Horrible experience! Staff untrained and unfriendly. I’ve been going to Prizer Point for 10 years and by far the worst experience ever. I would like to cancel my upcoming stay in July.

I know you have had a lot of rain but the maintenance was poor,the cabana at the pool was terrible,and the workers were not very friendly

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They were super friendly also. The facilities were top notch. The best KOA I have ever visited!

We loved the sites close to the water and free amenities like the kayaks and paddleboards. We also needed an extra sewer hose and the store had one for purchase. Only downside was having a security light directly over our site which brought in lots of bugs to our camper. Would definitely come back.

Had a good time

1. Site was covered with mud and leaves! Spent over an hour cleaning the site. 2. 3 of us had sites together with guarantee paid and you had given someone else one of the sites. ( This is the second time this happened) thought it was an accident then, now we think differently! 3. Bathrooms were locked on Sunday with no sign or communication. 4. Fresh water had brown tint. Same issue last year.

This is our families HAPPY PLACE! Tiffany, Jason, and Candice made the stay even better as they always do; Hope is a great front line young person that is very welcoming and helpful.

First time at Prizer Point KOA and we loved it! Even the rain couldn’t keep us from enjoying our long weekend stay here. Awesome amenities and the staff are AMAZING! All of the guest were warm and friendly too. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was good except for the golf carts. Unauthorized and underage kids operating golf carts in a very unsafe and careless manner. No enforcement on this matter. (I guess they were afraid to make little Johnny or Susie's mom or dad mad or upset them). During safe and quiet hours, the golfcarts with adults and kids having their radios turned up to loud going all over the camping area.

The property is absolutely beautiful and all the fire pits and outdoor furniture is also beautiful and extremely nice!! We love it there……BUT our cabin was not clean nor was the cabin part of our family was in. They actually had to sweep bugs out of the tub and the floors were very nasty in both cabins. We had ants when we arrived and bugs in the windows. Cleaned cabins would boost ratings

Love this campground! Love the restaurant on site and all the other things to do. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Thank you all so much!

I was shocked to see how much the campground had declined since I visited a few years ago. The campsites were in disaster furniture turned over on the patios and the campsites full of leaves and sticks and debris. Latex gloves thrown tithe sides of the streets in various spots as well as other trash and litter. The bathhouse was often dirty and unkept and the outside area in need a broom,

only problem we had was the grass, we rented a suite and it did not have a broom until we contacted one of the staff.

We spent two nights. Really big campground and well run. Beautiful surroundings!

This was our first camping experience at Prizer Point KOA. We were very surprised with the different types of sites we could choose from. Our site was lakefront along Ontario road. It was very peaceful being able to look out at the water throughout the day. The campground itself was very clean and well maintained. We have already booked 2 additional visits again for this camping season. �
