It was way to many bugs for me think you need to do some spraying

very nice stay, workers were polite and very good at their assigmnents

First time there it was very clean and nice

We loved Prizer Point KOA. They have great amenities and employees were great. We especially liked Tiffany (the Manager) and Bre (waitress at the point restaurant). They both went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

This place was awesome, and the people were very nice.

I stayed in site 55S. The only negative thing I will say is that the light on the pole at that site is blinding and caused more bugs than I have ever seen. I had to vacuum my shower before I could get in it. I asked if the light could be turned off or even dimmed, but the answer was no. I am certain that I am not the first person to have experienced this.

Very nice place to stay.

The campground is well-maintained. We were having problems with the cable TV hookup and they sent maintenance out immediately. Great service. The staff is very professional and respectful and always willing to help with any issues you may have. If you have kids, there is plenty for them to do.

We enjoyed our stay, lots to do on the grounds. The atmosphere was friendly, everyone around waves, speaks or nods. Clean grounds. Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in Fort lodging, the fort was comfortable and resonably stocked. Only suggestion, 2nd check lodging before checkins for spider webs/spiders, pests and pest excrement (mouse poo) in the kitchen cabinets with eating utensils.

Pool was very dirty with hair and body oils floating on top. We asked them to turn on pump to circulate but apparently it wasn’t working Public bathhouse was extremely dirty with over flowing toilets . Lots of trash around the camp sites. Gasoline mopeds and golf carts being driven throughout the campground by children , unattended. Golf carts on road after dark no lights. Dangerous. Understa

Good camping Golf cart service poor. Carts turned in at 11 by the rules should have some charge by 3 the allotted time for pickup Our reserved cart was dead and had too be cancelled

Excellent and courteous service.

The pools were not very clean. The Wi-Fi did not work at all. Golf carts were serviced well.

The views at the Kentucky Lakes/Prizer Point KOA were beautiful. It would be more helpful to have received more information on this campground upon arrival. The communication was not the best and we needed wristbands to use the pool, which we were unaware of. It was a nice stay and would possibly stay again knowing now what this KOA has to offer and what I would need prior to my visit.

Friends cabin was 2 hrs passed check in time was not ready , golf cart rental was miss leading on availability

We haven't stayed here in a couple years but we loved it & couldn't wait to come back. However the bathhouses need attention. The floors are soft & felt like they were going to fall through. I don't believe they were cleaned the whole week we were there, nasty. Also I understood the rules to be no one under 16 to drive a golf cart and we almost got hit several times by kids driving them everywhere

Staff was friendly. Campground amenities weren’t well taken care of. Floating obstacle course wasn’t maintained and needed air. Bathrooms were not clean and no TP. Just not worth the cost of the stay. For the cost, I would expect everything to be in tip top shape.

The setting was beautiful being on the lake, however the facilities of the cabins our family stayed in were very run down. We arrived and were told our cabin wasn't ready and had to wait over an hour past check-in time. When we arrived to our cabin, it had not been thoroughly cleaned (hair in the drain, hand towel dirty). The staff seemed very uninformed. Facilities need updates/deep cleaning.

The level concrete sites were great. Staff was friendly. Need to keep up with maintaining equipment like having correct paddles for kayaks, and pedal boats in good working order. Our site was pretty narrow and had to position camper just right to get the awning out. We saw others with the same issue with slide outs as well. Large rocks bordering site was inconvenient. Golf cart rules not enforce

Awesome camping spot

Bathrooms were DISCUSTING!! One bathroom was covered with toilet paper on floor and toilet paper EMPTY for 3 days!!!! Three days!!! Had to switch golf carts for mechanical issues 3 times. Had to switch pontoon boats for maintenance issues. 20 amp GFI on post faulty wouldn’t reset. Asked to have it looked at. Nope. We were there a week. All in all love the lake side spot. Not sure we will be ba
