Our golf cart broke down. Waited for an hour for the maintenance person to come. I called again, someone said would send a replacement cart. They never did. The maintenance was a teenager (sweet kid) who didn’t have enough experience. Brought us to our cabin and dropped the cart off 2 hours later. We lost out on 3 hours. When we complained, we were not offered any partial refund. Disappointing.

It just wasn’t a 10… need to focus on cleaning inside and outside a little better. I get it’s your busy time of year. I work at a resort also. But just focus on little more cleaning would be an improvement. Also upgrading dishes pots pans silverware would be great. All in all we had great time. Made memories and that’s what it’s all about. We’ll be back. �

The fort was extremely outdated and very uncomfortable with no where to sit and bad TV. Staff were great and view was great.

Staff very friendly an the cabin was good, the main reason I booked was for the prizer lagoon which was not there anymore an all the things thay say thay have for kids which I did not know we have to bring our own stuff for. There was no coffee filter had to buy them. Basketball bring your own vollyball bring your own there was nothing but swimming for the kids to do. Need to update your website

Our extended family had a great stay. We did have some issues that should have been avoided if staff followed a simple checklist for their duties. Our reservation had not been acted upon 5 hours after being made, but we were given upgraded accommodations. The floor of the upgrade was swept but not mopped. I had to call to get my boat and golf cart refund. Staff was friendly and resolved issues.

We absolutely love coming to stay here! I love all the activities for the kids. It’s very peaceful and relaxing! We did miss having the inflatable water course hopefully something awesome will be taking its place. We definitely will be back soon!

2 of the bunk beds had missing boards, so they caved in. We did not have a glider for our firepit (did notify the staff). No Lakeshore zone/wibit, even though pics are on the website. No pedals cars, bike trails were not on the map or easily marked. Staff was polite and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and lake access was nice.

There was way to many large dogs running around without a lease, pooping and peeing everywhere. Something needs to be done about that!

Chalet 2 was a little disappointing. Couch was very uncomfortable and the smoke detector kept chirping. Turned in request for new battery replacement and was never done. The campground and staff were great. We’d come again but probably camp. There is a lot nice activities going on for the littles and both pools were really nice.

I’m a KOA rewards member and have been to many KOAs and I exclusively rent cabins. This cabin was in need of a refresh. Rotting wood on stairs was a safety concern. The bed couch was prob. from the 70’s and needs to be burned. The dish washing ‘juice’ was literally water with a few drops of actual dish soap. For our stay the staff was very nice and help for. As for the ground. They were good. Definitely, some upkeep and maintenance could be done, but overall, the campground area with your chairs and fire pits.For very nice. As for our our cabin. We'll thats another story. We stayed in FORT 95 from May 19th to May 25th. We were looking a place to spend our evenings and nights only as we were away during the daytime. I had assumed there would be at least a small couch to offer some level of comfort but there were only four hard wooden chairs. The cabin maintenance was NOT good as there were too many issues to list here. I would like to provide a list of these issues.

Horrible experience! Staff untrained and unfriendly. I’ve been going to Prizer Point for 10 years and by far the worst experience ever. I would like to cancel my upcoming stay in July.

Our stays are always wonderful. The only negatives that I have are that the cabins need to be updated terribly and they also need to be cleaned if a guest is going to rent them.

We stayed in a Deluxe cabin. There was no walk way so it was very muddy and and the grass was not kept up with. The cabin itself was very dusty and had many dead bugs and hair on the linens and shower. For the rates that we paid there should be way more upkeep to the grounds as well as more elevated bedding, linens, amenities.

The property is absolutely beautiful and all the fire pits and outdoor furniture is also beautiful and extremely nice!! We love it there……BUT our cabin was not clean nor was the cabin part of our family was in. They actually had to sweep bugs out of the tub and the floors were very nasty in both cabins. We had ants when we arrived and bugs in the windows. Cleaned cabins would boost ratings

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. When I had to wait at check-in for a new key to be made for my cabin, they were apologetic, polite and gifted me a bundle of free firewood for my time. I've stayed many times and will return.

Over all, a very fun stay! It's a beautiful place! Our cabin (Fort 95) had an inch gap under the front door where water was pouring in during a heavy rain, and critters and flies could easily get in. But we notified maintenance and they came right over to fix the door and bring towels to clean up the water. Our favorite part was the armadillo running around - so cute!! And No Way Jose was delish!

Cabin was nice but didn't have any LR furniture to sit on n bathroom was small. The pier restaurant only had Mexican food so you would have to drive elsewhere for anything else. Besides this, it was good and the staff was really helpful and friendly! We will definitely go again but more prepared.

Our cabin was clean and situated in a nice grassy area. The grounds were well maintained. The only two negatives is one of the full sized beds was lumpy and uncomfortable. Also only one of the three beds was made when we arrived. Those things are minor, we plan to return and stay longer too.

The word Deluxe in the description of the cabin is a little misleading, very small, however the view we had was excellent. I think your website could use more photos when describing the rental cabins, forts, condos, cottages, etc. (Maybe a drawing of the floor plan). Floors were not very clean when we arrived.

3rd time back in last 3 months! This time we left the camper at home & tried a cabin for a short 2 day trip. It had everything we needed. Beds weren't super comfy but no big deal. Still slept great after a long fun day on the water and in the pool. Thats my only "complaint " & i wouldn't even call it that! My kids love riding their bikes & jumping on bounce pad. Friendly neighbors & staff as alway

We had an escort to our lodging, and he checked to make sure everything was set and working for our stay, including the propane in the outdoor grill. Excellent and friendly customer service. Apreciated the instruction sheet for the tv.

Cabin K2 needs a lot of work. Rotted out front door frame, no plates or bowl in cabinet , air conditioner needs replaced and shower floor is very slick as I fell in shower.
