Event planner Nikki was phenomenal! The Staff was so friendly. Bathrooms were clean. Camping neighbors stayed up past midnight playing music with loud conversation. Neighbors on the otherside were smokers. Most other campers were friendly and sensitive.

Bathrooms are pretty moldy and gross. Better cleaning of bathrooms/showers please! We were not a fan of Glenda in the office. Not welcoming and gave wrong information. Jewel in office was amazing!!

We had site 215 right by the water slide. This location is not great due to the road noise - obviously not an issue with KOA but I wouldn’t select this site again based on that. There was a bright light attached to the power source between our site and the trailer site next to us that made it hard to sleep. Maybe there is a way to turn that off or down? Otherwise, great staff and facilities!!

It was such a fun stay! It was our family’s second year at this KOA. The amenities and activities were all wonderful for our daughter.

The bathrooms weren’t kept very clean. The sidewalks were full of rocks/pine needles. I’ve been coming to the same campground for 25+ years. I’m use to seeing the sidewalks cleaned off every morning with a leaf blower, I’m use to seeing someone in the bathrooms cleaning counter tops and toilet. The outlets don’t work in the women’s bathroom. The ice cream shop shut down early.

All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Though I was only there one night it was clear it is a great place for all. I met a family that’s been coming for 14 years.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Mostly great facilities; showers could use better lighting and to be a bit cleaner looking but otherwise good.

Everything was great durning my stay.... until registering for our next year stay at the same time. An additional $20.00 fee to guarantee my stay. REALLY.... If the owners want more money please increase the rates. don't nickel and dime the customers. This is so bush league....Your better than this.

I was warmly greeted upon arrival, and each time I entered the KOA Office/Store. I especially appreciate the cleaning lady at the bathroom by the Laundry, who said she'd look for my lost sweater, and then came to my campsite 1/2 hour later to say that she hadn't found it (It was in my tent!). We could not turn on the lights in the (wonderful) Kamping Kitchen, & cooked and cleaned in the dark.

Third year coming over memorial weekend very happy the pool was open this year. Bathrooms were cleaned often like normal very clean campgrounds. The food was also very good and friendly staff.

Good convenient location for Mtb race, ok restrooms and shower. But a Basic small tent sight without even a outlet could be little more affordable.

This was the first time I had ever stayed at a KOA. I would highly recommend to all my friends and family. Definitely a 10! The staff was very friendly and kind. 5 Stars! I was there with my sister and her kids. The children had a blast from sun up to sun down. Thank you KOA of Hayward for the everlasting memories!

You have a awesome & friendly staff & everyone is always very helpful ! We really enjoyed doing the tie dye T shirts & the dance that evening ! We will be back for sure ! Thanks again for a fantastic & relaxing weekend see you in the spring !

We did not stay due to very cold weather with a 2 year old, we had a tent site and the weather turned quickly and we were not able to tent camp with a 2 year old. Things happen, we did not plan on the cold weather, otherwise we would have camped. I would really like to see some of my money back since we did not check in or stay on the grounds. The location would not work with us.

Very cute area for tent camping in the back left corner of the park. Lots of stuff going on for kids and families. Bought coffee in the morning on Sunday and it was great. All the staff was kind and helpful. Buy firewood and they deliver it to your site for you. Bathrooms and showers were clean and locations were close by. Had a great stay and will be back soon.

Very nice. clean restrooms! Great fun for kids. Nice large pool and playground. Only complaint was they put another family of 7 right next to us with no barrier when the campground was only 1/4 full.

We had a great time at the KOA. The campground was clean and well maintained. The bathrooms could definitely be updated. The women’s shower near the waterslide would not drain.

The staff shortage is starting to show and I understand that; however, one of the men's restrooms had a soap dispenser all weekend that had no soap. It shouldn't have been that hard to put soap it there as it was yet another busy weekend. You do not get a lot of wood for your money and I don't think it is very dry as it's hard to get a fire going with your wood.

What a great stay! The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed everything there was to do! The kids enjoyed the pool and had a great time with all the activities of the weekend! The Olympics were a hit for sure and so family friendly! Good stay from start to finish. Our first stay and we'll be back!

This has to be one of the nicest KOA's ive stayed at for a while. They offer so many things for kids to do. The stuff and prompt and friendly. Lots of extra services offered. Dont miss smores on Friday nights and the outdoor movie. Travis has done an amazing job. Keep it up. We will definitely be back.
