Staff very friendly an the cabin was good, the main reason I booked was for the prizer lagoon which was not there anymore an all the things thay say thay have for kids which I did not know we have to bring our own stuff for. There was no coffee filter had to buy them. Basketball bring your own vollyball bring your own there was nothing but swimming for the kids to do. Need to update your website

Very nice campground. All personnel was very friendly. Grounds were maintained well, and everything we saw was clean. We had a beautiful spot on the lake. The only complaint we had (which can't be helped by the campground) is that the roads leading to it are VERY narrow!

We paid extra to lock in a site near my parents. It was given away with no notice, and on arrival we found we'd been moved away from them. Staff had no explanation but upgraded us to the Lagoon site. Teenagers sped around on gas golf carts, threatened my kids, and stole my son's bike at the playground. Weed smell was constant throughout the park. We left 5 days early and won't return.

Bathroom was filthy and mentioned it to 2 employees over 2 days before it was cleaned. Boards on deck by bathrooms were less than sturdy. Several workers weren't sure about anything. Alot of miscommunication to rent a pontoon. Tiffany was tops as far as straightening thing out. Lastly, Pretty sure its time to replace kayaks and paddle boats.(Missing seats and worn out parts.)

Overall we had a great stay for 7 nights. The bugs made it uncomfortable being outside in evening and at night could not have any lights on outside or would be swarmed by insects. During our stay there was a power outage that the KOA notified us of so we were able to come back from our outing over an hour away to let our dogs out of the camper that was 90 degrees when we got there. Grateful.

We love staying at Prizer Point. The staff are always looking to help and so friendly. They keep everything up and it is always clean. Can't wait to come back in a few weeks for a waterfront site!

It was very nice. We stayed at site 2 and the only issue we experienced was nobody occupied site one at the point and every day we were there people would go there and fish mostly the same people. They would get there at the crack of dawn and stay there all day playing loud music with multiple other people coming and going throughout the day. If they want that site why don’t they just rent it

Our extended family had a great stay. We did have some issues that should have been avoided if staff followed a simple checklist for their duties. Our reservation had not been acted upon 5 hours after being made, but we were given upgraded accommodations. The floor of the upgrade was swept but not mopped. I had to call to get my boat and golf cart refund. Staff was friendly and resolved issues.

We absolutely love coming to stay here! I love all the activities for the kids. It’s very peaceful and relaxing! We did miss having the inflatable water course hopefully something awesome will be taking its place. We definitely will be back soon!

2 of the bunk beds had missing boards, so they caved in. We did not have a glider for our firepit (did notify the staff). No Lakeshore zone/wibit, even though pics are on the website. No pedals cars, bike trails were not on the map or easily marked. Staff was polite and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and lake access was nice.

There was way to many large dogs running around without a lease, pooping and peeing everywhere. Something needs to be done about that!

Chalet 2 was a little disappointing. Couch was very uncomfortable and the smoke detector kept chirping. Turned in request for new battery replacement and was never done. The campground and staff were great. We’d come again but probably camp. There is a lot nice activities going on for the littles and both pools were really nice.

Very nice place. Lots to do! Very informative with text messages of daily activities. My only complaint is the people before us did not pick up after their dog and it was right by the door of where we parked our Rv. They also emptied their ashtray in our fire pit. Maybe you could check site before and after people come and go.

Unfortunately this KOA just miss the marked. I called early the day of to reserve a golf cart, upon arrival they shared that they didn’t have a reservation for me and that they were out of golf carts. Checking into our site, they took us to the wrong tent site after we already set up they let us know. Ordered bundles of wood and it took 24 hours for someone to bring it. Just disorganized.

This was our first time visiting Prizer Point. We loved every minute of it! The grounds and all the facilities were clean, the staff were friendly and the pool was amazing! We will definitely be back!

Friendly staff, clean campsite. One of the pools was down for a day but received a text message letting me know. The next day they kept working on it and got it fixed.

I’m a KOA rewards member and have been to many KOAs and I exclusively rent cabins. This cabin was in need of a refresh. Rotting wood on stairs was a safety concern. The bed couch was prob. from the 70’s and needs to be burned. The dish washing ‘juice’ was literally water with a few drops of actual dish soap. I called before I came to ask if I needed to bring anything and should have been

Loved the campground. Only thing I would have liked is not to have my firewood delivered and able to take it with me once purchased as it pushed dinner time back further than I wanted

Nice place had a patio site right by the lake. level site, clean, restrooms and shower house clean, both indoor and outdoor pools are nice. Very large campground with lots to do, if you can't find something to do it's your own fault. Quiet at night, was a little concerned it would be noisy as large a place as it is, they enforce the quiet hours well. Nice staff and facilities and grounds.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our sites were absolutely perfect being right next to the lake, I think we made some good memories for the kids. Our only complaint is the shower house next to the covered pool. The bathrooms were filled with bugs, floors soft and sagging, and really cramped. It wasn’t enough to keep us from coming back, but it’s close.

The store onsite was nice, the playgrounds seemed nice (didn't use). The golf cart was infested with spiders, the campsite needed to be mowed, the gameroom should have a dollar exchanger to get lower bills to play, the "limbo party' was very lame, the foam solution for foam party hurt/burn all the kids eyes, the common areas like picnic area & pool chairs need to be pressure washed.

Despite weather and having to leave, i really like the campgrounds. The bathrooms are due for remodel, but at the end of the day, they are campground bathrooms and they are cleaner than i can find in any other park

Staff was very helpful on two different occasions: finding shelter during a tornado warning when it was an absolute downpour and recommending an Rv repair service that came to us to change two damaged tires. Nice to have a restaurant on site, we ate in and did take out. We stayed in the new wooded area. Very quiet and spacious. On our “return to” list.

Lots to do at this campground. Service was exceptional. Fixed and delivered golf cart very shortly after flat and ignition switch issue. Staff found and kept granddaughter's stuffed animal in safe keeping after our last visit. We all had a great time. Rooms could use mopping in-between guests but everything else was great.

Great place for the family for a week or just a weekend. We brought our boat up from Tennessee and really enjoyed the pool, playgrounds, kayaks, and the marina.
