Great campsite that was well maintained. Comfortable chairs, table, and glider at our site. We were in the expansion area and it was very quiet.

The park was nearly empty and we put in a space nearly as far away from the lake and marina. Not a very good impression.

We have stayed here multiple times and this was by far the worst experience for us and our family. We had drunk people trying to break into our bath house doors while we were showering blasting music through the doors, we had kids on motorbikes run trough our campsite and tell OUR kids to move so they could pass, and after we explained that our campsite had an issue with the plug no one came.

Beautiful location, well kept, and very friendly staff. They even sent a text to me explaining about the Mayfly's that came out after the rainstorm Monday June 1st. It was an event we have never seen before, that many all at once. Went to the Dollar General right after and it had many high piles of dead Mayflys in front. A very cool experience. Also being spring, saw many deer in the area. A+

Our first stay at Prizer Point and it was absolutely the best place we have ever been. The views were stunning,the place was incredibly clean, friendly helpful staff, full stocked store and marina, great onsite restaurant food was the best. We loved it so much that we have already booked our next trip in September.

Wonderful campground. Large sites, everything in great condition. Enjoyed the lake views and the Mexican restaurant at the Marina.

The sewer pipe from the RV next to you was right at your campsite table. That was pretty disgusting. Our outdoor furniture had spider webs all over them I took a picture. And the bugs was unreal!! And I think I know why not for sure but my husband seen were they was cleaning fish at the marina and just threw what was left into the water which washed upon the bank. And our sewer hook up was broken.

I know you have had a lot of rain but the maintenance was poor,the cabana at the pool was terrible,and the workers were not very friendly

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They were super friendly also. The facilities were top notch. The best KOA I have ever visited!

Office hours were not early enough - opened at 11:00 am. The view was amazing. Friendly staff. Live music was good. Our dogs enjoyed the dog park.

We loved the sites close to the water and free amenities like the kayaks and paddleboards. We also needed an extra sewer hose and the store had one for purchase. Only downside was having a security light directly over our site which brought in lots of bugs to our camper. Would definitely come back.

Had to call camper repair to come to site (after hours) and check air conditioner. The problem was with your breaker. Your box. Only one side of the 50 amp breaker was working. Repairman got the breaker off and on and connected, but went off again after he left. Were without air most of visit. Cost $400 for the repair. Reported to your office. Not fixed during stay. Disappointing

1. Site was covered with mud and leaves! Spent over an hour cleaning the site. 2. 3 of us had sites together with guarantee paid and you had given someone else one of the sites. ( This is the second time this happened) thought it was an accident then, now we think differently! 3. Bathrooms were locked on Sunday with no sign or communication. 4. Fresh water had brown tint. Same issue last year.

First time at Prizer Point KOA and we loved it! Even the rain couldn’t keep us from enjoying our long weekend stay here. Awesome amenities and the staff are AMAZING! All of the guest were warm and friendly too. We will definitely be back!

Nice area. Lots of stuff for the kids to do but too many people on golf carts and kids driving them around.

Our stay was good except for the golf carts. Unauthorized and underage kids operating golf carts in a very unsafe and careless manner. No enforcement on this matter. (I guess they were afraid to make little Johnny or Susie's mom or dad mad or upset them). During safe and quiet hours, the golfcarts with adults and kids having their radios turned up to loud going all over the camping area.

You guys need to start checking and fixing your 50amp power services. This was the second time we had to move campsite because the 50 amp service was bad. We booked site 803 and moved to 802 due to bad power. I did a check with my meter on a few other sites and most of them had bad power service on the 50 amp.

We were unable to stay for our total reservation due to a family emergency, however the amenities are amazing and we do intend to come back and stay for more than two nights.

We were camping on site 108. We enjoyed sitting at our campsite looking across the roadway into the wooded area. We watched a large number of deer feeding in a clearing. Birds were everywhere. At one time I could hear the song of eleven different birds!

Stayed at Site 9 in a fifth wheel. Excellent site and close to the marina, restaurant, and store. Amenities and utilities were very good.

The maintenance guy was very kind. He helped us with our late check in and made sure we were doing ok the next day! He is the example of little things go along way! We have 2 more stays already booked this summer!

I was shocked to see how much the campground had declined since I visited a few years ago. The campsites were in disaster furniture turned over on the patios and the campsites full of leaves and sticks and debris. Latex gloves thrown tithe sides of the streets in various spots as well as other trash and litter. The bathhouse was often dirty and unkept and the outside area in need a broom,

We vacationed at Prizer Point KOA with our grandkids, and I want to give a special thank-you to Candice and Jason for helping turn a frustrating situation into a great experience! Candice first helped me when I realized I had made a mistake with our online booking. She made sure there were no missing days in our reservation, which I really appreciated. When we arrived, our Ontario premium site on the water was nice, but it wasn't level, which created challenges with the honey wagon service. We were frustrated at the thought of having to pack everything up, leave to dump our tanks, and then return to set everything up again. Jason recognized that we'd already had a rough time getting to the KOA, through no fault of theirs, and took the time to understand our situation. He spoke with Candice, and together they offered us a site with full hookups for the rest of our stay. It turned out to be perfect for us! They even offered to help us move our belongings and get set up again. That willingness to find a practical solution made all the difference. Thank you, Candice and Jason, for making a stressful situation so much easier. Your teamwork and customer service are a credit to Prizer Point KOA, and we truly appreciate everything you did for our family. ❤️
