Surprised that there was no flatware, bowls, plates in the cabin. No "soft " surfaces to sit on. Nice wooden chairs were hard. Bed was very firm. Nice TV. Verizon had no reception + WiFi none existing unless i stood under the WiFi tower.

We’ve stayed at many KOAs and found this one was the least like “camping”. Granted, we are in the heart of Orlando/Disney but the lack of greenery and pavement city takes away from the illusion of camping. We bought milk and two ice cream cones from the store which were all bad (rotten, freezer burnt. For the price, you can’t beat it. Our cabin was clean and so was our surrounding area.

Everyone is friendly and the staff is always helpful. Always clean and well stocked. The grounds are always well maintained.

I have been going there for so long I love the place it's the only place we stay when we go to Kissimmee. it is so nice and clean. the people are so nice and friendly. The staff is Amazing!!! and the place is just Awesome.

We enjoyed our visit! The park was very clean and had so many amenities! The staff was excellent! My only concern was the homeless that wandered through the park. A gate would be a great way to help with security.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin and the cabin was very nice. Everything would have been 5 stars 10/10 except the air conditioning situation was terrible. We had friend in two other cabins and thier experience was very similar. We love the cabins and the grounds however the a/c desperately needs addressed.

We are returning customers to this location, our last visit was in 2015. We really enjoy staying in the cabins. The check-in process was easy, the cabin was clean and well stocked for our stay, everything in the house worked properly. I think some newer ceiling fans with easy to adjust settings would be a nice upgrade. I really can’t ask for much more with the cabins though, we had a great time!

My parents traveled frequently with his business and always stayed at KOAs when they could. Thier's was always a pleasant experience, so when Hurrican Idalia forced us to evacuate, I decided to try a KOA that was not far from my home. I had my son, who got a pull-thru site for his RV, and I had my 96 year old mother with me, so I rented a cabin. I could not have found better accommodations!

I stayed at this KOA campsite in a cabin about 3x with no problems. However, at this recent visit, I encountered numerous issues. There was a musty smell throughout the cabin, animal hair everywhere, an AC that had cooling problems, a shower curtain liner that was disgusting on the bottom and a K- pod coffee pot covered in dust. The first day I wanted to leave but did not want to lose my money.

I have stayed at KOA before it was amazing as usual. First time in this Cabin but we loved it. The cabin was very clean the park is always very clean. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Will def be back.

Bathroom floor falling thru, double doors wouldn’t close all the way, had to mop the floors filthy, air condition struggled to keep temperature, musty smell. Grounds were nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful especially at check in.

We stayed 4 nights over the Labor Day weekend. Our small deluxe cabin was clean and comfortable. The campground was quiet. Very enjoyable stay! We highly recommend this KOA!

Exceptionally well maintained campground and facilities. We stayed in a deluxe cabin which had everything we needed for a great stay. The A/C in the cabin worked very well, which was essential in the Florida heat. Pool had good hours, which was very handy after long days at the theme parks. Staff were helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back/recommend this KOA.

I wasn't really thrilled to find a pubic hair on the toilet seat. And when I told the lady at the desk she said "oh no matter how much we clean sometimes we miss things". I wasn't really thrilled to hear her say that. If my Wife would have found that, it would have been a deal breaker, but I removed it before she could see it. Other than that everything was great.

Cabin #302 had a few issues. The ceiling above the fan in the bedroom was covered in dust. Both fans in the cabin were loud and wobbly I had to turn them off for the entire visit. The sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable, you could feel the springs. The TV in bedroom was not viewable due to static. The lights above the bed were way too close for comfort, hit my head a few times. All else great!

Amazing! We have stayed here many times and always enjoy our time there. The new improvements in outdoor furniture and campsites are wonderful. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Cabins are clean. No complaints here.

No A/C unit in bedroom with half bath in deluxe cabin, heat was not on and staff blamed it on heat outside. We were sweating at bedtime therefore, quite miserable. No parking on site for second vehicle.

So affordable beautiful place inside and out. Dog friendly and the cabins have everything in them. We stayed 3 days if I could I would have stayed much longer. Beautiful warm pool and hot tub. Laundry area this place is beautiful neat and clean. Staff was very kind and the grounds are beautiful. Great price I'd go back for sure. Bunk beds for kids grill area and doggie pen. Loved this place.

We spent 2 nights in deluxe cabin 119. The park is so quaint and clean, much better than I expected for being inner city. Pool was great, cabin clean and very nice. Firepit and outdoor furniture was impressive. We really enjoyed our little get away.
