Lovely campsite backing into the field. Hot tub amazing pool was very nice. Great activities for children. They all seemed very happy. Ground drainage was poor after rain falls. Bathrooms were dirty and dated.

After rain our sites were extremely swampy. The park is nice but areas around camp sites need much better drainage

Nice park. Friendly staff. Close to bike path which is nice. Bathroom could use an update. Water pressure was low. They were clean and the rest of the park was well kept as well.

Campsite was level had a faulty 30amp breaker but they were quick to replace. We’ll equipped for children we had none but still enjoyable.

Super great place to bring kids, lots for them to do. Highly recommend booking a vacation. Great staff, nice and clean.

Would be nice to have blinds or curtains on front doors as people sleeping on futon in front room. An extra garbage bag for kitchen would be preferred.

Nice showers. Close to the Saint Lawrence, Ivy Lea, Gananoque, and the National Park. Lots of family activities.

We had wonderful time at Ivy Lea KOA! Staff was very friendly and helpful and they have so many fun activities to keep the kids busy and lots of amenities. We are definitely coming back!

Location was great, campground need some TLC, sites are in big need of gravel and landscaping, water doesn’t drain proper, lots of muddy patches around after the rain.

1-Mon terrain #24 n'était pas disponible, on m'a trouvé un autre terrain rapidement. 2-Le trou d'egout du terrain #36 était trop haut même avec l'utilsation d'une chenille, je devais regulierement levé le tuyau pour faire sortir l'accumulation de d'eau. 3-Les toilette était propre mais pas assez de service de douche. 4-Vraiment trop dispendieux comparativement aux autres KOA (Québec, N

This is like going to a bad rv park. Not up to KOA standards in Canada at least. We have been to 6 different KOA campings and this one is just not to the standards at all. The campsites are not maintained , there is 0 landscaping done, everything is getting old and falling apart. The campsites don’t even make sense since the sewer is higher than the ground where the rv is at

This is our third time staying at the KOA Ivy Lea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were highly satisfied with the deluxe cabin we rented for three nights. The KOA cabin was the centre of our family celebration of our 45th anniversary. Our Grandchildren loved the proximity to the playground area and the pool. I would encourage any family to stay at the KOA Ivy Lea!!

Seriously if we had known how awesome the cabin stay was we would never have done the trailer thing and would prob still be camping....All of our clients now know about you and this amazing place....the dog park really helped especially with some of our dogs that will only go to the bathroom off leash....you made this so easy for us...

Kabin was nicely located and clean. Unfortunately maintenance on existing infrastructure and attractions is non existent. The arcade for example is non existent. 3 out of the 4 games are out of service. The store is sparsely stocked. The peddle go karts are old, barely functioning and in need of major repairs, but you still charge $7/ 30 mins. At $160/night I was hoping for a bit more.

The only couple suggestions is that the little cabins would be even better if they had a screened in section on the front porch to expand the cabin a bit when it’s pouring rain. The other is better door stoppers to the bathroom other than huge rocks because my mom tripped over the rock and hurt fell and hurt her ribs on the rock.

It was a long weekend and very busy. We have stayed at quite a few KOAs and the washrooms in this one weren’t inviting and only had 3 showers.

Everything was great. Kids had lots to do and lots of activities. Camp was clean, everything worked as it should.

We stayed in DC5 - which is the largest and most expensive cottage. The flooring was falling apart, the shower had stains all over it and I'd highly recommend that for the bedrooms, darker curtains are used. We have small children and the sun was up at 5am and so were they. It would be great to have the ability to make the room darker.

We just stayed at this KOA for the first time and we will definitely be back. We are a family of 4 with two small children and we stayed in a tent. Kids enjoyed the swimming pools, jump pad, work out area and play structure. Lots of fun organized activities for the kids to do. Staff was friendly and available if you needed assistance. Bathrooms were cleaned daily.

There are many good things but I was disappointed that the wi-fi did not work all weekend. We were told they have issues during the day but we couldn’t get it to work at 5 am either. I would like to see some more room on a lot of the sites. Many fifth wheels could not open their awnings do to space restrictions. Overall the staff was very friendly and the grounds were very clean.

Staff was fantastic. Could use some TLC in the pool area as some bricks are loose and the fence is a hazard (kid got fingers pinched and splinters), Overall the park and pool area was very clean though. A 4.5 would be the actual rating but the option is not there to give. We would absolutely return. Note: My kid said it was the best free movie night popcorn he has ever had.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ivy Lea KOA! This was our first time visiting a KOA so we weren't quite sure what to expect. The staff at the front office was very welcoming. We stayed in the 4-person cabin with the full bathroom. It was the perfect size for our little family. It seemed pretty clean at first glance but I would suggest a bit more attention to detail go in to cleaning between guests. We found quite a few mouse droppings in the cabin, though we appreciate that the cabin was equipped with pest repellent plug-ins. The staff was prompt in addressing an issue with the toilet in our cabin not flushing when we first arrived. After that, we found that the shower was also not draining. Those are probably a couple of things that could have been addressed when the unit was being cleaned before our arrival. The grounds were pretty well maintained, but some work could go into revitalizing the flower beds and areas around the pool and parks since there were a lot of overgrown weeds in those areas. Our toddler enjoyed the park and the pool. We would definitely return for another trip!

This is a fabulous KOA. The pools are clean and safe the park and bouncy pillow are huge! The staff are helpful and kind. Our site was fantastic well kept and very big as well. We really enjoyed our stay here.
