The inflatable was not properly set up by opening time. The inflatable needs to be updated considering it’s a top item we come for. The storm came through and you could have done more for the campers like free lunch or ice before you knew you would loose money by it melting.

Reserved my campsite in February of 2024 and paid the extra fee to guarantee my site for Memorial Day weekend. Once I arrived and checked in my original site that I paid extra for was not available. Staff informed me that a seasonal camper was allowed to book that site in March of 2024 after I had already locked that site in. Beware even if you pay to guarantee your site it may not be available

We unfortunately had storms hit during our stay and power was lost the entire time, which was a bummer to not get to utilize all the amenities with the kids that we pay for. Hoping we can return for another stay so we can experience the amenities with the kiddos!

Met family from Missouri there for long weekend. It started out nice, but storms and tornados hit. Only 1 of the bath houses was unlocked to use as a shelter when the first tornado hit, it was packed, and standing in water. Trees & power lines were downed & there was no power for the remainder of the stay. Had 3 young kids but were unable to use pool, jump pad & other activities. Waiting on credit

Great overall stay even with awful weather. The staff were friendly and the amenities were exactly what our family expected. Issues that came up was with the Golf Cart rental. We attempted 3 Golf Carts due to previous 2 not working as should HOWEVER the staff quickly resolved any issue we had. We were not told the code to the bathroom and showers so that was a small issues as well. Loved the stay!

We have stayed here for the past 4 seasons with our family. The staff is always courteous and helpful. This year weather was a huge issue but the staff did a great job communicating issues out. Unfortunately we did have to cut our stay short. My only complaint is the tall grass in the lagoon area. We have stayed on the lake several times and the grass is always high, should be cut before holiday w

Great place to camp and fish. Wish the store was open earlier. Couldn't get Ice for the boat until after 10am. Well kept grounds and friendly staff always someone interesting to chat with.

Had to move sites twice. Golf cart rental, as usual, sucked. Always get the worst of the fleet even if a reservation is made in advance. The cart was so slow it could be out walked. It was nasty as well. May not be going back.

We love camping there. The staff/office has always been fantastic. This last stay, no fault of the campground, the cicadas drove us nuts, and weathers was not good, so we left a day early. We stay on rv site 21 or 20 usually and love it. I would like to recommend you grade and level those spots more because the low side of the trailer has to be raised almost 10" off the ground to level it.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff on arrival were very helpful. Facilities were very clean and in good condition. Pre-arrival contact was a little difficult. We already booked another weekend later in the year.

Nice park, site was good.. BUT!! We had a beautiful spot (512) across from the houseboats. One of the houseboat owner BLASTED HIS MUSIC from @ 6pm to 10:20 .. 2 nights we were here and neighbor sd same thing a couple months ago. This is BS.. why does the park allow this?? WE WONT RECOMMEND OR RETURN!!

We enjoyed the site and amenities. Though the shower took at least 20 min after a shower to drain and the propane grill didn't work. We called twice about it, the first time maintenance just turned the gas all the way on and thought that was all they needed to do. The second time it was completely out and ruined our dinner. Would rather have the grill fire pit they had last time, 5 years ago.

Checking in was very hard, because there was no one at the welcome office, despite being during "open" hours. It took several calls to get them on the phone. It always took many calls to get help. I had questions to call about 2-3 times during my stay, and I never got anyone on the phone, nor did they return my call when I left voicemail. The facility was clean and the site was nice.

Our 3rd year here and we love it! We had a minor issue at our site and the maintenance crew was so friendly and fixed us right up! Hiking LBL, distillery visit, and Hopkinsville brewery visit as well. Great visit! We’ll be back.

We vacationed at Prizer Point KOA with our grandkids, and I want to give a special thank-you to Candice and Jason for helping turn a frustrating situation into a great experience! Candice first helped me when I realized I had made a mistake with our online booking. She made sure there were no missing days in our reservation, which I really appreciated. When we arrived, our Ontario premium site on the water was nice, but it wasn't level, which created challenges with the honey wagon service. We were frustrated at the thought of having to pack everything up, leave to dump our tanks, and then return to set everything up again. Jason recognized that we'd already had a rough time getting to the KOA, through no fault of theirs, and took the time to understand our situation. He spoke with Candice, and together they offered us a site with full hookups for the rest of our stay. It turned out to be perfect for us! They even offered to help us move our belongings and get set up again. That willingness to find a practical solution made all the difference. Thank you, Candice and Jason, for making a stressful situation so much easier. Your teamwork and customer service are a credit to Prizer Point KOA, and we truly appreciate everything you did for our family. ❤️

Beautiful scenery. Well maintained. Exceptional, prompt and very friendly staff. Loved the views of the lake.
