This was the first time our extended family got together for a summer camp & fishing trip, and we wanted to find a location that would be good for the little ones and close enough for everyone to travel to. We were not disappointed with the KOA @ Kentucky Lakes / Prizer Point. Plenty of places to fish directly from the lake front, the amendments were good, and the staff was great.

Our check in was for 4:00pm but we were not allowed into the cabin until around 6:00pm. The drain in the shower was clogged and the drawers had some kind of pet hair in them. One of the cabins in our group had mouse droppings in the kitchen drawers. The obstacle course was partially deflated which made it less fun for the kids.

I would not say this is a KOA. Positive: The fireworks were nice and the view from our treehouse cabin was beautiful. Negative: Speeding Golf carts, staff were uninformed, the bathrooms were dirty with no soap or TP, the laundry area by the pool was old and only one working washer, and the lagoon was a mess and ran down. I would not recommend this KOA if you are looking for a KOA experience

Huge campground on lake bentley with lots of amenities. We were camped on the superior loop with a beautiful view of the lake. Although there is a concrete pad, it should be bigger. Had a difficult time getting our 42 foot fifth wheel out as there is not enough room to turn. Neighbors helped us navigate the turn. Maintenance in campground is lacking. Pool is huge, but sides and deck are slimy

It was nice but not over the top, very pricey for the what you get, we stay at several places around the southeast and this is one of the more expensive stays, we are retired military over 55 so a more cost convenient location is our goto.

Nice place but the WiFi was terrible and our cable tv did not work for the duration of the stay. At this point, WiFi should be flawless since that’s the most common means of entertainment for most. Also when booking, we were not informed our site did not have sewer hookups. Fire pits need updating because ours was simply a rusted ring on the ground. Rings to close to vehicles as well.

Bathrooms were dirty, smelled bad and every time I used one, they were out of toilet paper. All but one of the showers in the bathrooms co-located with the game room and laundry, were broken. Golf Carts being operated by kids driving past, blaring music until midnight. Refusal by staff to have our gray water tanked pumped for two days and then we waited for 6 hours to have tank pumped.

The campground was clean & the staff was very friendly & welcoming. Our boys enjoyed it there but honestly feel it’s overpriced. Never paid that much for camping! Dont know if will return due to cost I would recommend a better basketball court area. It needs update. Was only able to play half court due to broken goal & mud. Our boys loved the lagoon obstacle course!! It should stay open lon

The Tent sites with electric are way to small of sites. And are too close together. Constantly had other campers walking through our site. Ordered a bundle of wood and they delivered it to the wrong campsite which I don't blame the staff for It believe it goes back to tent sites being too close together. Wasn't any bathroom close to the tent area either. Worse campsite I have ever had.

We had a good time, no major issues. The only concern we had is due to the amount of golf carts and how crazy those were being driven around that it was not the safest for our kids to ride bikes. Lots of young kids driving them along w drunk people makes it dangerous. Otherwise, good stay overall.

Our third time coming here, usually awesome but this time lacking a bit. 4 pm is pretty late for check in, then cabin wasn’t ready until 5 and needed an intensive cleaning. Enjoyed our time but paid extra for bigger cabin, wasn’t as nice as before. If we come back we’ll get basic cabin, those were ready when the guests arrived but not the pricier ones. Overall a nice campground, good pools.

Our stay was great, however the shower house by the tent camping area needs a drain in the floor and something like a removable shower head so quest can rinse out the mud and not have standing water.

Our stay was very relaxing and pleasant. We truly had a great time!! Staff at every location throughout the park were so helpful and nice. Campsites were neat and clean.

I don't know if there's been a change in ownership or just lack of staff and training, but this trip was one disappointment after another. Check-in took 3 attempts, 3 golf carts didn't start before finding one, the high ropes & zip line were closed "indefinitely", the cabin had ants inside the table that came out when you ate, cabin's AC couldn't be turned down, and the floor covered in dog hair.

Enjoyed our stay. The staff was great. The campground was beautiful, and the sites were very nice concrete, full hookup and roomy. Will definitely stay again.

Loved waking up and seeing the lake. The new lagoon area is clean, and has nice comfortable patio seating. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

Bathrooms were very clean and there were lots of things for the kids to do. I do wish there would have been a beach are were we could get in the lake. My 4 year old didn't meet requirements for the obstacle course so he did not have the opportunity to just play in the lake water. Otherwise, our first tent camping trip was wonderful! We will be back!

I paid for a week and had a emergency and had to leave didn’t receive a refund also haven’t recieved deposit back for the golf cart we rented have been to thousands of campgrounds including koa all over the world and by far the worst experience ever don’t go here if u don’t want scammed out of your hard earned money

We enjoyed the paved drive and the amount of shade at our site. pool was okay, the blowups on the lake were nice but there was trash that has blown into the lake that hasn’t been cleaned. The campsites need to be looked over before new people arrive to ensure all trash is picked up. The sites need to be bigger because we couldn’t have a campfire because the ring was too close to our camper.

We had a great vacation, but this KOA needs to address the maintenance on their equipment. We rented a slide boat and the 1st one died in the middle of the lake, the 2nd one almost sunk, the staff was very helpful and sincere as they gave us an upgrade (which the metal trim was falling off, injury waiting to happen) and a free day of boating with no change for the gas. This was much appreciated.

Nice place to stay when visiting the lake. Had a "party cove" type of feel to it. Lots of people moving around the campground all day every day. Our cabin was clean and ready to go. AC worked great and we needed it. Every employee was nice. Loved having a boat ramp at the campground. Campground map could be more specific. The campground seemed more detailed than the map showed.

Great campground around the lake. Lots of activities and things to do. However, the wifi was horrible to be almost unusable. Cell phone coverage was good on some carriers and non-existent on others. Not a problem if you don't want Internet connectivity.

This is a beautiful campground with lots of stuff of to do, the pool is probably the nicest of any KOAs we have stayed at. It is the potential to be first class if they would keep up their cabins a little more. The only other negative was that staff were incredibly rude. Four ladies in the office when I went to check in and I had to ask 3 times for someone to assist me.

We had great difficulty finding our cottage which is called a suite I recommend the signage for each suite labels, the number of the suite beyond the backside of the entrance, which is where you would view the number while driving to find the suite we spent over 30 minutes locating the correct cottage. Otherwise our stay was magnificent.

Staff was great. It seems that the site needs some cleanup and upgrades. I don’t think the higher price was worth it. Bathrooms could have been cleaner and better. Location was nice. Overall we expected a nicer KOA for the price.

Unfortunately, we ended up leaving a day early due to the conditions of the campground. The staff was friendly. Our campsite had zero grass- it was just a dust pit. The campsites themselves are setup terribly- someone has to go through the front campsite to get the back site. But the worst part of it all was the shower house by the pool - disgusting!

The womens restrooms at several locations were filthy. The Prizer Lagoon water feature was in very poor condition, impossible for some of us to get on due to deflated entry pad. Disappointed that damage deposits take more than two days to be refunded when charges occur instantly.

Stayed for the weekend they have basketball chest a game room two pools water activities that you can do can even rent boats Kevin's have a Mexican restaurant and store have vans on Saturday night and activities for the kids sometimes on Sunday. Fun for all
