Perk is very nice with paved streets and pads. Our concern was tha check in office is toward the back,of the park. After retrieving our late check in packet, we had to make several circles through the park to be able to turn into our very narrow assigned space. May have been better if we had been guided. Streets and rv spaces ver tight, narrow. Probably not going back there.

Dichtbij Disney. Prijs ok. Sanitair niet schoon en deuren konden niet dicht. Veel te veel chloor/zout in het zwembad. Badkleding kunnen we weggooien.

Just a bit too close to the road, concerns about passers by and road noise. It would have been nice to see some basic groceries in stock in the shop.

This is the cleanest KOA we have stayed at! The sites were paved and very large. The lawn furniture at the site was a great perk. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool, hot tub and picnic area were clean and a unique perk. By far the best KOA we have stayed at.

We arrived after business hours from a long drive. Check-in was super easy! There was plenty of bedding and towels ready. Nice Clean cabin! The only issue we had was needing more instructions for the air conditioner. We had a hard time figuring out how to adjust it. Definitely a positive experience at this KOA! Nice quiet spot to retreat to!

The spots were great, easy to get in and out. For being in the middle of town, there was limited city noise. Swimming pool and hot was nice and the bathrooms were tidy. Trash pick up throughout the day! I think the only thing that was a slight issue was that the laundry room smelled mildest .. it may need to run some Affresh through the washers or add some ventilation in the room.

It is a great campground, once you get in. The entrance and exits are very small, not real friendly for anything bigger than a VW towing a pop up. Also, saw a few members of pants down crowd wondering through the park probably looking for something to take with them. Overall though, its a nice place.

One of the cleanest KOAs we stayed at. Prior to a night of bad weather, staff went around to let campers know.

This was our First time at this location and It was absolutely perfect. Very Clean and easy to navigate, very organized and friendly at check in, location was Great. our stay was absolutely perfect! Mostly great place. The kids enjoyed it. Next time, we will request a different site. Our site had too much nighttime noise from the road and from the activity behind the Waffle House.

Need signs “Lock your bikes, cars, and valuables” i had an electric bike stolen. No caution signs anywhere or on any literature about these thefts. There should be. If you really care about your guests and their safety, post signs otherwise it is clear negligence. Supposedly there are cameras and hopefully the police will see but no one really cares.

Have stayed in the pull thru sites and they were great. The back in sites are to short to accommodate a Class A. Would recommend and stay again in a pull thru.

A very nice and clean location. Well run with very helpful and hard working employees. My only reservation about rebook/recommending is due to a lack of security. Access is far too unlimited. We were unable to relax due the constant reminders from the employees about thefts (which were of course appreciated and helpful). So affordable beautiful place inside and out. Dog friendly and the cabins have everything in them. We stayed 3 days if I could I would have stayed much longer. Beautiful warm pool and hot tub. Laundry area this place is beautiful neat and clean. Staff was very kind and the grounds are beautiful. Great price I'd go back for sure. Bunk beds for kids grill area and doggie pen. Loved this place.

We spent 2 nights in deluxe cabin 119. The park is so quaint and clean, much better than I expected for being inner city. Pool was great, cabin clean and very nice. Firepit and outdoor furniture was impressive. We really enjoyed our little get away.
