This is a really nice KOA, one of the best ones we've stayed at. Just wish there were more trees and grass for the dog. They just opened four new restroom/shower combos in addition to the original ones. They are really nice, didn't go to the original ones because the new ones were closer. Our site was level and by the looks of the others they looked like it too. The staff is friendly.

We enjoyed our stay! Staff was friendly! Bathrooms were clean! We could hear the train, but wasn't loud!

Very accessible from interstate. Level, private showers, cement patio and chairs, would stay again.

Our site was very nice. Plenty of room. Cable box but no cable. Wifi was non existent. I tried several times each day to check my e_mail and it would never connect. No..internet connection. They closed the pool the day before we got there eventhough it was in the hi 80*s every day. The people were very nice.

Septic is too far from campers. Others were also complaining. You have a choice, hook up to the septic, or pull up to the patio. You can’t have both!!!

Close to unlimited breathtaking views of the Swell and more. Hike, bike, or ride into canyons that have no end. The park is well maintained.

One night stay Pull Through FHU spacious site clean campground and facilities. Friends staff great location easy in and out. Would definitely stay again.

The campground was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. Sites are too close together, too short, and not level. There were many open spaces, yet there were three of us together. Our slide outs almost touch. Perhaps they should spread people out when the campground isn’t full.

One of the cleanest KOA's we have stayed in. Great staff! We were there 2 nights and glad we stayed there. Not that far to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Sites were easy to get into and were not our your neighbor!

It was a good place to stop for a couple of days and surprising restaurants in the area. The grounds were well kept and had spacious sites. We made a day trip to Capital Reef and moved on to Moab.

OK place to spend the night if you're passing through. Very nice sized dog park with shade tarps which we appreciated. Brand new bathrooms and showers - they are pristine and beautiful. Only reasons I didn't give it five stars is (1) not really any useable internet, and (2) it looks like many of their shade trees have died and been cut down leaving the park mostly hot and sunny.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The sites are awesome we had a patio with pergola that was paved and then they had artificial turf as well. New bath house lovely. Peaceful site comfortable . But it’s 48 miles away from MOAB so that was a lot of driving everyday. Thanks loved the spot.

We were only there one night so we didn't unhook the truck from the trailer. Our site was totally level with out any raising or lowering of jacks. That was fabulous. Staff was friendly and park was nice

Check in was simple and quick. Heidi was very friendly with recommendations for food options near park. Park was clean and ample space for parking. Bath house was clean and showers were large. Laundry facilities were clean and functional. Will definitely stay again if in this area.

This is the third or fourth time we've stayed here and every time there have been significant improvements. All, or nearly all, sites now have artificial turf at the site and a nice patio area with picnic table. The sites are decently placed and not right on top of each other. It is in a desert like climate so there is no foliage to speak of. The laundry is nice. Eat at the Tamarisk Restaurant.

We stay at this KOA frequently and with each visit it is like coming back home to family. Huge smiles and warm Hello's. Our sites are always pristine and ready for our stay, all of the facilities are sparkling clean...so much cleaner than most hotels that we have stayed at. You will not regret your stay at the Green River KOA...tell them Neil and Kimmie said HELLO!

John and wife were very accommodating as was other staff members. They care about all their guests and run a nice RV Park. Highly recommend this as a base camp for Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Plus, Moab and a drive up Hwy 128.

We have a very large toyhauler (48') entering and exiting campgrounds are the bain of our existence but Green River KOA is well laid out with plenty of room in each site. Loved it.

Too many goathead weeds! My wife and I are stayed at this KOA for 5 nights in September of 2025. The staff are great, sites are spacious and hook-ups are fine. But the very many goathead weeds make this site difficult for pets, bicycle tires, etc. Also known at Puncture Vine weeds, these rascals can be very painful! That's why I gave it only 3 stars.

We came down for Green River Melon Days with a large group. John and Heidi are some of the best camp ground host and are so accommodating. The campground is well maintained and the facilities are clean. We will definitely be back next year.

Heidi & John go out of their way to make your stay the best it can be! They are so friendly upon arrival & make you feel like family. The sites are clean, the bathrooms & showers are clean. The pool & corn hole are an extra bonus. Pet friendly with designated pet area for convenience. We love to stay here & we will definitely be back!!

We loved this campground. The staff was friendly and accessible. We were most impressed with the bath and shower accommodations that were better than most hotels. They recently added these accommodations for their guests. Everything was sparkling clean and spacious. We highly recommend this KOA!
