki and the activities!!!! LOVE THIS PLACE !!!20 out of 10 we stayed 29 June - 1 July. And we will be back.

I stayed in a park model by the lake! It was very clean and comfortable. Everyone was super nice, especially the front desk girls. It was a much needed relaxing getaway! Will definitely recommend Lake Oconee KOA!

The only issue that we had was that there was a problem with the pump station next to our site. The crew worked on it for the three days that we were there. It would not have been a problem except that they worked late into the evening.... around 11 pm every night. They were considerate of our situation, but it still caused us not to enjoy our time there.

Had a great time. 1 pool was closed due to no land line phone. Staff was very nice and helpful, bathrooms were clean, grass could have been cut, some weeds could have been weeded. Last morning take down day they had issues with whole campground water being out. So we had issues with not being able to flush out the black water tank. Overall nice campground.

After explaining 2 times I'm on a motorcycle just for overnight,I still was charged $70 for a lakeside tent spot. These you have to trek up/down a hill with all your stuff. I mentioned getting a grass site for easier in/out with bike,but never happened one was still empty when I left in am. Just an overall hassle for an overnight stay.Alot of permanent resident live there so not all camping.

I have been rv camping for several years. Lot 120 was the worst lot I have ever stayed at. It was so unlevel in all directions. A little grading on you part could have made it alot better.

Staff very helpful!! We had trouble unhooking from our truck when we got there. I called the office and they immediately sent some help to us. Any time they ride by on the carts and would see us sitting outside, they would ask if everything is alright or did we need anything. I would highly recommend this rv camping resort!

Company kept my debit card info without my consent and charged me for excessive cleaning without notification and lied saying we left cigarette butts with no proof since we do NOT smoke. Mediocre customer service.

I was very happy until they turned the water off of our site 30 mins before we had to check out. I had to finish washing my dishes after I got home. That was VERY UPSETTING!

We apologize for the inconvenience, but unfortunately when a water hydrant is hit we have to fix it immediately leaving this situation completely out of our control. We ask for your understanding and wish this stay could have been a 10/10 for you.

We had a nice stay. Bathrooms are clean. Beach was GREAT! Our fur baby throughly enjoyed it. T4 camp site VERY steep! The steps going down to the tent pad needs some work. Have to be very careful! Staff very friendly.

Great spot on Lake Oconee. Had a spot right on the water and the views were great. Grounds and pools were well maintained and we will be back.

Very quiet; the facilities and grounds were good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. 1. The runoff from the laundry room was a foot from our site, making the ground constantly wet and a little smelly 2. The picnic table shown in the picture was not there. Luckily we brought our table.

Was an overnight. Service was prompt and the people were very nice. The place is very nice, wooded and a large lake.

The park is beautiful. Staff is friendly. We were told (regarding which site we wanted) it was, "first come, first serve" basis on the sites. The site we were assigned was to small & very unlevel. There were SEVERAL EMPTY level sites right beside us, level, we asked for. We were told, no & it was taken. 2 lrg dogs at the camper across from us were fighting, growling & barking. Not a pleasant stay

This looks like a nice campground if you stay a week or more but we just needed an overnight stay. It was 21 miles from the Interstate if you are headed east which was not expected. Don’t think we will return.

Pulled a travel trailer and had a late check-in. There was a worker waiting for me and took me to my site and helped me direct my trailer in the dark and rain. Great service.
