I reserved two spots over a month early so family could be side by side got a confirmation and when we got there they moved one of us away from the group and gave it to someone else! Poor customer service.

Worst koa that I stayed at. Sites were small and a lot of standing water in the roads. They should fill the potholes in the roads. Left early and went somewhere else. I will never stay there again

Very good and friendly service everywhere you go at the campgrounds. Clean and orderly. We had fun at mini golf. Every campsite has a fire ring. Love the eco friendly aluminum can bins. Outdoor kitchen pavilion was a game changer especially for cleaning large pans. They even had herb garden plants you could take a cut from for cooking. We grabbed a couple sprigs of rosemary for the steaks!

The adults had a fun time at Hayward KOA. Out 9 year old grandson really loved all of the play areas. He especially enjoyed the tie dye activity. His shirt is amazing.

Really enjoyed our stay. Although we don't have young children we loved how child friendly it is. We brought our puppy and were glad to see how pet friendly the camp is. Very nicely kept up/clean; beautiful flowers and grounds.

Great staff, lots of fun, clean and well managed! Lots of fun family activities. Minor issues: wood bundles were hard to light, teens hanging out in the evenings using loud/raunchy/swearing language (picnic gathering space across from volleyball), a dog was outside of a cabin and whined a lot (owner did not have campground etiquette), lots of people cutting through our RV site as a shortcut.

Very disappointed! Unfortunately it had rained and the campground gravel road streets had hugh potholes that would swallow up a small camper! That’s not something that folks with nice units, especially the high end motor homes want to be in! All the roads in the campground need more and better gravel!! Overall the lots are very crowded and the whole place looked old and needs some updating!

Your roads are LOUSY!!! Couldn’t go for a decent walk without walking in the mud. Sites are small! Could look out my dinette slide window right down on my neighbors lawn chairs. Couldn’t extend my awning because of a tree in the way. Lots of tall pines around. Showers were clean. Won’t be back.

The campgrounds were nice, staff very friendly. THE WIFI SUCKED COULD NOT GET ON THE INTERNET AT ALL. For what you pay for a site there should be faster and better wifi

Facilities and grounds are clean, staff are constantly cleaning! Staff are lovely and helpful. The activities allowed for a relaxing and fun vacation. Showers need a good sanitizing and ventilation though, as they smell strongly of urine.

Camp ground great for kids. Koa needs to add pathways thru to amenities.(Parents can't seem to find their way) Ones Campsite seems to be the only option.

The overall stay was good but there was a few things that could have been better. The water slide closed over 30 minutes early and my kids wanted to go back after taking a break and we had bought all day passes. Also the movies could be turned down a little bit it was pretty loud as if my 5 year old had the volume control. But all the amenities are great and my kids love it there!

It’s our 11th year bringing the grandkids. This year the games were cancelled, ice cream is $5 each, the pool wasn’t very clean, “Customer Appreciation” (the theme for the w/e) was lacking. Also miss paper towels in the bathrooms. BUT! The kids still had fun. Just feels like we get less and less for the money.

We brought our 4 grand girls with us to the Hayward KOA. They had a ball the whole time we were there! All the amenities and activities were fantastic. Nikki was terrific with her efforts to make sure everyone was having fun. The KOA was clean and well maintained. All the grand girls want to come back next year!

Group of 25 allowed in 6 person site next to us. Was told this is a family friendly campground and large groups are welcome. Camp rules are only enforced for some.

The campground was beautiful with tall pine trees and surrounded by woods. I took a star away because that the campground was fairly empty near us and we appreciated the space. When new campers arrived, they were placed in the spaces RIGHT NEXT to us, despite the fact the whole row of sites was empty. Consider placing campers with a site between them when there is room.

To noises every night. People partying make noise. Cars honking 10 to 15 times 3 different times. Left camp ground 1 day early. Couldn’t sleep because of noise. Didn’t get my money either !

Campers next to us in one of the cabins must have thought our camp site was theirs. All weekend they continued to walk next to our camper under our awning. Also the tubing on the river was booked full. Went when it opened for that day and found it was already full for the day. Do you let none campers make reservations. Campers should have priority.

We love it at Hayward K O A , grandkids always have a good time. Please work on fixing the giant potholes in the roads . We will definitely be back .

Monday was a bust because of the rain but a heated pool saved the day. Miniature golf was fun, the price was fair, however it would have been better if the holes would have been cleared of needles and other debrie. If back in the area we will be back.

This was our 4th summer coming. Had a great time as always. Only complaints were never knowing what time the water slide would be open to until later in the day and couldn’t get a discount for the day pass. The activities didn’t seem as well Planned out as the past few years.

We lived our stay at the KOA Hayward WI. Extremely friendly staff and eager to make your stay the best. Had great recommendations for activities. The campground had so much to with ground activities-large swimming pool, huge bounce pillow, water slide, mini golf course, volley ball area, tether ball, nice playground, arcade, grill styled restaurant (which I recommend the chicken quesadilla) Super

Congested. Tight/small sites for campers and close neighbors. Amenities were updated a while ago and most items original. Lack of umbrellas in pool area for kids and shade on hot days.

The stay was great, besides the lady who ran the activities. She was a white lady with blonde hair and wore a bow. She was very rude and not inviting at all. Would recommend someone who is good with kids for the position she is in.

We had a fun time and had a great time tubing on the river. Nice clean campground that was quiet, which we appreciated! We are return campers here and will be back again!

We have always loved the Hayward KOA. This trip, it seemed that the campground had gone downhill. The pool was dirty (bandaids floating in the water) and the grounds were not kept up as well as previous visits. The store was well kept and employees were friendly.

Check in was fabulous, cabin already had the a/c on, it was super hot outside, unpacked and then sat on the porch swing... it had an enormous creek, I love a porch swing. Asked the office to send some WD40, and noone came either of my 2 day stay so i wentvto walmart and bought my own and fixd it myself. Pool area was amazing, there were lots of other activities for all ages. Bathrooms were midern and clean! Would definitely return some day.

We enjoyed our time at the KOA. The campground was very quiet, although we were on the back row and not near a lot of the activities. The bathrooms were pretty clean. The showers were hot and had good water pressure. We did rent tubes, they took us to the beginning and picked us up at the end. Being a holiday weekend it was an overall nice stay.

This is one of our favorite KOA's. They are in the works to do some upgrades with plans to put in a splash pad. You can go tubing down the river (highly recommend). There is a pool, which does tend to get a little over packed. On site pizza and ice cream which is yummy. Always clean & family friendly. Lots to do on the area.
