Green River KOA is the perfect base camp for Utah adventures and home of the Utah Super Six. Come stay a few days to hike, bike, swim, float the river, see rock art, and much more!

Welcome to Green River KOA, home of the Utah Super Six. We are centrally located to so many adventures, perfect for exploring Arches, Canyonlands, and Capitol Reef National Parks, the San Rafael Swell, Goblin Valley, Little Wild Horse Canyon, Swasey's beach, White Wash Sand Dunes, Robbers Roost (Butch Cassidy's hideout) and MANY other attractions, like mountain biking (Athena Trail), ATV trails, canyoneering, hiking, rock art, and more.  Enjoy our large pool (Hours: 9am - 8 pm; Memorial through September) and Pedal Kart rentals.  Great dining at the Tamarisk Restaurant is right next door and within walking distance, so you won't have to unhook, plus you'll get a KOA discount.  Cable not available in all sites (please request when making reservations). Open year round; limited services in winter.

Arches National Park

Only 45 minutes from the KOA, at Arches National Park you can see over 2,000 natural sandstone arches and many other unusual rock formations. Just like our KOA, Arches is open year round so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery without the summer crowds and in cooler weather.


Canyonlands National Park

Canyonlands is divided into four districts: the Island in the Sky, the Needles, the Maze and the rivers themselves. Enjoy the scenic overlooks at the Island in the Sky, the remote canyons of the Maze, and the thunderous rapids of Cataract Canyon.


The San Rafael Swell

The San Rafael Swell is one of Utah's most spectacular landscapes but also its best kept secret.  The Swell is approximately 2,000 square miles of public land, known for its scenic sandstone formations, deep canyons, desert streams, and expansive panoramas. The Swell is a massive maze of winding canyons, broken fins and buttes, with countless beautiful hikes, biking trails, canyoneering spots, and scenic river floats.  Only 30 minutes from Green River, the Swell provides all the beauty of the National Parks without the crowds.
