Stayed at lot 23A which needs to be a wider lot for what you are paying. I wish you would enforce the no gas golf cart policy. It would be nice not to hear them going by all night long.

We will definitely be visiting again! The staff was friendly and helpful. The park was very clean and offers a lot of amenities. Even during inclement weather, we were updated continuously on the conditions and were to go. This was our first trip with our motorhome, as well as the first time with a KOA.

Wonderful sites with fishing right it your back door. Facilities were very clean. "No way Jose" resturant at the pier was very good. Great margaritas. Down side there are no grill tops for the firepits for open fire cooking.

THOROUGHLY ENJOYED MY FIRST STAY WITH YOU. I WAS DISAPPOINTED YOU DON’T RENT BOATS FOR FISHING, MY BAD SHOULD HAVE CHECKED BETTER. YOUR DUMP STATION IS DANGEROUS. SOMEONE COMES AROUND THAT CORNER FAST OR DUI AND THERE COULD BE SERIOUS PROBLEMS. TOO MANY TEXTS - EVEN KEPT COMING AFTER I HAD CHECKED OUT.

We had a great spot with views of the lagoon. We were surprised that the bathrooms in that area were locked. The restrooms on the other side were pretty far as well as most other amenities. We also would tell friends that the restaurants are pretty far from the KOA. Other than that the staff was very friendly.

A great weekend stay. Was greeted by staff at the check-in station and was quickly processed in. Staff escort me to the campsite and assisted me backing in. Very nice and relaxing weekend. A lot of activities for kids. Will definitely stay here again.

Been coming here since 2012. Watched it go from great to “couldn’t get any worse “. Example: when I checked in the guy said it I needed anything to call management. Gave a paper with the number and several other items. Nest day I called and got a recording with no options. Could never reach a real person. This place used to be a real people oriented spot. I was very disappointed and upset that my reserved space (#12) had been given to someone else. While our reservation was upgraded (#4) it wasn't the view we wanted, and had been looking forward to (the sunset).

KOA’s recovery from earlier flooding was amazing. They did a great job, expected at one point our trip might have been cancelled. They worked hard and tirelessly to be open on time and they succeeded. Thank you great KOA.

Was beginning if the season so hopefully staff starts to get it together. Nice clean park with a very friendly staff but some of the staff seems to not know what the job they are supposed to be doing. Had to deal with several mistakes, but we didnt let that affect the views we got from our site.

Beautiful Campground. We loved the trees , The lake is amazing we rented a pontoon and had a great time . All the employees were very nice and helpful, we are planning to return and highly recommend staying here

First time using our RV. Outside of some hiccups setting up (water line leak/hot water issues). It was great! Huge shout out to Scott their maintenance man, he fixed our water pipe leak that we had. I'm sure he had other things to do than fix our RV issue but he was a huge help and continued to check on us when he drove by! We will be back very soon! Hopefully less RV issues. Great place to camp!

Nos encanta prizer point koa . Sus empleados son Amigables, respetuosos, atentos y profecionales. Prizer KOA en general es bien limpio. El restauran NO WAY JOSE su comida es riquisima y el servicio es exelente. Definitivamente vamos a volver.

We arrived very late at night, there were no signs for after hours campers beyond "stop here" when you stopped there, there was no instructions on what to do. We had very limited cell phone service & finally were able to find a signal and call the camp phone number and get to a person. When we made the reservation we did let the person know we would be arriving late but no instructions to call

The roads that you have to use to get to there are very bad as the shoulders of the roads are falling in. The weather was very bad made the roads very dangerous when we left. We actually was stranded and had to call 911 to have someone come and clear the road from debris so the water would go down. We were surrounded in front and back with rushing water. We have a 36foot RV and was towing a jeep.

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful, well-kept campground. We stayed in off-season and noticed a need for better signage throughout the camp. If we hadn’t stopped at the (closed) office at camp entrance and were directed by an employee who happened by, we would never have found the office at the marina.

Campground was clean and liked the concrete slabs. Campsites were too close together and we could not use the firepit due to the site being too narrow. Our stairs were only about 3 feet from the pit.

Many of the individuals who work there are pleasant but the entire place seems understaffed. We were promised a lot of things as seasonal campers that we did not get (free wifi, deluxe patio set, etc). The 2 years we stayed, everything seemed to deteriorate including service while costs increased.

This was my 1st time at Prizer Point. I took my grandson of 3 years old out for his 1st camping trip. we had a wonderful time. The facilities were well kept and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

ALL PRETTY MUCH OK BUT FOOD WAS TOO EXPENSIVE.. ONLY LIMITIED ITEMS (MOST LIKELY BECAUSE OF BEING END OF SEASON)..BROTHER TOOK SHOWER NEAR POOL AND SAID FLOORS WERE SLIPPERY AND NO PLACE TO SIT TO PUT CLOTHES BACK ON (YOU COULD BUILD A BENCH AND PUT RUBBER MATS DOWN SO NOBODY SLIPS (BETTER THEN BEING SUED IF SOMEONE FALLS)..;MY MAIN PROBLEM WAS NO CELL SER (I KNOW YOU HAD TO HAVE ATT OR VERIZON)

Stayed for the weekend they have basketball chest a game room two pools water activities that you can do can even rent boats Kevin's have a Mexican restaurant and store have vans on Saturday night and activities for the kids sometimes on Sunday. Fun for all
