Stayed in the Lagoon Area. The camp site was so cramped that our camper and truck barely made it in. The truck had to be almost on top of the fire pit, so it was not useable. The water pressure was awful. The picnic table was in bad shape with peeling paint.

We love Prizer Point KOA!! Can’t say enough great things about the staff, the amenities, and service - top notch! Can’t wait to get back later this year!

It is a described in advertising. It was a very nice place for a family event.

The maintenance of the cabin was very poor and run down. The towels were laundered but looked very stained. Last two days a tent camper plopped directly in front of our cabin playing music at 5 am. The door to enter cabin was very dirty and the lock was not secure as a child could break in if they pushed it. The mattress was very sunken in and provided little comfort when sleeping. No comfort!

We had problems with the golf carts which happens every year I been coming for 5-6 years and bring a lot of family with we have had 6 different cabins at times we had 4 golf carts and only one with no issues

Beautiful location. Great employees. Cold showers (two days in a row) and very dirty bathrooms.

Mosquitoes are horrible! The grass had not been mowed. We didn’t have water pressure for the first 4 hours due to something happening at the pool area. I went to use the bathroom by the pool and it was swarming with mosquitoes and the last day they’d cleaned it according to their chart was three days prior. There was low power because our lights flickered the entire time we were there.

The location of our campsite was nice, however the upkeep of our site & several others near us appeared to have been neglected for some time. The shoring to level the campsite was falling apart & missing in some places, causing the site to be out of level (side to side) by over 5 inches. This was not a recent deterioration, but seems to have been occurring over several years. Disappointed.

Would give it 2.5 stars if possible. Cabin had continuous HVAC issues that staff was aware of prior to our stay. Put us in another cabin after second day of high heat in the cabin. Very frustrating! The campground itself was nice. Outdoor baths/showers were borderline disgusting. Booked this location for the Lagoon water play area, but found out at arrival that they were removed. Not cool!

Issues with the cabin we stayed in management never did call me back after I brought it up. We only stayed 2 nights and spending our time dealing with the issues wasn’t worth completely wasting the trip so we did without working AC, and appliances and had to eat at the store because what food we brought couldn’t be made.

A bit out of the way but if your goal is camping it’s the place to go.

It was awesome! Staff very helpful! Never had stayed or visited a KOA, but will definitely start cking for one wherever we travel!!�

The biggest complaint I have is the bathhouse. Thankfully there were two close by BUT the water stayed freezing ��� it was a 90+ degree weekend but it was still so cold that I could hardly be in there to rinse off. Every thing else was great! Communication about events during the week for those of us left after Sunday check out would have been nice, but I understand that weekends are the busiest.

Our campsite was large enough to hold our family of 13 with room to spare. The sites each had a very nice table with chairs, plus a glider and fire area. The only disappointment we had was finding out the inflatables were no longer available due to state regulations. (Wish those pictures on Prizer Point photos were taken down.) The staff was not only friendly, but very helpful.

Very nice campground! Everyone was so friendly Lots to do.

Our sites had not been mowed guessing at least for a couple weeks by how high the grass was.Tree stump still had a lot of debris around it from being cut down . And the fire rings had not been cleaned out .Our sites were on the water and the view was great but they could stand some TLC !

Grounds were nice and it’s a huge campground. We were there when the mayflies were out, and they were a bit of a pain. We also were down on the point for 3 days, never could get in the men’s restroom and shower, reported it a few times. Never did get fixed. My wife stood outside the women’s so I could use sit. It was the same all 3 days, never cleaned or serviced. Other than that, it was fin

The campground was good, we loved the spot that we booked. One major complaint...we booked this campground solely because of the inflatables on the lake. We were shocked to find out these were removed and no announcement was made of the removal, nor was the cost of our reservation reduced; I feel that this was false advertisement.

Great stay. I do wish the parking for the cabins were n ext to the actual cabin since hauling everything through the grass area was a pain. But otherwise great.

We had a good time despite the weather. A few things could definitely use some improvement however. We reserved in the new lagoon area. It seemed as if all of the campsites around us had a sewage pipe except for ours but our spot cost the same as the ones with the pipe. Also, the shower house was gross and not in working order and the showers were not private at all.

We love KOA! However a few things I would recommend is some better upkeep to the cabins/amenities. Our door frame was broken and the cabin was infested with ants. I tried to use the dryers out by the pool none of them worked. Just a few small things that could be kept up a little better. Otherwise a great place to stay!
