We stayed in a back in site with our Motorhome. Upon arrival, the site was very clean and ready for our stay. We stayed for 3 nights. We used the pool and bathrooms. We did not use the showers as I felt they could have been a little bit cleaner, but being our first camping experience, it may be normal. The staff was very friendly during check in and check out. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice folks at the check-in. Sites are good. Great activities for the family and great prices at the laundry! Our site had some electric issues (171) but shame on us for now saying anything at the time.

Super fun campground! Staff was always very friendly and there is so much fun things for families to do! I want to send an extra THANK YOU to the gentleman driving the golf cart for the hayride this past Friday. My son was napping and woke up just as the last ride came by - he was bummed to miss it but a staff member welcomed him on the golf card for a ride and it completely made my son's day!

We had an amazing time. It is so kid friendly. Our kids jumped on their bikes in the morning and played with their cousins all over the campground til night. It's not so big that I couldn't find them easily if needed. I loved that they could just be kids and have fun without being under my thumb the entire time. They are old enough for some independence and it was perfect.

Absolutely beautiful campground! Amazing place surrounded by pin straight very tall pines!!! Beautiful! Stayed for 3 days and felt like home. Awesome laundry and shower - definately would recommend for families and couples.

My only two gripes: I wish there was more seating in the pool, and Ive never seen so many people cut through campsites. Otherwise, great campground!

Nice campground and facilities. Unfortunately, the upcharges for many activities gets to be a bit much. The "Free" tier of WIFI is a joke and often doesn't work at all, to the point where I couldn't get to the page to upgrade to premium wifi even if I wanted to.

The main bathroom/showers was out of order the entire time we were there. We had to pay the all day rate of $12.00 for the waterside when it was only open from 12:00 - 2:00 pm. Exposed rotting wood at the waterside where the kids lined up to go on the slide. Security drove around the on a golf cart with bright lights every 15-30 minutes. $20.00 hold site fee is nonsense.

Only stayed one night in a patio site but was very enjoyable. Nice wooded campground with all the amenities.

This my third time me and my little buddy have stayed at your KOA in Hayward. We just love your camping facilities, so many things to do. Can't beat the Pool, Waterslide and Jumping Pillow. Anyone who visits should have the same opinion as mine. Can't go wrong here.

We had a wonderful stay! We rented adjacent camper sites with our family, did all the kids activities, and rode side-by-sides all weekend. It was a blast! All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

This is our second time staying at this KOA and we love it. It's clean, kid friendly, and everyone is very nice and welcoming. I highly recommend this KOA, especially for families.

Had a fun stay, wish the pool was a little warmer, also wonder why there is a $20 added fee to pick your site? Seeing we pay so much in advance for a site, think that would be helpful to KOA instead of a adding the additional fee to you having the money a year in advance

It's a nice enough campground, the staff is very friendly and the restrooms are clean. Parking on your site is ridiculous! The sites are tiny, the fire pits are right on top of your camper. I have a 40 ft fifth wheel and my truck had to be parked on top of my camper! Not really but it was so tight I ended up having to rent the site next to mine just for parking.ill look somewhere else next time

Camp ground was quiet, which was very pleasant for a mid-week stay. Only concern, rate per night is higher than any campground we typically stay at with full hookups. It was the right location for our needs.

It was nice to camp and dance and have music and have no complaints about being too loud! I feel most campgrounds are very strict and can't make a peep. Feels like old folks home when we go other places! So thank you for letting kids be kids and adults also allowed to have fun! Having activities provided by the staff really helps them kids not be bored and to meet other kids to play with.

I felt that the staff was being bullies to a lot of the campers and you highly recommend that it is a family campground when the staff would come by at 6 o’clock pm tell the campers to turn the music down and even talking at 8 o’clock at night, I would not recommend your campground to any of my friends again we have been coming there for 10+ years. We are known to have over 150 people camp the

both my husband and i drove so he pulled in our site and i pulled in to the next site. our friends site that was coming the next day. the staff came directly to us telling us to move now. we explained it was a friends site and it was not rented until the next day. why care where i park if i am not harming another camper. so the stay was rough lots of mean mugging by the wife and husband duo. rude

We were here for Memorial Day weekend. The campground staff were wonderful - very friendly. The facilities were well maintained and clean. Nice facilities for kids. Our site and many others were so tight we could barely open the slides and couldn't open awnings at all. Tow vehicle only fit sideways along the road. Firepit almost in the road. Any other weekend I would have refused the site.

The ground's where very well kept and organized.Check in was a breeze they went through the amenities and hours of operation. We will definitely be back.

Check in was fabulous, cabin already had the a/c on, it was super hot outside, unpacked and then sat on the porch swing... it had an enormous creek, I love a porch swing. Asked the office to send some WD40, and noone came either of my 2 day stay so i wentvto walmart and bought my own and fixd it myself. Pool area was amazing, there were lots of other activities for all ages. Bathrooms were midern and clean! Would definitely return some day.

We enjoyed our time at the KOA. The campground was very quiet, although we were on the back row and not near a lot of the activities. The bathrooms were pretty clean. The showers were hot and had good water pressure. We did rent tubes, they took us to the beginning and picked us up at the end. Being a holiday weekend it was an overall nice stay.

This is one of our favorite KOA's. They are in the works to do some upgrades with plans to put in a splash pad. You can go tubing down the river (highly recommend). There is a pool, which does tend to get a little over packed. On site pizza and ice cream which is yummy. Always clean & family friendly. Lots to do on the area.
