This is our second time visiting your site. Both times our stays were very relaxing and most enjoyable. The wife and I look forward to returning to Prizer Point KOA to spend quality time and meet new friends. The staff was very friendly and attentive to ever detail regarding meeting our needs while onsite. Job well-done. We recommend anyone ne a place to unwound to consider Prizer Point KOA.

We arrived late … and there was no instructions on how to register with anyone … the stopping point down by the marina for late arrivals had a bulletin board but no instructions … not even a telephone number … finally got help from local campers. Nonetheless the facilities were great but a little pricey.

Stayed there for the weekend before Halloween. The campground had a lot of fun games for the kiddos, and they loved going trick or treating at the campground. This could become an annual tradition for us!

First time at Prizer POint KOA as recommended by my cousin. It was a great campground with wonderful lots on the lake. Staff was all very nice and accommodating. Nice services within the campground. I would say your website for making reservations is a bit difficult to figure out when you have not been there before, but luckily I had someone to assist.

Great stay, terrible pre-trip communication. I had an issue and needed a site change. I left a voicemail, email, and Facebook message. No responses. They tell me their answering machine is broken. No response when asked about email or Facebook. This is the third time I’ve had the same complaint in the past couple of years. For me, communication is very importance, hence the rating

This Campground and its crew are Awesome! Everything was prestine and we enjoyed our stay. Loved the pool, it was so clean the whole area was, and so were the bathrooms! Your prices were waaaaay better then any other campgrounds and you get alot more. The staff was always super friendly from calling in for reservations to checking in. Hats off to All! Awesome!!!

First and foremost, the staff - what a team of winners!!! The amenities are unmatched as well. You have EVERYTHING a camper could ever need. We will absolutely be back next year.

this is a very nice campground. However, in early October, they were struggling to have enough staff available at the office and cafe. There are some really nice sites. The lakeside pull-thru sites are lovely, but beware - long rigs will have a hard time navigating the loop and getting in and out of their sites.

boat ramp so steep it's scary. campground and facilities very clean and well maintained. Barkley lake is so shallow if you get out of main channel you hit bottom! I have a 12 ft fishing boat with a 10 HP engine and bottomed out every time I left the main channel, where 65 foot size boats nearly swamped me! Noisy campers after dark not quieted down. Staff friendly & helpful. Great view of lake!

Resort was quiet it was the end of season I had the best sunset view along the waters edge. The staff was very helpful Miles was very approachable and seemed to enjoy his duty Great stop I will definitely keep it in mind next fall.

It was nice and very helpful having someone guide us to our camp site. That's something most campgrounds don't do but every KOA that I've stayed at except one has performed this task. Keep it up and much appreciated. We'll see you all again....I like staying at your campground.

The lakefront sites were phenomenal, as was the pavilion we rented to celebrate my mother’s 90th birthday. We appreciated the golf cart rental to haul food (and people) to the pavilion. In total our group had 4 RVsites, 1 cabin, and 1 tent site. All were as advertised. We can’t wait to visit again!

Great park Miles did a good job with firewood delivery.. bathhouse near pool was dirty and showers plugged. The rest was very nice.

We love Prizer Point! Been here the last 3 or 4 Fall Breaks and a couple Spring Breaks(stayed in cottage once too). Summers are just too expensive for my taste. We usually rent a golf cart so that is nice. They continue to upgrade bathhouses. Love the indoor pool. Always see deer. Folks in Marina are nice(even had free ice cream for kids). Free paddle boats and kayaks are nice.

Beautiful campground with lots of trees and lake front. Depending on your location the sites could be close together, but some areas were nicely spaced. Bathrooms were kept clean and had decent showers. Definitely adding to list of campgrounds to return to.

Nice spots with good room between campers on Ontario road next to lake. For the money Wi-Fi service should be top notch but it is barely usable and with the kid pool closed the prices are just to high as well. We moved to another campground for the rest of the week for half the price.

We stayed in site 55S and the site was perfect until, the huge light came on directly over campsite!!! We couldn’t see the sky, stars or water! We may come back but will def not stay in that site! BIG negative!!! That pile should be moved!! We asked if there was a way to turn off and store said no! Our black out curtains did nothing to block. It was brighter than the sun during the day!!!

The management is nonexistent !!! They don't answer their phone or respond to the text they sent !!! The person at the desk had an attitude when we checked in !!! Unless the management & staff needs to change or we will not return !!!!!!!!!!!!

We spent 4 days here for family vacation. We had 3 sites next to each other. Our 2 older kids brought their campers. When we were getting ready to pack up, our son and daughter in law had an issue with the sewer backing up on their camper. It was happening at the site next to them also. I called the front desk and they had someone come out to check. He said he'd return shortly. The Ops Manager, I belive was Jason, personally came over to get the situation addressed asap. He had everything cleaned up and went above and beyond for our group. Some may have been mad, but stuff happens. He apologized and that meant everything to us. From the check in lady, to the store staff, and the restaurant was top tier! We will definitely be back. We rented golf carts to get around and rented a marina spot for our boat. Very kid friendly and so many activities to keep busy. Thank you from The Gagen group

Other than the weather this place is my favorite. We had , as a church group, 8 kiddos and 5 adults. They still had 😊 fun
