Nice campground, clean, the restroom next to us was closed winterized,

It was a very nice stay, easy to get around. Staff took us right to our spot. We enjoyed.

Great staff great location

We've been staying there now around 10 years,kids always like prizer point better than most other camp grounds.atmosphere is great,lots of things to do and staff is always helpful.there is always constant improvements made to the facilities,which is good....but we miss the ice cream machine!!! And if the bath house next to the pool could stay open till after fall break would be helpful. 25 years!!

My stay was ok but… - Someone was driving around in a golf cart smoking weed on one of the nights I stayed - The laundry facilities were dirty, in poor repair and were expensive. - The store was poorly stocked and also needs to bring its card/POS systems into the 21st century to make obtaining coins for the expensive laundry easier. -Late check in was a little chaotic.

Awesome place to stay great staff

Site was beautiful but cable did not work for our camper (2024 model). Check in was long, waited over 20 minutes for someone to finally show up and take us to our site. There is a lot to do and it is a large KOA but service isn’t particularly great.

Great KOA. Well groomed campground. Vast assortment of sites/areas, many options. Pool always clean. Restaurant good, great service. Marina always well stocked. Staff exceptional.

Great location , maintained

Great KOA. We've stayed numerous times here. Site was not as clean from trash as I would expect. Concrete pad had a cutout area covered with boards that was a real safety hazard.

We stayed 5 nights at the Cumberland Ave area. Our sight was roomy, comfortable and level. Also full hookup, which is always a plus. In addition, the bathhouse nearby was extremely clean. We are planning on returning.

This was our 3rd time going on Labor Day weekend. We have a wonderful time and will be back next year.

I would first like to say the staff is *amazing*. With that being said, we were pretty upset that most of what made us choose this location for a birthday/4th of July wasnt there, with the biggest thing being the "prizer lagoon". The entire area was in complete and total disarray. There was also ZERO shade in the pull throughs. It was quite an expensive trip for the biggest feature to be closed.

Tiffany was great and helped us with a situation. However, site 26 should be removed and made into a pedestrian corner. Drunks almost stumbled into my camper at night cutting through. A golf cart passed up in my site and nearly ran me over literally. Rude fellow campers disrespect others peace and ruined the experience.

The issues we experienced were mostly guest issues. Not campground issues. The grounds themselves were very clean and the staff was friendly. Our complaints are mostly about the respect from other campers. Teenagers driving around in golf carts not paying attention and almost hitting small kids. Blaring inappropriate music and honking their horns until 2 am every night.

Loved the campgrounds. We had a beautiful view of the lake
