I felt like we were getting yelled at by every single employee for something. This was supposed to be a family weekend and every employee was rude besides the 2 Mexican maintenance and bathroom cleaners. That lady put a smile on my face every single time we seen her Super polite smiles to all My kids. Our family won't be back due to the ways we were treated and targeted I felt. Won't return.

Very crowded. Very little supervision for other children. Didn’t like having to pay extra for mini golf.

Employees were super kind and helpful. Bathrooms were always clean and stocked. Shower was clean. Tent site was nice and wooded. Kids had a blast. We enjoyed it so much! Thank you!

It is a place full of fun for kids. With that allot of these kids are let to run with no supervision. They would even run around inside our tent sight. It also stormed one night and a tree branch fell on my tent. I'm thankfull it was only 6ft long and light.we did end up leaving a half away early.

We were there during 80's weekend. We went on wagon rides and played bingo. The prizes could have been better maybe like free ice cream or waterslide tickets. Didn't have much opportunity to win. Waterslide should be included in the stay for price. Everything else was great as always!

We did a family weekend at your KOA and it was great. we had a pattio rv site and it worked out very nicely for our 6+ families, we hope to be back next year. Kathy B.

Overall we had a great week. This is out of the campgrounds control but the kids who run around the park were the only downfall. They were bullies and made kids feel uncomfortable, had foul language, etc.

Loved our stay. Only recommendation would be to identify linens (we stayed in a cabin). We don’t rent a lot of cabins so we thought linens meant sheets, not blankets pillows wash clothes towels etc.

Nice park in a heavily wooded area. I accidentally locked myself out of my trailer and staff was awesome helping me get back in.

Enjoyed our stay. Better to stay during week. Liked being at end. Not so crowded. Wanted to stay at 401 but employee said it was taken. Walked by it for three days and no one was in it. Disappointed greatly.

We had a wonderful time. We had not been to HaywardKOA for ,any years but my sons wanted to return with their families. We couldn’t believe how many memories it brought back. Had just as great of time as we did back then. We will be back,,,,

Great place to bring your family. Very family orientated with weekend events and activities. Friendly staff, clean and well maintained facilities.

We had a great time. I feel if you pay to stay there and have a wrist band everything should be included, no extra fees. (example: water slide, mini golf etc.)

The bathrooms were always clean. Great place to take kids, grandkids. Liked that the jumpy pillow was free. Pool is so nice & warm. We come every year with grandkids, they love it.

The stay was great, however; you really ought to have some lights around walkways because it is very dark at night and you can't see tree stumps or other debris/obstacles to trip over in the dark. Trying to find the bathroom is extremely difficult. You could use more signage around the place also.

The camp grounds are extremely family-friendly. Lots of activities for everyone. The only downside was our particular site (153) was very narrow and not suitable for sitting outside . Other sites looked great. All in all we would stay again, but book earlier, to get a better site.

The sites were so close we didn't have a fire. There wasn't a patch of grass anywhere on most sites and the pine trees made the area dirty and sappy. It was our first and last time staying at a KOA. This was a glorified expensive trailer park, not camping.

Our cabin was nice, cleaned well. The public restrooms could use some maintenance. They are getting very run down and need better upkeep. One of the ladies who works in the registration office is super nice but the other lady who was there more frequently was super unfriendly and shouldn’t be working in a customer service position. She was down right rude!

Such a wonderful campground. So many activities for the grandkids. They loved the big water slide and bouncy pillow. Restrooms were always clean and the workers so helpful!

Only one night on our way through - Ultra pleasant campground! Quiet - many activities for every age - I’d happily stay for a longer visit again !

We took 4 grandchildren for 3 nights. They had so much fun and look forward to coming each year. this is our 4th time there. The staff are VERY friendly and the whole place is spotless!!!

We love staying at this KOA! This is the 2nd time. It is clean and well managed. We were in a tent and if course it rained. Even though we had a canopy and grill, it was nice to have the pavilion with kitchen sinks and stove burners to cook breakfast and clean up our dishes. They have a variety of things to do to keep everyone entertained.

Everything was great with our stay. 2nd time at Hayward KOA and will be back. Everyone very helpful. Campground and facilities very clean and well maintained.

We go every summer and it's one of our families favorite place to go! I've gone every year since I was a kid and now I love seeing my kids enjoy Hayward KOA. We love it here!

I come to Hayward annually to ride MTN bikes and gravel, and just recently bought an EV. Hayward is short on reliable EV charging stations, and the closest supercharger is close to 140mi away. The staff were so gracious to let me charge my car and keep me from having to wait over 24+ hrs while charging on a household 120V plug! Even though I wasn't staying at the campground. I love people who continue to pay it forward!
