The sites are so small there is barely any parking. We had to park on one of the "streets" between rows of sites. Good thing we didn't bring a second vehicle. I know it's pet friendly but dogs being allowed to bark from 6am to midnight is too much. Plenty of staff was going around to notice the excessive barking by two particular dogs and NOTHING was done.

Camp ground was quiet, which was very pleasant for a mid-week stay. Only concern, rate per night is higher than any campground we typically stay at with full hookups. It was the right location for our needs.

It was nice to camp and dance and have music and have no complaints about being too loud! I feel most campgrounds are very strict and can't make a peep. Feels like old folks home when we go other places! So thank you for letting kids be kids and adults also allowed to have fun! Having activities provided by the staff really helps them kids not be bored and to meet other kids to play with.

We have been coming to this KOA for the past 5 years for Memorial Weekend with a large group of friends and family. This year it seems the group was singled out, and repeatedly reprimanded by the staff during daylight and nighttime hours for music and talking.

We did have a few issues in our cabin when we first arrived but they were fixed quickly and we had a great time. Lots of activities for the kids, nice cabin, great ice cream. Staff was very helpful and friendly too!

Overall a good experience and if you don't mind uncontrolled barking dogs and the smell of weed this is the place for you.

I felt that the staff was being bullies to a lot of the campers and you highly recommend that it is a family campground when the staff would come by at 6 o’clock pm tell the campers to turn the music down and even talking at 8 o’clock at night, I would not recommend your campground to any of my friends again we have been coming there for 10+ years. We are known to have over 150 people camp the

both my husband and i drove so he pulled in our site and i pulled in to the next site. our friends site that was coming the next day. the staff came directly to us telling us to move now. we explained it was a friends site and it was not rented until the next day. why care where i park if i am not harming another camper. so the stay was rough lots of mean mugging by the wife and husband duo. rude

We were here for Memorial Day weekend. The campground staff were wonderful - very friendly. The facilities were well maintained and clean. Nice facilities for kids. Our site and many others were so tight we could barely open the slides and couldn't open awnings at all. Tow vehicle only fit sideways along the road. Firepit almost in the road. Any other weekend I would have refused the site.

Everything was great as a whole. The only issue was the bathrooms/septic issue but not a huge inconvenience.

Great KOA SITE! BUT The only thing that was an issue was a group of campers were playing their music so loud that you could hear it throughout the whole camp site. Their music was explicit singing about body parts, sex, and vulgar words. Many complaints were brought to the staff. This happened multiple times with this group and it took a while for security to respond.

The booking over the phone easy. The check in. Easy. Some issues that we had. The hot water heater was never tested in the cabin after opening cabin in spring time. They said it was the T-stat. Replaced it. Waited 3 hours, still cold water. By the end of the day, it was a valve turned off. Water slide ice cold, 45 degree water, I should get a $30 refund. Wrong bag was bought for nacho machine.

We have been coming here for 15 years some of us have been coming longer. I feel like are group was being targeted. It has gotten worse every year. They came by during the day while we were making dinner and told us we were being too loud.

Awesome amenities and staff. One camper with extremely large outdoor speakers was disruptive with his music. Otherwise great time with my family.

Lots of amenities and things for kids to do. Biggest problem was there was a campsite a few down from us that brought large speakers and played their music very loud into the night. Sounded like a concert going on. Young kids could not fall asleep even with white noise machines turned all the way up due to music volume.

the main restroom/showers ended up being closed two of the 4 day stay- was frustrating there wasn't another option besides walking across the campground to the other facility. Otherwise IT WAS AN AWESOME PLACE!!! my kids had a blast.

Came with a 28' trailer and also rented a Kamper Kabin. Had a great time. The park is very quiet from 11pm to 8am. Appreciated the quiet hours. The camp staff was very helpful and prompt. Bathrooms were clean, but it may be time to update the showers as standing water in the changing area is a pain to deal with.

I loved how clean the bathroom and showers were! The whole property was super clean! My kids loved the jumping pillow, pool, and wagon rides.

Stay overall was alright. Pool wasn't very warm. Waterslide was frigid cold. Dump station wasn't working so they directed campers leaving to use the sites on both sides of us to dump... yuck. Kind of expensive for what you get. Campground is extremely dusty. Kids had an alright time. If you don't have kids I wouldn't waste your time here.

Bathrooms were disappointing. One was down due to a septic issue, the other nearest had the worst possible shower in the world. Everything else was fine.

Great campground, lots of activities for the kids. Ran into a little trouble with the paid wifi, learned that a roku stick is needed. But Brian, the guy in charge, was excellent to work with in alleviating the issue. Definitely will stay here again

Two night, mid-week stay. Very nice. Our first stay at a KOA — we just bought our first trailer camper — and we were very impressed with the campground. Level site, beautiful woods, great amenities. We'd love to return!

It was our maiden voyage with our new camper , we LOVE the Hayward KOA! GREAT place ! GREAT people ! Brian and Cathy and all the crew are super nice and so helpful, they made our stay wonderful.�ϋ��

Pretty high priced for end of season. Electrical 30amp hookup wouldn’t connect I had to use the standard 110 plug. Water n sewer were fine. Showers were great

cabin was perfect size. loved the space to park truck, trailer, and machine. having a campfire on the cement slab was ideal. Easy access to trails.

Check in was fabulous, cabin already had the a/c on, it was super hot outside, unpacked and then sat on the porch swing... it had an enormous creek, I love a porch swing. Asked the office to send some WD40, and noone came either of my 2 day stay so i wentvto walmart and bought my own and fixd it myself. Pool area was amazing, there were lots of other activities for all ages. Bathrooms were midern and clean! Would definitely return some day.

We enjoyed our time at the KOA. The campground was very quiet, although we were on the back row and not near a lot of the activities. The bathrooms were pretty clean. The showers were hot and had good water pressure. We did rent tubes, they took us to the beginning and picked us up at the end. Being a holiday weekend it was an overall nice stay.

This is one of our favorite KOA's. They are in the works to do some upgrades with plans to put in a splash pad. You can go tubing down the river (highly recommend). There is a pool, which does tend to get a little over packed. On site pizza and ice cream which is yummy. Always clean & family friendly. Lots to do on the area.
