Great location - sites big -friendly people ! They said the pool would still be open but it was already closed and it would have been nice on a few of the days to come back after the canyons and take a dip in the pool ! It was one of the few amenities they had. The restaurant Tamarisk adjacent to the property was great- it also had a hotel which we noticed the pool still open ?

Thanks for the feedback. The hotel next door has a heated pool, we do not. So we have to close the pool when it gets below 70 degrees. We are sorry this made it less than an enjoyable stay, but appreciate your positive feedback otherwise. Safe travels.

Loved the huge, level pull-through spots, satellite friendly, convenient location - only minutes to I-70 and a nice restaurant in walking distance!

The location was great for seeing 3 of the 5 national parks in Utah. Park was very quiet, staff extremely nice. Laundry on site helped a lot, since we were there for 2 weeks. Would highly recommend this KOA!!

A shower curtain between dressing room and shower would improve them as they are nice shower stalls.

The Green River KOA is in an ideal location off 70! It's an older campground but has all the essentials needed when traveling! The campsites and restrooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful (they even made adjustments to our reservation as we were driving to their site-thank you!). A good restaurant is a short walk away! In the fall, pick up a Vetere Melon! We will be back!

Very friendly staff and beautiful campground. The laundry facility was very clean as was the rest of the campground. Would definitely recommend this KOA!

Excellent space but a bit spartan waiting for the trees to grow. Showers are small but provide plenty of water. Quiet place away from the interstate

Absolutely satisfied. Heidi, John and the other Staff making a Great Job. Friendly and helpful �� � The Campground was in a perfect and clean condition. When we come back to the USA some day- we select KOA Green River. Bine&Mike from Germany (Sorry our English is Not perfect)

3 feet between Motorhome smallest spot I have ever had. People were good and very nice.

All of our sites have at least 20-30 feet between you and your neighbor. We are known for our large and spacious sites, no matter where you are in the park. Thank you for your opinion. Safe travels.

This is a great park in a small town. Long sites. Bonus was the melon stands, this time of year you get some delicious watermelons and cantaloupe. Staff was super friendly. Didn't use the showers but they looked clean and well kept.

Sites were nice and clean, it’s us unfortunate the environment doesn’t allow the trees to develop to create a nice shaded site there are a lot of new plants so hopefully they will develop

We were there to see the national parks. Green River KOA was a good distance away but a nice clean and well run park.

Beautiful views and gorgeous sunsets. You can tell that the current management is trying to maintain the grounds, which I am sure is tough being desert, we were told that the dead trees come down end of season, as they can't take them down until then. This is the best Journey park we've stayed at. The sites are wide, plenty of room between you and your neighbor. Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay very much, services were great, and the staff was amazing. Only downside for us. Our dog did not enjoy the dog park with the rocks.

Had an absolutely amazing stay here. The manager and her husband were just fantastic! Made me feel right at home and safe at night!! Perfect base camp for exploring parks. Thank you again!!

Campground needs better up keep. Too many dead trees

Thank you for your opinion. We will be taking down the dead trees when the season allows. We are a desert park and do what we can to provide a safe, secure and comfortable place to call home during your travels. We are sorry we fell short on this. Safe travels.

The customer service was excellent. Nothing else was very good. We had the upgraded site but it was straight sun all day long. There was hardly any trees that weren’t dead in the whole campground. It was super hot the whole time we were there but they had already drained and closed the pool even though it was way before the stated date of sept 30. No grass anywhere either. A few patches of turf.

We appreciate your feedback. We are a desert park, located in a desert region. We do the best we can given that we are in the desert. We will be taking down the dead trees when the season allows, as well as cultivating our current trees to grow even larger to provide some shade.

I have been in the past and it's been a lot better of a stay. This year wasn't as nice. I didn't like the hours of operation of the store and the lack of amenities. I'd wish I had received notice that the pool wasn't in service as that's one part of the big deal for my granddaughter. The couple of team members I did speak too were super nice.

Very nice KOA! I stayed in one of the camping cabins, and it was perfect for my quick weekend getaway to the Melon Festival. Clean restrooms, cabins, and camping areas. They allow dogs and have a great off-leash area for your pup to run around. Located just walking-distance to the Tamarisk restaurant which is good and very convenient. I'm planning to be back during the Dirt Bike Rally!

We had an awesome time I told them we had family with us they gave us the buddy campsite so our trailer doors where on the same side it was very nice thank you for a fun and memorable stay! Also the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable!

Basecamp for three national parks. Perfectly level site that was huge. Not only long enough for our 45-foot RV plus truck, it was wide. Bathrooms are in good shape, laundry works great (coin) ,store was very well stocked and very friendly staff.

A tight space. Choice between electric or water. Chose electric. Dead tree on one side and another tree on other side. Unable to open needed cargo doors to use all amenities because of tightness. Very disappointing.

All of our sites are spacious and roomy. All of our RV sites have FULL hook-ups. Our premium tent sites have water and electric. Those are the only sites like the one you described. We are trying to get all of the dead trees taken down. It is a process.Thank you for your feedback. Safe travels

Disappointed in the condition of the park, especially for the price ($108.00). No way is this park at a level to justify the price. A very desolate looking environment. The office wasn't open...we called before arrival and the message said to leave a name and number and our call would be returned, but we never received a call.

Enjoyed our stay. The paw pen for our dogs is a game changer! We booked the exact site for our return trip.

We arrived after hours to find a map that had everything we needed on it like passwords and codes. Very easy to navigate and find everything. The bath houses are immaculate and are cleaned frequently. The spots are nice and we enjoyed it!

We had not planned on stayining Green River and we arrived after hours. After hours check in was quick and easy. We set up quickly and went for showers. OMG, this place has brand new comfort stations that were golden. Several locking individual toilet and shower units that were clean and bright. One room for one person at a time is great. Still spring and a chill in the air prevented the large pool to be opened, but it looked spectacular. Would and will stay again. The pup loved it too.

Absolutely wonderful KOA Journey - a true gem in the desert! Nice, quite park but a very quick, easy drive from the interstate. Facilities are top-notch, clean, and in full working order. The laundry room is on the small side but it is well laid out and the machines work well (the dryers actually dry clothes). The campground is immaculate and well cared for. All of the staff are friendly and helpful - Heidi and Raedell in the front office are the sweetest ladies! And take Heidi's advice about eating at the Tamarisk restaurant - just a few steps outside the campground! We stayed for three weeks while enjoying three of Utah's 5 National Parks and will stay again if passing through this way!
