Upon arrival, our cabin had urine on the toilet seat, food in the grates on the stove, mud on the floor & cob webs with spiders all over the front entrance & windows. A board fell from the bunk above onto the bed & we had to exchange our 2 golf carts multiple times because they have not been maintained properly (no lights, flat tire, spiders, barely moving uphill, etc.).

The cabin was gross and dirty. The shower was dripping and would soak the floor. The top burner of the oven was out. The refrigerator and microwave were gross when arrived but were cleaned quickly. The floor was dirty and grimy. It took several requests to get basics, an never received some basics. It seemed very unkept and understaffed. Some staff were great & some lacked cs skills. Great view!

Our KOA cabin was perfect! We were very close to many great things offered in the area. The cabin had more than enough space for my husband, dog, and me. We will be staying there again-hopeully very soon.

The day prior to arrival I called to ask if the kitchen in the fort cabin we were staying in was furnished. The girl I talked to stated yes and went into a very rude comment that yes it is and if you don’t clean it up you will be charged extra. Upon arrival on Sunday, as we were checking in the girl ask where we were from and I told her Todd County. She rolled her eyes. Out of room to continue.

Brought my granddaughters and they really enjoyed the pools! The cabin was very comfortable with beautiful views of the lake!

Well we were very disappointed that the lagoon was closed. We booked before it was closed and had no idea. My kids were very upset, that was one of the main reasons we booked. We rented a pontoon one day and it was a lot of fun, but other than that not much to do since the lagoon is gone. Yes we used the pool and fished, but honestly what 16 year old plays pickle ball.

My tv didn’t work we had no hot water then had a water leak that was a fire hazard had to shut it down so we almost didn’t have a bathroom everyone of the adults were drinking alcohol in the pool with all the kids around there was no where around to go eat or shop everything is really far away. The park it self is great lots to do

We had a good time at Prizer Point. Our cabin was very clean for a glamping cabin. The campground was super clean as well. only problems, we had 2 golf carts and had to exchange both of them as the first one was wobbly and the other one barely ran. We weren't expecting a live band, that was a great event to have at a campground. Wifi was spotty at best. Would bring our own pots and pans next time.

Staff were delightful: Lost something and they helped us find it. Cabin was great: telling us what it did or did not include would have been helpful to know before arriving. Dish soap would have been nice to have out into the kitchen. Wanted a place to swim: a beach.

Floor in cabin coming up. Floor by door rotted. Toilet didn’t work properly. Couch was trash. Screen door going outside didn’t work. Hot water kept going off and on during shower. Cabins need lots of work. Won’t be back.

The maintenance of the cabin was very poor and run down. The towels were laundered but looked very stained. Last two days a tent camper plopped directly in front of our cabin playing music at 5 am. The door to enter cabin was very dirty and the lock was not secure as a child could break in if they pushed it. The mattress was very sunken in and provided little comfort when sleeping. No comfort!

We had problems with the golf carts which happens every year I been coming for 5-6 years and bring a lot of family with we have had 6 different cabins at times we had 4 golf carts and only one with no issues

We always enjoy our stay here. We only had one issue with another camper not having their dog on a leash and it tried starting a fight with my leashed dog. Other than that we love the atmosphere and environment here.

Would give it 2.5 stars if possible. Cabin had continuous HVAC issues that staff was aware of prior to our stay. Put us in another cabin after second day of high heat in the cabin. Very frustrating! The campground itself was nice. Outdoor baths/showers were borderline disgusting. Booked this location for the Lagoon water play area, but found out at arrival that they were removed. Not cool!

Issues with the cabin we stayed in management never did call me back after I brought it up. We only stayed 2 nights and spending our time dealing with the issues wasn’t worth completely wasting the trip so we did without working AC, and appliances and had to eat at the store because what food we brought couldn’t be made.

We stayed in Suite 3. Getting our luggage to the cabin was awful, you need a sidewalk, especially for older folks like us. Plus you need some concrete around bottom of steps, so that will help too. We had to move in in the rain and what a soaked mess. Otherwise cabin was nice. We had fun with our son and family who had their RV there (Brendan and Ashley Smith). Saturday we did some of the crafts

We love KOA! However a few things I would recommend is some better upkeep to the cabins/amenities. Our door frame was broken and the cabin was infested with ants. I tried to use the dryers out by the pool none of them worked. Just a few small things that could be kept up a little better. Otherwise a great place to stay!

If you rent golf carts be sure to make sure you get your deposit back. We waited the 5-7 business days with no refund, then had to call. Once we called we got a receipt that said we would get the deposit back. We did get the deposit back. Make sure you get one so you do not have problems. The camp ground was nice. There is not much to do in the area besides hang out at the campground.

Cabin needed cleaning & maintained. Floor in front of shower is weak, rotted, the cabin was full of pet hair, mattresses need replacing (extremely worn out), the sink aerator was broken off.

It was great. All the camp’s employees was polite helpful and made our stay camp fun. The four is why there is no security after 10 pm to the am staff. There was a fight of sorts outside my window on Friday night. There was also yelling. This woke us up and finally some campers got it under control. If alcohol is sold on premises there should be someone to help control some people’s behavi

We had a beautiful view of the lake from our cabin, and forgot a bag in the bathroom when we checked out and they called to make sure we knew and arrange to ship it to us. We also loved the Mexican restaurant in the marina building. Everyone is very kind & helpful!

My family has been 'glamping' here in the tree houses for years. The view of the lake from their porches is spectacular. When it's too hot or too stormy for a tent, they are a great upgrade. The campground amenities are extensive, and the staff have been good to us. I look forward to each visit.

My sisters and I rented a cabin for a sister get-a-way weekend. We had a blast! Spending time together enjoying the outdoors with a lake view was wonderful. The staff at Prizer Point are so friendly and helpful. We dined at the "No Way Jose", restaurant on site, that was so delicious, and we bought our marshmallows for our smores, from the camp store. We will plan our next stay here.

Cabin and layout of grounds were great! Our HVAC blew a fuse and hot water heater went out right after checking in; maintenance were absolutely wonderful resolving both issues quickly. Biggest issue was lack of open amenities due to early season, however I had called prior to booking and was assured this would not be the case. I felt deceived and ended up regretting our stay during this time.
