This was our second trip. We had a beautiful view and enjoyed our stay but we had an issue with the golf cart rental. I had ordered a 6 seater but nobody called to tell Me I was taken back to a 4 seater.The golf carts were covered in spider webs and spiders. lights on the front were held on by zip ties and we couldn’t drive it after dark due to the lights being so dim. Bathrooms had a tonofbugs

The pools were not very clean. The Wi-Fi did not work at all. Golf carts were serviced well.

Beautiful area with great staff. Amenities were great. Can tell that some areas are getting worn and had some issues with the golf carts not working properly. Other than that, it was an awesome stay!

The views at the Kentucky Lakes/Prizer Point KOA were beautiful. It would be more helpful to have received more information on this campground upon arrival. The communication was not the best and we needed wristbands to use the pool, which we were unaware of. It was a nice stay and would possibly stay again knowing now what this KOA has to offer and what I would need prior to my visit.

We booked this campground based on the activities primarily for the kids from your website. There was no music, no movie for the kids, and the lagoon blowups needed to be aired up as they were too low that it made it difficult to climb on. Area was very pretty nice big campsite. Website needs updating if you are not going to offer those things

We haven't stayed here in a couple years but we loved it & couldn't wait to come back. However the bathhouses need attention. The floors are soft & felt like they were going to fall through. I don't believe they were cleaned the whole week we were there, nasty. Also I understood the rules to be no one under 16 to drive a golf cart and we almost got hit several times by kids driving them everywhere

Staff was friendly. Campground amenities weren’t well taken care of. Floating obstacle course wasn’t maintained and needed air. Bathrooms were not clean and no TP. Just not worth the cost of the stay. For the cost, I would expect everything to be in tip top shape.

Sites with nice flat concrete pads are great. Heard very loud music til 12:30 am despite trailer closed up—-would be nice if noise rules enforced. Also neighbors decided to have loud argument outside at 2:30am. Not the quietest place.

The level concrete sites were great. Staff was friendly. Need to keep up with maintaining equipment like having correct paddles for kayaks, and pedal boats in good working order. Our site was pretty narrow and had to position camper just right to get the awning out. We saw others with the same issue with slide outs as well. Large rocks bordering site was inconvenient. Golf cart rules not enforce

We have been coming to Prizer Point for several years and spent thousands of dollars. Sadly, our experience this past weekend was so disappointing that we will never return. I could have ignored a lot had the staff made any effort at all to be friendly and helpful. Cabins were dirty and lacking bed linens, check in was delayed almost an hour, and staff were rude and made no effort to assist.

Bathrooms were DISCUSTING!! One bathroom was covered with toilet paper on floor and toilet paper EMPTY for 3 days!!!! Three days!!! Had to switch golf carts for mechanical issues 3 times. Had to switch pontoon boats for maintenance issues. 20 amp GFI on post faulty wouldn’t reset. Asked to have it looked at. Nope. We were there a week. All in all love the lake side spot. Campers TOO close to each other in the area we stayed- EXTREMELY close! Looks like they have additional sites... may not have water view, but at least campers not on top of one another.

Went in the bathhouse several different times during the day and they was never cleaned. When you try to call the office to ask a question during the day, they would not answer their phone.

We drove 6 hours just to come to this campground and paid more money because of all the activities that were supposed to be included however the “paddle boards and kayaks” were crappy and you couldn’t even stand on the paddle boards because they were out of air amen the inflatable “waterpark “ was deflated and falling apart and the jumping part of it was impossible to use. We arrived on Thursday and stayed until Monday and everyone was super friendly and the campground was super clean. We had family over who stated this was the best campground around the area.

Most things are very dated here. The playgrounds were nice but all the boats/kayaks/peddle boats and pools were very dated. I don't know if the bathrooms were even cleaned while we were there from Thursday to Sunday. If they were, they were not cleaned well. I think they are a bit overpriced. Jellystone offers more amenities and is relatively the same price and LOTS cleaner.

Has a lot of potential to be great. Needs general upkeep - trash pickup, pool/windows cleaning, lawn mowing, inflating floating waterpark. Staff was very nice though.

Girls upfront checking us in were AWESOME!!! Only problem we had was when we went to grab our rental boat in the morning it took 40 minutes. They only had 1 young gentleman checking in. He handle it well. When someone called the front to let them know, they didn’t seem to care. We just wished we could have had the boat longer or have been reimbursed a little money.

The campground and facilities are very nice. Trash pickup should be more frequent. Be cautious when renting anything from the marina. The marina staff gives you misleading information and conflicting information. The pontoon and golf cart we rented were dirty. Take pictures of the prop on a boat before and after. Check the headlights on the golf cart as ours did not work.

Prizer Point KOA was the perfect place for our extended family camping trip. There was so much for the kids to do from the pool to the arcade and taking on the inflatable obstacle course in the lagoon. The campsites were clean and a good distance apart from each other. We had a blast and will definitely be returning!

Staff was helpful, courteous, and the park is vary clean. My only disappointment was there is no longer fried fish on the menu at the restaurant.

I’ve stayed here many times it seems like the sites on Ontario are getting pretty run down, had to clean up site before settling up it would be nice if the staff would clean up before arriving especially at the prices we are paying.

Dog yard is miles away from the extended sites, but it is unused anyway sine the mosquitoes are so bad and no parking there. Expanded sites have concrete pads and new pavement but no ramp the pad. This is a boating marina NOT a KOA campground. Prro instructions to get there, terrible from the north, only approach from the south at Cadiz

Everything was great, the only issues we had was things not being open when it says they are on the maps and the bathrooms were a bit unkept and we had to unclog SEVERAL of them because the others were locked

Staff was friendly and helpful. Grounds were well kept. Maybe most important to us it was peaceful a respectful atmosphere from other people visiting like ourselves. We’re not into the loud n rowdy atmosphere.

Been camping here since 2012. Seen lots of changes. Unfortunately not for the better. I tried to phone the office and no one would answer. After a few rings the recording tells you to call later. Good luck with that. Trash cans were overflowing for 2 days. Saw a guy stop, look at can and pick up 1 bag. Left the rest. With the price you charge you need to do better. Hire a foreman!

Wasn’t bad checked in an had a friend that wanted a booking could not get went to office an was told I would get a call back never happens very hard to book no help first time every we have stayed several times with perfect help not this time very sadd something had changed again we have stayed several times was perfect no communication from office people an no call back wanted to stay but left

Way to much trash all over your campground and water ways and back off the road areas where we biked. Trash all over remote areas even the play areas must I go on . Very sad to see this happen and be neglected

Stayed for the weekend they have basketball chest a game room two pools water activities that you can do can even rent boats Kevin's have a Mexican restaurant and store have vans on Saturday night and activities for the kids sometimes on Sunday. Fun for all
