Great stay. I do wish the parking for the cabins were n ext to the actual cabin since hauling everything through the grass area was a pain. But otherwise great.

It was overall a nice campground. I was disappointed in our area of stay. We were led to believe the lagoon area was new and very nice. The bath houses were horrible in that area. Bathrooms gross and the showers very sketchy. Outdoor and anyone could peak through and see. Definitely didn’t feel comfortable sending my kids to shower. Activities were disappointing for the pricey stay.

We had a good time despite the weather. A few things could definitely use some improvement however. We reserved in the new lagoon area. It seemed as if all of the campsites around us had a sewage pipe except for ours but our spot cost the same as the ones with the pipe. Also, the shower house was gross and not in working order and the showers were not private at all.

We stayed in Suite 3. Getting our luggage to the cabin was awful, you need a sidewalk, especially for older folks like us. Plus you need some concrete around bottom of steps, so that will help too. We had to move in in the rain and what a soaked mess. Otherwise cabin was nice. We had fun with our son and family who had their RV there (Brendan and Ashley Smith). We love KOA! However a few things I would recommend is some better upkeep to the cabins/amenities. Our door frame was broken and the cabin was infested with ants. I tried to use the dryers out by the pool none of them worked. Just a few small things that could be kept up a little better. Otherwise a great place to stay!

If you rent golf carts be sure to make sure you get your deposit back. We waited the 5-7 business days with no refund, then had to call. Once we called we got a receipt that said we would get the deposit back. We did get the deposit back. Make sure you get one so you do not have problems. The camp ground was nice. There is not much to do in the area besides hang out at the campground.

It was an amazing stay we would is stayed our full length but our dog got sick so we had to cut it short but next time we will stay way longer

It was wonderful, the staff and other guests were great. The kids activities were really well done and everything was clean and well maintained. We will be returning with others as we were very impressed.

It was excellent however one think upset me. My wife was sitting at the table outside on the patio and the grass cutter with the zero turn came super fast into our little patch of grass and threw grass and debris at my wife. Enough she had grass in her hair. I went to find him but never could

Cabin needed cleaning & maintained. Floor in front of shower is weak, rotted, the cabin was full of pet hair, mattresses need replacing (extremely worn out), the sink aerator was broken off.

This place is amazing , the campground and the staff. We came down our first time and loved it so much we were back in two weeks with our grandkids and they loved it. Also my husband suffered a serious medical emergency and it could have been a nightmare but because of the staff things went so smoothly. They have been so great to us and I’m forever grateful.

This by far is the best koa that we have stayed at. I like the extra space between camp sites and the amenities offered. The only improvement I see could be with the office staff at check-in. Not very friendly and didn't make you feel welcome.

It had everything that I needed. Bathrooms and showers could be upgraded. Most of staff were friendly. Some young kids can’t talk or don’t want to be courteous. Great Mexican Pier restaurant including staff. Good fishing and boating options. Plenty for children to do. Golf nearby at state park.

this time just about everything was chaotic and disorganized. The workers were very friendly but kept saying they were new and would try asking someone else who didn’t know either. We were supposed to get 2 free days on our golf cart because we kept getting one that wasn’t charged or wouldn’t hold a charge we only got one day. The campground is very kid friendly from the planned activities to the swimming pools there is plenty for the kids to stay busy with. Our site was clean and had a great view of the lake and boats coming and going to the marina. Can get busy near marina at times but that is what you would expect. I am not a fan of the never ending parade of golf carts and at times blasting music from these carts.

It was great. All the camp’s employees was polite helpful and made our stay camp fun. The four is why there is no security after 10 pm to the am staff. There was a fight of sorts outside my window on Friday night. There was also yelling. This woke us up and finally some campers got it under control. Good: I don't think there is a bad site in the whole park and there's SO much to do you don't have to leave the park but we did to explore some other activities. Beautiful location.Complaints: the firewood sold was unburnable. And the number of texts we got from the manager about literally everything was a little insane (at least 30!) The floor of the kids pool is very slippery, needs texture.

Had a wonderful stay. Activities were over the top and the staff was amazing! Only one downside. We had our cooler stolen from our campsite during the night. I guess we should have not assumed it was safe left out.

Stayed at lot 23A which needs to be a wider lot for what you are paying. I wish you would enforce the no gas golf cart policy. It would be nice not to hear them going by all night long.

We had a beautiful view of the lake from our cabin, and forgot a bag in the bathroom when we checked out and they called to make sure we knew and arrange to ship it to us. We also loved the Mexican restaurant in the marina building. Everyone is very kind & helpful!

We will definitely be visiting again! The staff was friendly and helpful. The park was very clean and offers a lot of amenities. Even during inclement weather, we were updated continuously on the conditions and were to go. This was our first trip with our motorhome, as well as the first time with a KOA.

Wonderful sites with fishing right it your back door. Facilities were very clean. "No way Jose" resturant at the pier was very good. Great margaritas. Down side there are no grill tops for the firepits for open fire cooking.

THOROUGHLY ENJOYED MY FIRST STAY WITH YOU. I WAS DISAPPOINTED YOU DON’T RENT BOATS FOR FISHING, MY BAD SHOULD HAVE CHECKED BETTER. YOUR DUMP STATION IS DANGEROUS. SOMEONE COMES AROUND THAT CORNER FAST OR DUI AND THERE COULD BE SERIOUS PROBLEMS. TOO MANY TEXTS - EVEN KEPT COMING AFTER I HAD CHECKED OUT.

My family has been 'glamping' here in the tree houses for years. The view of the lake from their porches is spectacular. When it's too hot or too stormy for a tent, they are a great upgrade. The campground amenities are extensive, and the staff have been good to us. I look forward to each visit.

We had a great spot with views of the lagoon. We were surprised that the bathrooms in that area were locked. The restrooms on the other side were pretty far as well as most other amenities. We also would tell friends that the restaurants are pretty far from the KOA. Other than that the staff was very friendly.

A great weekend stay. Was greeted by staff at the check-in station and was quickly processed in. Staff escort me to the campsite and assisted me backing in. Very nice and relaxing weekend. A lot of activities for kids. Will definitely stay here again.

We spent 4 days here for family vacation. We had 3 sites next to each other. Our 2 older kids brought their campers. When we were getting ready to pack up, our son and daughter in law had an issue with the sewer backing up on their camper. It was happening at the site next to them also. I called the front desk and they had someone come out to check. He said he'd return shortly. The Ops Manager, I belive was Jason, personally came over to get the situation addressed asap. He had everything cleaned up and went above and beyond for our group. Some may have been mad, but stuff happens. He apologized and that meant everything to us. From the check in lady, to the store staff, and the restaurant was top tier! We will definitely be back. We rented golf carts to get around and rented a marina spot for our boat. Very kid friendly and so many activities to keep busy. Thank you from The Gagen group
