I-70 East Bound (from Utah) Exit 26. Right on Highway 50 (is also the I-70 Business Loop). Stay on Highway 50 (it could be US 50 on your GPS) by following the road signs to Montrose. After you cross the Colorado River, the KOA is about 3 miles on the right.
I-70 West Bound (from Glenwood Springs) Take exit 37. 1 mile on the I-70 Business Loop. Left on Highway 141 (by Wendy's) it is about 5.5 miles to Highway 50. Right on Highway 50 (this could be US 50 on your GPS). It is about 3.5 miles to the KOA. We are on the left. Go past us and make a U-turn at the Fair Grounds entrance.

If you're interested in monthly extended stays, please contact our office for more information. Monthly rates, at this time, are only available during the Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons. Extended stays are for RV sites only, and we are not able to accommodate monthly extended stays for cabins or tent spaces.
The 2025-26Off-Season Extended Stay rates are now available. Prices range from $750-1000 a month plus electricity use for each month. We offer large private back-in spaces as well as spacious pull-thru sites. Each site is equipped with a patio, fire ring, picnic table and full hookups. Each site comes with free cable and free WIFI. To reserve, call our guest services agents at 970-242-2527 and ask to fill out an extended stay application. For the application, please be prepared with your unit information, information for people in your party, and animal information. Each application takes about 24 hours to process fully if approved. A $200 deposit is due to reserve.
Cancellation policy for extended stays - canceling within 1 week hours of your arrival results in a forfeiture of the full $200 deposit; canceling anytime before the 1 week mark is a single night's site fee.
Our season runs from August 1st ending May 1st.
