We had problems with the golf carts which happens every year I been coming for 5-6 years and bring a lot of family with we have had 6 different cabins at times we had 4 golf carts and only one with no issues

It was so relaxing worth the stay. We will be coming back. And also sending some friends y’all’s way.

Issues with the cabin we stayed in management never did call me back after I brought it up. We only stayed 2 nights and spending our time dealing with the issues wasn’t worth completely wasting the trip so we did without working AC, and appliances and had to eat at the store because what food we brought couldn’t be made.

Very pleasant and restful. Greatly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in Suite 3. Getting our luggage to the cabin was awful, you need a sidewalk, especially for older folks like us. Plus you need some concrete around bottom of steps, so that will help too. We had to move in in the rain and what a soaked mess. Otherwise cabin was nice. We had fun with our son and family who had their RV there (Brendan and Ashley Smith). Saturday we did some of the crafts

If you rent golf carts be sure to make sure you get your deposit back. We waited the 5-7 business days with no refund, then had to call. Once we called we got a receipt that said we would get the deposit back. We did get the deposit back. Make sure you get one so you do not have problems. The camp ground was nice. There is not much to do in the area besides hang out at the campground.

Cabin needed cleaning & maintained. Floor in front of shower is weak, rotted, the cabin was full of pet hair, mattresses need replacing (extremely worn out), the sink aerator was broken off.

We had a beautiful view of the lake from our cabin, and forgot a bag in the bathroom when we checked out and they called to make sure we knew and arrange to ship it to us. We also loved the Mexican restaurant in the marina building. Everyone is very kind & helpful!

My sisters and I rented a cabin for a sister get-a-way weekend. We had a blast! Spending time together enjoying the outdoors with a lake view was wonderful. The staff at Prizer Point are so friendly and helpful. We dined at the "No Way Jose", restaurant on site, that was so delicious, and we bought our marshmallows for our smores, from the camp store. We will plan our next stay here.

Cabin and layout of grounds were great! Our HVAC blew a fuse and hot water heater went out right after checking in; maintenance were absolutely wonderful resolving both issues quickly. Biggest issue was lack of open amenities due to early season, however I had called prior to booking and was assured this would not be the case. I felt deceived and ended up regretting our stay during this time.

We have stayed here before and loved it so we talked friends into staying this time too and they loved it too!!!

Great staff. Check in communication for after hours could be better, but the staff , campgrounds, and lodging were great

Campground is nice and staff very friendly. The cabins are in need of massive maintenance attention. Chalet 1 has so much black mold we had to be moved. Moved to bungalow 5 which had mold in the bathroom. Stepped out of shower and through the floor. Take your camper as the lodging isn’t very nice.

We arrived after check-in counter closed but were able to find the guy to check in within 10 minutes. Cabin was relatively clean. Campground is nice. Bathrooms by the cabins were kept well cleaned. Quiet hours seemed to be relatively upheld for our off season stay. We did not love the amount of kids driving golf carts around. Most were pretty respectful, but lots of "joy rides" with music blasting

We really enjoyed our stay. I'm allergic to pet dander and it was difficult to stay in the cabin. I have a pet who is hypoallergenic, but I'm grateful for the politeness of you staff. I would definitely again.

Cabin was dirty, floor was not even swept (sand and dirt all over it). Toilet was leaking at the bottom. People in golf carts were rude and way they drove was dangerous for my kids to ride bikes. Too many golf carts. Outside garbage bin was not picked up the whole weekend and was overflowing. A worker turned off the jumping pad because they said they were tired of listening to the kids play.

My grandson and I loved the campground. We stayed in a treehouse—fun time!

My wife wanted to camp with our kids for our anniversary. I rented a cabin for the occasion. I worked on Friday evening, came home and drove 100 miles to the campground. I was there for about 1 1/2 hours and everyone decided they were going home. I didn't get use of the cabin I rented, drove 200 miles round trip after working 16 hrs the day before, for nothing. So my 1st experience was lacking

Our stay was rather enjoyable. The cabin (Suite 2) was clean and cozy. One issue: the floor by the shower was extremely weak from water damage. I would have reported this upon check-out, but I only had the key drop-off available on early Sunday morning, so nobody to report it to.

Beautiful location, however cleanliness needs to be addressed. Our refrigerator in our cabin was dirty, the floor in the kitchen was filthy, the outside patio furniture was sticky and layered in filth and the restrooms near the pool were clearly unattended with no toilet paper, also, we requested two days in a row for toilet paper (which was to be supplied as an amenity) but it never arrived.
