Our site was huge and clean! Our check in hosts were pleasant and we had a fabulous stay. So much so that we extended our trip home with them!

Grounds clean. .cabins need new mattresses as last year last hosts said getting replaced n not still horribly bad cushion condition..hosts friendly.. store nice. Still no ada bathroom or shower ..

What a wonderful experience! Booking our kabin was so easy, Susan at the front desk is delightful both over the phone and in person. We were staying in early spring and had originally planned to tent camp, but the weather reports for cold nights had me worried. I’m so glad I went with that instinct! The little cabin was perfect and we’d love to come again!

We rented a deluxe cabin (2 adults and 2 kids) and loved it! Very cozy and clean. Our kids loved the bunks. Loved having the kitchenette and fridge. The outdoor dining area was a nice extra. Will stay again!

The staff were great! We stayed one night. The grounds are very dirty and unkept. The restrooms were small and not very clean. The price for a stay was extremely overpriced for this property. We stay in KOA’s for the most part and this KOA is one that I will not return to.

Our power jack on our hitch stopped working. Heidi referred us to Frank at Integrity in Moab. He came to our campsite and replaced the jack. He could not have been nicer or more competent. Also Tamarisk Restaurant next door is excellent. Don’t miss the John Wesley Powell River Museum.

I love KOA, but this was a bad stay. Website advertised pickleball, basketball, and playground. There was only basketball. The KOA was under heavy construction. The noise from construction that was 20 ft away was amazing. We pay extra because to be at KOA because we trust it will be good. Our rust is broken. Why advertise when it’s clearly not available? Why put people in spots near construction

Unkept grounds. No place for the kids to play. No place for the adults to play. Ongoing construction. Dust flying. Heavy equipment next to our site, this kept children from playing outside. Maybe it will be nice someday, but for now it should be shut down. We feel we need a refund. Not able to even relax in our coach with the noise outside.

I realize that campground improvements are taking place, but this was the dustiest, most unappealing KOA location I have ever stayed at. Construction work started at 7:30am. Very annoying

Sticker shock at this remote KOA's price for an overnight RV stay! Prices at the resort in Vegas were way less! Compared it to other KOA's when I got home and the nearly $100/night charge with KOA discount makes this stop not a do over! The staff WAS helpful when the envelope at late check in put us in a spot with no water. She was able to tell us where to relocate to one with water.

Nice overall. No playground due to construction. Bathrooms old but clean. New ones coming. Clean, comfortable cabins. Staff were friendly and addressed the issue of a broken heater promptly. No hot water in the showers because the gas company damaged the gas line (not the fault of the campground). Nothing could be done at the time, but in hindsight a few $$ off one night would have been nice.

This KOA is a Journey not a resort. But if you need a pleasant stop in Green River, this campground is more than adequate. Nice staff, level sites, farmland views. No trees sadly but everything required for a restful stay works.

The campground was under a lot of construction, but you can tell when it is done that it will be very lovely. We stayed at the far end and had to drive to the showers/bathrooms, but once the new bathhouse is open, it will be MUCH more convenient. The hosts were very kind and the place was clean. Location is great.

Booked and paid for a full hook up back in site, showed up to a closed office with directions to a tent site. Contacted via text, was told they had no sites available with hookups, even though the place was empty. No refund for a hook up site, paid full price.

Very nice KOA. We stayed at the Green River KOA for 2 nights and made a day trip to Arches National Park. We barely heard the trains and freeway that run through Green River (our initial concern) and the campground itself was very quiet and clean. The owners are obviously putting a lot of effort into making this a premier KOA-we will plan to stay again.

Only having premium sites available while the less expensive sites sit empty chaps my posterior. It might make you a few more bucks now, but you have lost my repeat business and that of any friends I tell about it. Think about it...

Cabin was very clean and warm, which was nice and welcome for a desert location in March. The Green River, UT hosts are very kind. Recommend getting a shake at the Chow Hound and coffee at the cafe across the street.

Sites are just gravel, restroom was cold and stark. There was no soap or wat to dry your hands. Expected more from a Journey KOA.

Way too expensive, wifi was extremely slow after being told it was fast. Nice spots, clean bathrooms. Construction going on.

Great dog run for the pups. Lots of site upgrades in progress. I do a cabin with the pups but there are RV sites with private dog runs which are great! Very convenient to Utah parks and some hidden gems.

Beautiful setting and super easy access, but for $100 per night (total w/fees), we expected more - like a paved pad &/or a lot more gravel for the RV (as the ground was understandably soft given the time of our stay - end of February ).

Loved my stay. Easy to find, very clean, owners were very nice and helpful. The only negative during my stay were the trains that I heard in the middle of the night. I selected this KOA hoping to play some pickleball but it was under construction. Sure wish I would have known that before I booked.

Overall the place was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Not being able to have a camp host around to purchase fire wood was difficult , and the showers were not very clean.

It was a nice stay but I wish they wouldn’t have put everyone right next to each other. There was plenty of other camping spots open.

We were told not to expect much from Green River. We found a very nice campground surrounded by a friendly town. Green River KOA was our second stop on our first trip in our new fifth wheel. I learned later in my trip how well setup the sites are at this campground. Our pull through was level and the hookups were well placed. I have learned that is not always the case. The staff was friendly.

We were so happy with our site, #7. Loved the nice big secluded patio area and our own doggie yard for our golden doodle. Everyone was happy!

Nice, courteous staff. The bathroom and shower area is nice. The area is very clean and pretty. The showers definitely need curtains. Help to stop mist getting on clothes and would help so people outside the stall couldn't see in.

Overall a nice campground. About an hour from Arches, Canyonlands, and Goblin Valley. Feels more remote and quiet compared to Moab and closer to interesting places in the “Swell”. Stayed 4 nights in 2 adjacent camping cabins. The cabins were clean and the beds were comfortable. The mattresses on the full beds looked new. The staff were friendly and responsive to issues that popped up even after hours. The thermostat on our heater broke and a new one was placed in our cabin the next day. Unfortunately, there was no hot water one of the nights because the gas company damaged the gas line at the campground. Not the fault of the campground but a few dollars off one night would have been nice. Went to bed dirty but not a big deal since we were camping anyway. The campground is undergoing upgrades with a new shower house on the way. Currently, they still use the one by the office which is dated but clean. The playground was removed for the construction, but the city playground is just minutes away. There was more to do in the area than we had time for and we would definitely stay here again.

Awesome spot to rest and recharge on your way to Moab and Delicate Arch. Prices are great. We visited March 2024 and they have a brand new bathroom and shower facility opening in a few weeks. I liked the turf by our RV pad. The park is well managed and clean. Shout out to all the staff for helping us. They are top notch. Can't wait to return!
