Nous avons fait deux camping Koa, et wow rien a dire de négatif. Personnel gentil, propreté exemplaire, douche, toilette, �� tres bon prix. Nous étions en tente, tres beaux terrains.

This KOA had fewer community games than the other we stayed at but still worked well for what we needed. Site was pretty small, but worked well for us. Glad they had a dish wash area to use, but apparently there was signage about the water having dangerous levels of nitrogen, but only my wife saw it in their bathroom, could have made that more clear. Firewood was expensive for the amount of wood.

The campground was clean and staff was friendly. I liked that we could get pizza delivered to our site along with bundles of wood!

We stayed one night in a Tent and it was perfect. The staff delivered us firewood immediately. They had coffee at the main office. The Prices inside the shop for all camping necessities were SO cheap it was GREAT!

We had a great time at this campground. It was just me and my son. We had a very nice tent site. The people who checked the sand were very friendly gave us all the information we needed and everyone else we met along the way was very friendly. I was very impressed with the condition of the restrooms, which were always impeccably clean. Thanks to everybody who made this a memorable experience.

Staff were very friendly. The park was very clean. It sometimes was a little noisy during quiet time with dogs barking and kids yelling/playing.

Geared more towards the RV camping, we were in a tent, minimal privacy on our tent site. Was charged $10 during my check in (7/4, arrived at 7:30pm), not sure what was the surcharge for - on the receipt it states late check out, but I was checking in???? No surcharge added during my check out

Of the three toilets in the bath house two were a mess and unusable. The third was usable but not clean. The floor had puddles of water and slippery. The toilets by the pool were clean but the one I used had no TP. When car camping clean showers and bathrooms are important. This campground failed in my eyes. Would not recommend.

Personnel sympathique, grand terrain. Toujours le même problème avec tous les terrains de campings: les emplacements pour les tentes sont éloignés des blocs sanitaires mais collés sur les emplacements des grosses roulottes (qui n'ont pas besoin des toilettes..).

The toilet paper was terrible in both the women's and men's room. You could not get it off the roll because it was so thin. The paper kept breaking when you tried to pull it off the roll. This is a must needed change. I discussed this with the campground staff and they said other thicker toilet paper would create a situation where they would have to pump the septic tanks several times a season.

The staff was very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The grounds were very nice as well. The bathrooms left a bit to be desired, but not the worst we have ever seen. Our neighbor WAS the worst. Her cursing and screaming were our alarm clock each morning and this appeared to be...normal. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and will likely find ourselves here again (hopefully with a different neighbor).

Stayed 2 night Sunday and Monday. Quiet campground. Rented one of the Dome Cabins, with own restroom and shower. Roomy, clean and updated all around. 2 adults and 1 disabled young adult. Room for his sleep tent. Really quite pleased with this experience. Nice folks in the office.

We had a wonderful, quiet weekend at the KOA Freeport/Durham, Maine. We expected a more peaceful stay with the timing—summer winding down and kids back in school—and it was exactly that. At the same time, it is easy to see why this campground would be a premium destination during peak season. We stayed on a pull-through patio site, and it was excellent. The site was spacious, very level, and appeared to be in awesome, nearly new condition. The patio furniture was a great touch and made it easy to relax outside by the fire. At night, the open view of the sky gave us some beautiful stargazing. The utilities were modern and worked exactly as expected, including strong water pressure. The campground itself is clean, well kept, and welcoming. Every staff member we met was super friendly, and the washrooms we checked were very clean. The camp store was also a pleasant surprise, with lots of unique gifts and fair pricing. This is a very dog-friendly campground, which we appreciated. Another fun feature was being able to visit and pet the horses at the on-site stable. The pool area looked great as well, especially the water slide—definitely something we would enjoy on a warmer or busier trip. The location is another major plus. It is close to Freeport, with great restaurants, shopping, and plenty of nearby attractions. It is also a great area for biking, with state parks and outdoor recreation close by. Overall, this KOA offers a comfortable, polished camping experience with spacious sites, friendly people, clean facilities, and plenty to do nearby. We would absolutely stay again.

The only minor problem was that my site wasn't ready when I got there and had to wait a few hours before I could move onto my site. They offered another spot for the night if I wanted and did what they could to make up for the inconvenience. Other than that this place is a wonderful park with great people and accommodations.
