The campsite was beautiful, the employees were all so friendly and polite, the splashpad/shallow pool was great for my young kids, the boat we rented was very nice. All in all, we had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer. The only complaint that I have was the length of our grass- it was well over 1 foot. We told two separate employees our concern and they said they'd pass it along.

Absolutely enjoyed this koa campground. Very beautiful, nice clean bathhouses and grounds and lots of activities and amenities. The only thing disappointing is the restaurant. It needs a better menu and definitely a remodel. Didn’t eat there but wanted to. After checking it out decided not to. Will definitely stay here again.

The facilities,showers were filthy. The walkway to the facilities had broken uneven boards. Then, with one night left we had to move our whole campsite after being there for 6 nights. Our site was not on the water, barely fit our camper and needed the electric repaired. Manager reimbursed the difference of campsites didn’t care about inconvenience. We won’t be back.

Love the campground and setting. Need to spray for flies and Mayflies and other flying bugs that are attracted to light if able. They wore us out when eating or trying to set outside at night! Sides of the pools need a cleaning and someone needs to clean out the bugs and leaves more often in the main pool. Rusty holes around the edges of the main pool is concerning. All in all a great stay!

Our waterfront sites were wonderful. Management promptly handled any issues for our large family group to our satisfaction. So many activities for kids of all ages made for a wonderful time had by everyone. Thank you for helping make our stay so pleasant.

The new parts are nice put the old is ran down, broken and bitty. The inflatable water park was have deflated Evan after they took time to air it up it deflated soon after. We were in the new area and the rocks around the campsite was really dangerous especially in the dark walking between sites and the fire pit were way too close to the camper.

We had a nice and quiet stay. Thanks. The one thing that would have made it better would be a nice swimming beach. I know there was the obstacle course but a beach would be nice to sit at and swim. If you have a boat I’d say this is a 5 star. The bathrooms were very clean and the area is very pretty.

Bathrooms need cleaned more often, please add signage to keep people on there own site.

We have passed along the information concerning the bathrooms. Although discourage guests from setting up on other sites, we don't, however, prohibit guests walking through sites to get to other areas of the camp as long as they are being respectful and courteous.

All was amazing except boat rental. Gas gauge was inoperative and there wasn’t even a paddle incase we ran out of fuel. So we had to keep fueling up taking away from our rental time. No rope for the tube. Had to return for it taking away more time from our rental. Then not being able to rent boat until 9:30 because line was so long. Taking away more time. No one seemed to care about our trouble

The staff were very helpful and polite at all times. We stayed in one of the lakeside sites on Ontario. The sites are not level so be prepared to do some serious leveling on your rig but the views are worth the work. Those sites have no sewer but the honey wagon comes by 4 days a week and it wasn’t a problem at all for us. Can’t stress enough how nice the staff was at this KoA

There was literally dog poop everywhere. I saw several dogs running around with no leash using the bathroom wherever. A lot of old dog poop around also. For as expensive as it was, it was a definite disappointment. We paid extra to be on the water but the grass was so high on the bank there was no way we felt safe trying to put our kayaks in. Won’t be back.

Had a great time. Unfortunately it did rain every day of our stay but we were still able to get in some fun between the rain. This was our 3rd time there and the 1st time having our parents bring their camper too. We are already planning our trip back next year! We love this place!!

You’re getting a mediocre rating because of your price. Kudos to you for asking and getting such a high price but in all our years of RVing, this spot was the most expensive we have EVER paid. We only came to join others in our extended family but we will never return. Yes, the lake view was gorgeous on the Superior Loop but you all are way too pricey.

Very nice people that work there. Lawn was 8 inches tall. They did mow it down to 4inches on day two of our stay.

Stay was great and we had a great site on the water. We were a little disappointed in the shower facilities. Not very clean and buggy. Pool was great.

Had a nice time, as always. Had a issue with the cable TV. Campground staff was very helpful trying to fix it. Turns out, it was the RV. They even recommended a RV tech that happened to be staying on site. This was our 2nd visit and we will return.

Our stay was great, all that I can say is that Miles deserves a raise. We witnessed him doing multiple jobs over our stay and was always polite and hard working while doing them.

Enjoyed it very much. Just a couple of maintenance items needed attention. Noticed that the particular site we stayed needed more gravel. The tree near the hook ups had some dead branches and could easily have fallen during a wind. The service line to the disconnected light was also unsecured.

It was a good stay but i did have a problem when I pulled in. At the site where I stayed There is a big branch sticking out and it tore off of some of my rubber roof. You can tell others had the same problem at one time or another because you can tell where others have hit it before. But otherwise, we really enjoyed the campsite and the people working for you were always friendly and help full.

Folks were very accommodating and found us a site close to the cabin we had for our niece and her sons. Campground was well maintained. The Pier restaurant had very good food! Overall, it was a great time for all of us. Definitely returning!

First visit after several years absence. Arrived at 1:30PM. Check in time is 3PM Always in the past they have let me checj in early Wouldn't let me check in unless I paid an additional 25 bucks. Staff not very friendly about this issue. I opted to wait. Thought the late check in time was to prepare the site. Not true! The site was litter strewn with bottle caps, pieces of plastic, etc.

Absolutely awesome place to camp! We will definitely be back and plan to make this an annual trip for our family! The view of the lake from our site was gorgeous, the golf cart lots of fun, and everyone was helpful and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for more : )

Campground is nice. Some the the restrooms were very dirty and the cost was very high for a campground. Plus there are so many more rules this year in the lagoon. Why can’t parents sit in a raft and watch their kids??

We have alerted housekeeping about the concern of the restrooms. Insurance mandates the minors parent/guardian be in the immediate vicinity with the minor. As a safety measure this makes sense due to us not having life guards, hence the signing of the waivers.

We had a wonderful time at Prizer Point! We booked our stay at the last minute when another location mixed up dates and lost our reservation. We weren't sure how this would work out, having never stayed in a cabin at Prizer Point, but it couldn't have been better. The rooms and the cabin were clean and worked well for what we wanted. Granted it is not a new 5 star hotel city experience, but for a campground cabin we felt it was very nice. (Some of the reviews I read beforehand had me a bit scared.) In late October, the camp restaurant was not open (other than for Pizza), so we ventured out to Cadiz, Eddyville, and Grand Rivers for food we didn't cook. We did use the provided grill (which was clean) and enjoyed the covered porch and swing. Two trash barrels close to the front of our unit were very convenient. We stayed in one of the Condo's that could hold up to 12 people, with just 4 of us. We would book it again in a heartbeat!
