I would suggest that some of the bathhouse doors need some attention (not closing/latching properly). Otherwise I wish you sold leveling blocks in your store (although that's 100% on me for not already having a set). But the associate in the store saved the day by walking me through the Wal-Mart delivery process. We were leveled and set up within a little over an hour.

Prizer Point KOA has so much to offer. We enjoyed swimming, ping pong, paddle boats, fishing, basketball, hiking, watching several barges and seeing deer and eagles. They had lots of things for children as well. It was nice and quiet. The staff is amazing and very friendly. The No Way Jose restaurant is delicious as well. We stayed three nights but now wish we stayed an extra night.

Great spot on the water was quiet and peaceful. The entire staff all were very friendly and so helpful. It was our first stay at this KOA however we will be back for sure!!

Beautiful campground and so many fun and helpful amenities… indoor/outdoor pool, jumping pillow, pickleball, marina with rentals, restaurant, store, lots of roads and trails for daily walks, and water views everywhere. My only suggestion is signage for after hour arrivals.

We loved the camp site we had, great view of the lake! The only thing we talked about while there was, that probably 70% of people had dogs even us� Although they were very nice about us playing with our baby girl outside the dog run we felt they could have had a larger play area for the dogs. The fenced in area is very small. Overall the campground was really nice and staff was excellent!!

Beautiful lot. Peaceful and relaxing stay. Staff was overboard friendly and helpful. Everything was great about this campground. look forward to another trip to stay here.

I arrived after hours so I had to find my way to my site which was a little difficult. I would recommend arriving during daylight hours. I could see that most sites are not very level but I didn’t have too much trouble. Restaurant on site was fabulous!

Rough drive in late at night, but upon arrival1 we were amazed how clean and quiet it was. Waking up to see how beautiful the park was. So clean and well landscaped this was no ordinary rv park.it seemed to be a resort with tons of amenities. Although we were just stopping for a day to get up the second day for trave, we didn't take the time to see everything there. Great place, we'll be back

Beautiful campground with professional staff. We stayed one night on our way home. This would be a great campground for families as they have some many fun things to explore. They have boat rentals, fishing, golf carts, and a couple of swimming pools.

Stayed 2 nights here. Loved it. Saw deer in camp every evening. Camp store was big and well stocked. Camp had a good restaurant on site. Most of the sites had a lake view. Site was of adequate length but had to disconnect my car to reach the hookups.

This was our first time camping and we chose a great place to go. Very quiet but friendly environment. Very clean. We will definitely be going back.

Great Managment. A storm came through, knocked limbs from a tree in my space and I was immediately moved to a new-superior site. Above my expectations. He checked several times to make sure all was well.

This was our first camping adventure in over forty years! We were in our mobile RV and it could not of been any better! We had a few hiccups prior to our arrival, but our stay at KOA Prizer Point did not disappoint! The staff was so helpful and the campground was beautiful! We ate one meal at the Mexican restaurant at the marina! It was great! We are already planning our next trip!

The views are amazing. We stayed in the tree house! The staff were all SO NICE! activities we're going on for the kids all day. You can rent golf carts and use them to get around with ease. Will for sure be coming back again and again!

It’s a beautiful KOA campground with many things to do. Unfortunately it rain so we missed out on those things. We will definitely come back.

Exceptional campground! Most delightful staff of any KOA that we have ever met. When we had a problem with our RV, they got us in contact with reputable service man who came on a holiday, fixed the problem, and the charge was nominal. Every aspect of this KOA is well maintained.

Stayed in Fort 78, loved the view. Rented a boat slip, it was perfect. Mexican restaurant was delicious. Staff overall were amazing! Cabin had quite a few insects & the AC could not keep up with the heat, stayed in the 80s. Maintenance tried to fix but cabin is not well insulated and duct work underneath had holes. He brought a window unit to help, which we appreciated but were still hot.

This is our go to for Labor day week3nd for the past 5 years. We also have a relaxing time. The park is very clean, the staff always goes above and beyond to help. The only con is there needs to be more trash barrels around the campgrounds. Always overflowing

Even though it was Labor Day weekend and the temperature was 100, it was a great place to stay. Staff was very friendly and informative. Bathhouses were clean and cold. Made the heat bearable. A lot of boat traffic to watch. WiFi and cellular reception was good.

Everything was great, as usual the entire staff is awesome, the park is clean. The fireworks were fantastic. The only complaint I have is the people with the fifth wheel next to tent campsite number 1, had blaring lights on all night long Sunday night and we were unable to sleep. I’m not sure why they would be allowed to do this? They were not there Thursday night, Friday night or Saturday nigh

Very nice and clean campground. All the employees were very nice as well. One thing that would make it better is more lighting after dark, maybe just the string lights through the campgrounds on timers. We will definitely be coming back.

Hornet's nest in elec box. Pull thru site 204 too steep for rigs w trailers. Too expensive. Campground excellent in terms of amenities, cleanliness, friendly staff. Great for kids.

Outstanding stay! Despite our site being bumped 3 times after confirming our group sites (16, 17 & 18), the kind staff got us back to our original site. Stunning lake views, tons of activities, and the kids had a blast! Restaurant staff handled our group of 30 amazingly. Even the pump out staff were friendly and reliable. Fabulous service we’ll absolutely be back!

Been here before in RV, wanted to try the cabins and did not like it at all. We were in Fort #77. It's old, run down and in disrepair but the biggest problem was it is dirty. We almost left immediately but decided to try to stay. We were outside the first evening and that was ok, too close to others but inside is just nasty. Left early the next morning. Could only get a partial refund, disagree

Facilities were clean. Small problem with bugs, spiders and cobwebs in the public bathrooms. Lakefront is beautiful and amenities were great.

We vacationed at Prizer Point KOA with our grandkids, and I want to give a special thank-you to Candice and Jason for helping turn a frustrating situation into a great experience! Candice first helped me when I realized I had made a mistake with our online booking. She made sure there were no missing days in our reservation, which I really appreciated. When we arrived, our Ontario premium site on the water was nice, but it wasn't level, which created challenges with the honey wagon service. We were frustrated at the thought of having to pack everything up, leave to dump our tanks, and then return to set everything up again. Jason recognized that we'd already had a rough time getting to the KOA, through no fault of theirs, and took the time to understand our situation. He spoke with Candice, and together they offered us a site with full hookups for the rest of our stay. It turned out to be perfect for us! They even offered to help us move our belongings and get set up again. That willingness to find a practical solution made all the difference. Thank you, Candice and Jason, for making a stressful situation so much easier. Your teamwork and customer service are a credit to Prizer Point KOA, and we truly appreciate everything you did for our family. ❤️
