We loved Prizer Point KOA. They have great amenities and employees were great. We especially liked Tiffany (the Manager) and Bre (waitress at the point restaurant). They both went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The person who checked me in and out was great and helpful. I had a request on my reservation and they were able to accommodate that. I was very grateful. Nice staff! The room was bigger than I expected and came with towels. Appreciated! I forgot to say at checkout that the shower was clogged and with the severe slant of the floor, it almost leaked out. Someone should probably fix that.

Didn’t get to stay for my husband’s 70th birthday. Came home very disappointed. Didn’t get a refund, had to get a credit to this campground only. Ladies in office werevery nice but the campground was very disappointing. Mosquitos wereverywhere. We enjoyed our stay, lots to do on the grounds. The atmosphere was friendly, everyone around waves, speaks or nods. Clean grounds. Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in Fort lodging, the fort was comfortable and resonably stocked. Only suggestion, 2nd check lodging before checkins for spider webs/spiders, pests and pest excrement (mouse poo) in the kitchen cabinets with eating utensils.

Loved the campground itself! Beautiful & clean. Lots of things for kids to do. However, if we ever return, it will be in a camper/RV. We stayed in a fort and the cleanliness was poor. Bugs (dead & alive) were everywhere. Very much needs deep cleaned. The doors and cabinets needed Who is wiped down as you can see the filth from others. Bunk beds made me cringe. For what you pay, I expected better.

The setting was beautiful being on the lake, however the facilities of the cabins our family stayed in were very run down. We arrived and were told our cabin wasn't ready and had to wait over an hour past check-in time. When we arrived to our cabin, it had not been thoroughly cleaned (hair in the drain, hand towel dirty). The staff seemed very uninformed. Facilities need updates/deep cleaning.

We loved it except the obstacle course was never open! My kids were so disappointed. Also fitted sheets on the bunk beds would be so much nicer.

Chalet 02…needs new couch. Sit on the frame of couch. Cabin needs deep clean. Door on inside especially filthy. I had to rid cabin of cob webs. Cabin was not ready by 4 o’clock check in. Pontoon rental was over an hour late due to only one worker working to check out all reserved boats. Everything else was point on. Will definitely stay again.

We loved our experience once we were able to check in. Our cabin was not available at 4 like it was supposed to be. We were not able to check in until almost 6. However, once we got into our cabin, we had an excellent time. We booked another trip to come in October.

Room wasn’t supplied or cleaned wasn’t able to check in until 6:30 pm 2 1/2 hrs later than was supposed to be check in is at 4 other than that I really like the facility

Greatly enjoyed our stay. Cottage was clean and comfortable. One thing about the cabin, because the door opens outward, the stoop or porch needs to be larger.

It was our first time staying at the campground. It was clean and lots of activities for the kids to do. Really appreciated all the thought that went into the variety of family entertainment available there. One downside- my cabin had less than a roll of TP and no extras. Please stock TP. Also, the passcode provided to the outside bathroom was wrong and after hours number wasn’t staffed.

We were very disappointed to find mouse droppings in the cutlery tray and utensil drawer and also the cabinet the pots & pans are stored in. The bathroom floor also had not been cleaned. There was dirt piled against the baseboards. Toaster did not work. Very pleased with the activities offered: boating, swimming pool, fire pits and patios.

This was the first time our extended family got together for a summer camp & fishing trip, and we wanted to find a location that would be good for the little ones and close enough for everyone to travel to. We were not disappointed with the KOA @ Kentucky Lakes / Prizer Point. Plenty of places to fish directly from the lake front, the amendments were good, and the staff was great.

Our check in was for 4:00pm but we were not allowed into the cabin until around 6:00pm. The drain in the shower was clogged and the drawers had some kind of pet hair in them. One of the cabins in our group had mouse droppings in the kitchen drawers. The obstacle course was partially deflated which made it less fun for the kids.

Our third time coming here, usually awesome but this time lacking a bit. 4 pm is pretty late for check in, then cabin wasn’t ready until 5 and needed an intensive cleaning. Enjoyed our time but paid extra for bigger cabin, wasn’t as nice as before. If we come back we’ll get basic cabin, those were ready when the guests arrived but not the pricier ones. Overall a nice campground, good pools.

I don't know if there's been a change in ownership or just lack of staff and training, but this trip was one disappointment after another. Check-in took 3 attempts, 3 golf carts didn't start before finding one, the high ropes & zip line were closed "indefinitely", the cabin had ants inside the table that came out when you ate, cabin's AC couldn't be turned down, and the floor covered in dog hair.

We had a great vacation, but this KOA needs to address the maintenance on their equipment. We rented a slide boat and the 1st one died in the middle of the lake, the 2nd one almost sunk, the staff was very helpful and sincere as they gave us an upgrade (which the metal trim was falling off, injury waiting to happen) and a free day of boating with no change for the gas. This was much appreciated.

Nice place to stay when visiting the lake. Had a "party cove" type of feel to it. Lots of people moving around the campground all day every day. Our cabin was clean and ready to go. AC worked great and we needed it. Every employee was nice. Loved having a boat ramp at the campground. Campground map could be more specific. The campground seemed more detailed than the map showed.

This is a beautiful campground with lots of stuff of to do, the pool is probably the nicest of any KOAs we have stayed at. It is the potential to be first class if they would keep up their cabins a little more. The only other negative was that staff were incredibly rude. Four ladies in the office when I went to check in and I had to ask 3 times for someone to assist me.

We had great difficulty finding our cottage which is called a suite I recommend the signage for each suite labels, the number of the suite beyond the backside of the entrance, which is where you would view the number while driving to find the suite we spent over 30 minutes locating the correct cottage. Otherwise our stay was magnificent.

The pool is great for kids. Bathrooms/showers are dirty. Definitely need cleaned on a regular basis. Pretty gross. There was a check list in there but it hadn’t been signed in days. Cabins are decent. Some staff members are great, others don't seem to really care. Need more than one cashier in the shop/store since that’s also where golf carts are rented. Grounds are well kept.

Sewage coming out of pipe right next to where sitting. Boat dirty, tank not emptied, told they don’t clean the toilet, lost anchor due to old frayed rope and had to pay for new one. Cabana dirty, bathrooms at pool dirty, garbage not picked up enough to name a few things.

This is nice campground, but they need to cut there grass more often in the cabin area, they cut their grass to high, and it leaves lumps of grass everywhere. You get the grass all over your shoes and track it all in the cabins and it makes a mess. I did take photos but cannot attach.

We have stayed here for the past 4 seasons with our family. The staff is always courteous and helpful. This year weather was a huge issue but the staff did a great job communicating issues out. Unfortunately we did have to cut our stay short. My only complaint is the tall grass in the lagoon area. We have stayed on the lake several times and the grass is always high, should be cut before holiday w

We enjoyed the site and amenities. Though the shower took at least 20 min after a shower to drain and the propane grill didn't work. We called twice about it, the first time maintenance just turned the gas all the way on and thought that was all they needed to do. The second time it was completely out and ruined our dinner. Would rather have the grill fire pit they had last time, 5 years ago.

I had a wonderful stay at this KOA! It has a pool that has a greenhouse-like structure surrounding it, so that was nice. The staff was very nice and very helpful and there were food trucks every day that I was there. The whole location was beautiful!

Stayed for the weekend they have basketball chest a game room two pools water activities that you can do can even rent boats Kevin's have a Mexican restaurant and store have vans on Saturday night and activities for the kids sometimes on Sunday. Fun for all
