Had a great time! Everything was well kept and clean. Workers were all over the property busy taking care of things. The covered pool was way too warm, but all in all a great place!

We arrived on Thursday and stayed until Monday and everyone was super friendly and the campground was super clean. We had family over who stated this was the best campground around the area.

Most things are very dated here. The playgrounds were nice but all the boats/kayaks/peddle boats and pools were very dated. I don't know if the bathrooms were even cleaned while we were there from Thursday to Sunday. If they were, they were not cleaned well. I think they are a bit overpriced. Jellystone offers more amenities and is relatively the same price and LOTS cleaner.

Has a lot of potential to be great. Needs general upkeep - trash pickup, pool/windows cleaning, lawn mowing, inflating floating waterpark. Staff was very nice though.

Girls upfront checking us in were AWESOME!!! Only problem we had was when we went to grab our rental boat in the morning it took 40 minutes. They only had 1 young gentleman checking in. He handle it well. When someone called the front to let them know, they didn’t seem to care. We just wished we could have had the boat longer or have been reimbursed a little money.

The campground and facilities are very nice. Trash pickup should be more frequent. Be cautious when renting anything from the marina. The marina staff gives you misleading information and conflicting information. The pontoon and golf cart we rented were dirty. Take pictures of the prop on a boat before and after. Check the headlights on the golf cart as ours did not work.

Prizer Point KOA was the perfect place for our extended family camping trip. There was so much for the kids to do from the pool to the arcade and taking on the inflatable obstacle course in the lagoon. The campsites were clean and a good distance apart from each other. We had a blast and will definitely be returning!

Staff was helpful, courteous, and the park is vary clean. My only disappointment was there is no longer fried fish on the menu at the restaurant.

I’ve stayed here many times it seems like the sites on Ontario are getting pretty run down, had to clean up site before settling up it would be nice if the staff would clean up before arriving especially at the prices we are paying.

Dog yard is miles away from the extended sites, but it is unused anyway sine the mosquitoes are so bad and no parking there. Expanded sites have concrete pads and new pavement but no ramp the pad. This is a boating marina NOT a KOA campground. Prro instructions to get there, terrible from the north, only approach from the south at Cadiz

Everything was great, the only issues we had was things not being open when it says they are on the maps and the bathrooms were a bit unkept and we had to unclog SEVERAL of them because the others were locked

Staff was friendly and helpful. Grounds were well kept. Maybe most important to us it was peaceful a respectful atmosphere from other people visiting like ourselves. We’re not into the loud n rowdy atmosphere.

Been camping here since 2012. Seen lots of changes. Unfortunately not for the better. I tried to phone the office and no one would answer. After a few rings the recording tells you to call later. Good luck with that. Trash cans were overflowing for 2 days. Saw a guy stop, look at can and pick up 1 bag. Left the rest. With the price you charge you need to do better. Hire a foreman!

Wasn’t bad checked in an had a friend that wanted a booking could not get went to office an was told I would get a call back never happens very hard to book no help first time every we have stayed several times with perfect help not this time very sadd something had changed again we have stayed several times was perfect no communication from office people an no call back wanted to stay but left

Way to much trash all over your campground and water ways and back off the road areas where we biked. Trash all over remote areas even the play areas must I go on . Very sad to see this happen and be neglected

We love it there. Have been staying there at least 3-4 years. We like to stay there on their monthly or annual but since we have to stay on ridge instead of down on lake side we will not be coming back. It makes us sad. Hope you change your mind about this. So can come back.let us know if you change your mind.

The campground was hoppin' for July 4th weekend! Since there were so many people at the pool, there weren't enough chairs for everyone most of the time. The cabanas are a nice addition. Jordan, the pool manager, was very attentive and helpful. If you order food at the Pier Restaurant, get the Asian zing bone-in wings with sidewinders. The smell/sight of dead fish by the store entrance is gross.

Staff went above and beyond. I didn’t catch her name a nice older woman in the marina shop helped us with Benadryl for a kid. This was Saturday July 6th before noon. Amenities are fantastic kids had a blast. Thank you all!

We had a great time. Everything was nice and communication was great. Only complaint was that rules said noone under 16 can drive a golf cart and must be electric. We left our gas powered one at home for that reason. We had gas powered carts buzzing by all day with drivers nowhere near 16 and driving reckless.

Huge campground on lake bentley with lots of amenities. We were camped on the superior loop with a beautiful view of the lake. Although there is a concrete pad, it should be bigger. Had a difficult time getting our 42 foot fifth wheel out as there is not enough room to turn. Neighbors helped us navigate the turn. Maintenance in campground is lacking. Pool is huge, but sides and deck are slimy

It was nice but not over the top, very pricey for the what you get, we stay at several places around the southeast and this is one of the more expensive stays, we are retired military over 55 so a more cost convenient location is our goto.

Nice place but the WiFi was terrible and our cable tv did not work for the duration of the stay. At this point, WiFi should be flawless since that’s the most common means of entertainment for most. Also when booking, we were not informed our site did not have sewer hookups. Fire pits need updating because ours was simply a rusted ring on the ground. Rings to close to vehicles as well.

Bathrooms were dirty, smelled bad and every time I used one, they were out of toilet paper. All but one of the showers in the bathrooms co-located with the game room and laundry, were broken. Golf Carts being operated by kids driving past, blaring music until midnight. Refusal by staff to have our gray water tanked pumped for two days and then we waited for 6 hours to have tank pumped.

The campground was clean & the staff was very friendly & welcoming. Our boys enjoyed it there but honestly feel it’s overpriced. Never paid that much for camping! Dont know if will return due to cost I would recommend a better basketball court area. It needs update. Was only able to play half court due to broken goal & mud. Our boys loved the lagoon obstacle course!! It should stay open lon

We had a good time, no major issues. The only concern we had is due to the amount of golf carts and how crazy those were being driven around that it was not the safest for our kids to ride bikes. Lots of young kids driving them along w drunk people makes it dangerous. Otherwise, good stay overall.
