Beautiful location. Great employees. Cold showers (two days in a row) and very dirty bathrooms.

The location of our campsite was nice, however the upkeep of our site & several others near us appeared to have been neglected for some time. The shoring to level the campsite was falling apart & missing in some places, causing the site to be out of level (side to side) by over 5 inches. This was not a recent deterioration, but seems to have been occurring over several years. Disappointed.

This is our second stay here and both times on the Loop. We love this KOA. The staff is always amazing and there is so much to do. Both times we have rented a boat and had great success and so much fun with that. It’s just about five hours away from where we live so we will definitely come back more often.!!! A bit out of the way but if your goal is camping it’s the place to go.

The biggest complaint I have is the bathhouse. Thankfully there were two close by BUT the water stayed freezing ��� it was a 90+ degree weekend but it was still so cold that I could hardly be in there to rinse off. Every thing else was great! Communication about events during the week for those of us left after Sunday check out would have been nice, but I understand that weekends are the busiest.

Our campsite was large enough to hold our family of 13 with room to spare. The sites each had a very nice table with chairs, plus a glider and fire area. The only disappointment we had was finding out the inflatables were no longer available due to state regulations. (Wish those pictures on Prizer Point photos were taken down.) The staff was not only friendly, but very helpful.

Our sites had not been mowed guessing at least for a couple weeks by how high the grass was.Tree stump still had a lot of debris around it from being cut down . And the fire rings had not been cleaned out .Our sites were on the water and the view was great but they could stand some TLC !

Grounds were nice and it’s a huge campground. We were there when the mayflies were out, and they were a bit of a pain. We also were down on the point for 3 days, never could get in the men’s restroom and shower, reported it a few times. Never did get fixed. My wife stood outside the women’s so I could use sit. It was the same all 3 days, never cleaned or serviced. Other than that, it was fin

The campground was good, we loved the spot that we booked. One major complaint...we booked this campground solely because of the inflatables on the lake. We were shocked to find out these were removed and no announcement was made of the removal, nor was the cost of our reservation reduced; I feel that this was false advertisement.

It was overall a nice campground. I was disappointed in our area of stay. We were led to believe the lagoon area was new and very nice. The bath houses were horrible in that area. Bathrooms gross and the showers very sketchy. Outdoor and anyone could peak through and see. Definitely didn’t feel comfortable sending my kids to shower. Activities were disappointing for the pricey stay.

It was wonderful, the staff and other guests were great. The kids activities were really well done and everything was clean and well maintained. We will be returning with others as we were very impressed.

Close to where you need to go. Nice park with things to do. Fisherman's paradise. Nice restaurant

This by far is the best koa that we have stayed at. I like the extra space between camp sites and the amenities offered. The only improvement I see could be with the office staff at check-in. Not very friendly and didn't make you feel welcome.

Facilities and staff were great. But, be prepared for weak wifi and little cell phone coverage for T-Mobile.

It had everything that I needed. Bathrooms and showers could be upgraded. Most of staff were friendly. Some young kids can’t talk or don’t want to be courteous. Great Mexican Pier restaurant including staff. Good fishing and boating options. Plenty for children to do. Golf nearby at state park.

this time just about everything was chaotic and disorganized. The workers were very friendly but kept saying they were new and would try asking someone else who didn’t know either. We were supposed to get 2 free days on our golf cart because we kept getting one that wasn’t charged or wouldn’t hold a charge we only got one day. Good: I don't think there is a bad site in the whole park and there's SO much to do you don't have to leave the park but we did to explore some other activities. Beautiful location.Complaints: the firewood sold was unburnable. And the number of texts we got from the manager about literally everything was a little insane (at least 30!) The floor of the kids pool is very slippery, needs texture.

Had a wonderful stay. Activities were over the top and the staff was amazing! Only one downside. We had our cooler stolen from our campsite during the night. I guess we should have not assumed it was safe left out.
