Overall, the campground and views were great. The gentleman that took us to our site and brought us our firewood was excellent. However, the staff in the marina shop acted as if there were not multiple customers in the shop and when we went up to check out, felt ignored while they continued their conversation. Also, the firewood was wet and would not stay lit after several attempts.

One of the nicer KOA’s I have stayed out. The crew there were very friendly. Lovely location on the lake. We will be back.

Despite telling the front desk about the concern we were forced to take ice cold showers in the women's bathroom at the bath house for the duration of our stay. We have come to visit this campground every year for the past 3 years - we are so disappointed in the declining condition of this campground and the poor customer service.

They have reduced amenities for the "off season" but the costs are not adjusted accordingly. Example: we rented a boat. Off season hours are reduced on the rental as the staff comes to work at 11 am, but we still had to pay for a full day. The full service restaurant was only serving pizza. Etc.

Campsites were great. Not crowded in early October. Fishing was good. They told us that the pool was heated. It was not. Water temp in the pool was probably in the low 70s. Had a lot of bugs in it also like it wasn’t getting cared for like in the summer.

My wife wanted to camp with our kids for our anniversary. I rented a cabin for the occasion. I worked on Friday evening, came home and drove 100 miles to the campground. I was there for about 1 1/2 hours and everyone decided they were going home. I didn't get use of the cabin I rented, drove 200 miles round trip after working 16 hrs the day before, for nothing. So my 1st experience was lacking

Very nice facility loved being right on the lake and having a marina on site we did have a problem in the middle the night with power and being unable to phone in and speak to someone before 11 am seemed problematic. however my husband went down to the office area and was able to speak with someone and they came up right away and resolved the problem within the hour. We plan to come back next year

The most dysfunctional koa I have stayed at in 7 years. Welcome center had a postage stamp size yellow koa sign out front. Welcome center was locked (3 pm) with a sign on door saying go to marina to check in. No directions to marina. Then next day marina office was locked. No sign about hours. Drove to welcome center at entrance. It was open. This place is a marina with koa as a sideline.

Prizer Lakes if a very large KOA directly on Prizer Point. The staff are very friendly and there are a number of activitiess. We stayed in one of the lakes side sites on Kentucky Avenue directly on the lake. If you are a big rig I would recommend getting a site with a concrete pad. Many of the gravel sites are not level enough for a 41 foot rig like ours.

Beautiful campground and area. Wish we had more time..Patti did an outstanding job of relocating us as our rig wouldn’t fit. Nico was alone in the office on Sat and we rented a golf cart….he was multitasking the whole time. Great bunch

We visit Prizer Point every year because it is a very nice campground with several amenities. The bathhouses are clean...this is a biggie! There is a store / restaurant in walking distance with most things you might need while here. The views of the lake are quite beautiful and peaceful. And our pups enjoyed the dog park.

They put us at a 45 degree angle for our camper and our air conditioner leaked all over the place. Then, the bathrooms were locked and the front desk didn't give us all the number to get in the bathroom. Also, the person leading us to our spot had no idea where she was going and the pool was closed on a 92 degree day. People on golf carts won't get out of the way.

The gal at the desk was not helpful when we asked about what to do in the area. Also asked about the wristbands and she said it was for the pool and stuff. Not sure what stuff really was. Your firewood was wet and would not burn well at all. Site was beautiful and camp was very nice.

Our stay was rather enjoyable. The cabin (Suite 2) was clean and cozy. One issue: the floor by the shower was extremely weak from water damage. I would have reported this upon check-out, but I only had the key drop-off available on early Sunday morning, so nobody to report it to.

The Bathrooms were Filthy with poop all over and no Hand soap . The Cabin was very dusty I even cleaned the AC filter. When you think KOA you think clean not this one, very disappointed.

Beautiful location, however cleanliness needs to be addressed. Our refrigerator in our cabin was dirty, the floor in the kitchen was filthy, the outside patio furniture was sticky and layered in filth and the restrooms near the pool were clearly unattended with no toilet paper, also, we requested two days in a row for toilet paper (which was to be supplied as an amenity) but it never arrived.

The park rules weren’t enforced. Minors driving golf carts. Yelling after quiet hours. Alcoholic beverages everywhere…. Pool side smoking cigarettes, drinking and playing loud music , drivers of golf carts holding and drinking alcohol , smells of marijuana, lots of cussing and chaos. We won’t be joining for Labor Day weekend ever again. Party camping KOA and not family oriented.

The campground was nice and had some good amenities. Several areas were slightly on the run down/under maintained side. But the sites and bath houses were nice and we had everything we needed.

Rented golf cart as rules state no gas carts allowed, mine is gas, paid 248 to find out they changed the rule this summer but never updated their website or sent a message letting patrons know. Ignored by tiffany. Dirty rest rooms, bouncy on water was half flat do to "mouse chewing it" and has missing handles (just wear but wasn't great) lake was pretty and site was nice but very narrow.

What a hidden gem. We loved the park! So much to do and see. The view of the lake from our site was a bit hidden by the cabins but still a great view. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area again!

Great stay over Labor Day weekend. The campground was packed but quieted down nicely at night. Tons of activities for kids! My only complaint was that the sewer hookup is right by the next site’s patio area. Maybe a little low fence to block that view would be nice!

The bathrooms weren't clean & were often out of t.p. & soap. I paid for a 6 seater golf cart, but was given a 4seater & was told there was nothing they could do about it. The golf cart battery burnt up while using it, stranding us. Some of the staff there were kind & helpful, others were quite rude. The restaurant closed early when i had asked earlier that day about hours. Fireworks were good.

Paid almost 500 for a less than adequate site (site had burn pit off patio, no internet, no cable,no water pressure), teenagers running all weekend, lights all night from carts,one of your staff driving a cart pulled out front of a moving 1 ton truck. One of the worst KOAs I have been to in 25 years. Will not return!

We spent 4 days here for family vacation. We had 3 sites next to each other. Our 2 older kids brought their campers. When we were getting ready to pack up, our son and daughter in law had an issue with the sewer backing up on their camper. It was happening at the site next to them also. I called the front desk and they had someone come out to check. He said he'd return shortly. The Ops Manager, I belive was Jason, personally came over to get the situation addressed asap. He had everything cleaned up and went above and beyond for our group. Some may have been mad, but stuff happens. He apologized and that meant everything to us. From the check in lady, to the store staff, and the restaurant was top tier! We will definitely be back. We rented golf carts to get around and rented a marina spot for our boat. Very kid friendly and so many activities to keep busy. Thank you from The Gagen group
