We unfortunately only got to enjoy one of our two night stay due to a sick kiddo however, we loved the location, staff and amenities that we booked a long stay for next July 4th. The entire experience was fantastic! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was so yummy and well worth the modest fee. We cannot wait to enjoy more of what the KOA in Durham has to offer in 2024.

We always have a great time when we are here!!! This time we stayed when there was signs of a hurricane. The winds were wild. We lost power but they assured us they were working on it. And sure enough our power was restored in about an hour. We would definitely stay here again!!!! The people that work here are very professional and nice.

We were a little disappointed no activities where happening. You should warn about possible sap on your car from trees. The cabin was more spacious then we thought it was going to be. The playground was very nice.

This was THE VERY BEST!! All of the staff, especially Tiffany went out of their way to help us through a very trying time. LARGE sites, very well maintained. Never had such a wonderful experience.

Nice experience, this tent deluxe cabin. A lot of storage, and kitchen well equipped. Could be very funny with young kids. Very noisy however, inside and outside, in reason of the 'wall' made of strong cloth type, we heard the noisy late and early bird neighbors from each side of the cabin. The campground is well located, near the Outlets and LL Bean, etc. Thanks for the welcome.

Not the best. Bedding was like sleeping on a soft rock. We believe there is mold all alo g the lower portion of the Dom, can't sa u for sure but it appears to be. No activities, and really did not offer much on the actual campground. Rained Friday so the pizza was canceled. What a shame you all can't offer a covered area where the pizza was still offered.

We loved our camping cabin that slept 6. Very spacious and secluded location. The bathrooms were extremely numerous, spacious, and clean. Friendly staff, and great amenities including a lovely pool and large playground. This is definitely one of the best KOAs we have stayed at. Thank you!

We stayed in the deluxe cabin. It was fully stocked with bedding, towels, dishes, appliances, and cooking utensils. We had our own shower attached to our unit. The grill had a full tank of propane, and the patio furniture was clean and in good shape. The store was nice and the staff was friendly. They had some trouble getting ice. We used the pool and it was good sized and clean.

everything is always awesome! From the initial booking to the checkout. My only suggestion would be to use 2-ply toilet paper in my bathroom, and also a plug-in nightlight (I forgot to bring one) and at age 80, I often make a few trips to the bathroom during the night! (smiles) Have my reservation booked for 8/2024. The office personnel were absolutely wonderful....efficient, courteous!

We have stayed at your campground almost every year for for the last 15 years. We love to explore Maine and your campground serves as our home away from home while in Maine. My husband and puppy came down for a weekend getaway from northern Maine. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean facilities. Our only issue was that we purchased three bags of firewood when we arrived. They remained unopened, as we weren’t able to use them during our stay. When we asked for a refund on the unused wood, our request was denied.

We had a great time, but the toilet paper was so thin I couldn't even pull the weight of the roll with the paper and it shredded constantly. The hand towels were the same. It was substantially thinner paper than any other KOA I have stayed at. It was disappointing because the rest of the site was great!

The beds were not made (in other KOAs when I've paid for this type of accommodations, the beds were made), not big deal but a huge annoyance after a long day of travel. The office closed at 4pm which is ridiculous. There was no place to get ice or wood after 4 once we returned to the campground. We would not stay here again.

Lifelong camper, 1st time glamper. We’ve stayed here in tents, trailers, & motor homes, so when carpenter ants threatened our family reunion location I decided to give glamping a try. Excellent experience! We stayed in a cabin. The bathhouse was clean. The staff were super friendly. We stayed over 4th of July weekend and enjoyed the pancake breakfast. Spacious and lovely!

We had a great 5 night stay in one of the cabins, nothing fancy but it kept us dry on the rainy days and there was plenty of room for sleeping. My children especially enjoyed meeting other kids at the playground and pool. The pool was nice on the hot days my only issue would be the older kid who kept dropping F Bombs around the young kids,let’s just say she was famous with the other parents I me

Nice sized site. Plenty of activities. Staff was pleasant. Neighbors were awful; loud & inconsiderate. Not KOA's fault, but wish something more could have been done to have them knock it off. Was a bit disappointed there was no pizza that weekend but the staff explained why, which helped.

This was my third year at the campground, and it was better than ever! Everything always looks so clean and well maintained. The activities are fun and entertaining, and high interest. We participated in the family-style meal, and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. We already booked our stay for next year!!

Check in was fast & Friendly. I stayed at a cabin and it was very clean and the frig, microwave and heater all worked. The bed was better than I thought it would be and I slept great. It was very quiet at night. Everything was great and I will return.

We stayed in the dome delux cabin and the inside was nice but a lot of cob webs and the 2 heaters couldn’t heat the cabin enough for it to stay warm. We stayed in oct and inside never got above 60 during the day and 58 at night.

Appreciated how clean everything was. Did a camping cabin with my dogs. The cleanser? Smell was very strong the first night/gave me a headache. The heater perfect for the nights. Bathroom/shower were nice. The fenced in dog area great. Will be back at least once next year!

A very nice campground with friendly and accommodating staff. Our site was a back-in and very roomy. Lots of grass and the trail around the park is lovely. We will definitely stay again as we weren't able to see as much as we wanted around the area due to an ill pet.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in one of the smaller cabins. The showers and bathrooms were always clean and in great function. Located in a quiet wooded area, which was wonderful! Still close enough to town for a great shopping and eating experience. There were a lot of activities throughout the week for those who wanted to participate. Wonderful stay! We love Maine, so we will probably stay here again! Price was great! I have chickens back home in Ohio, so seeing chickens on the property made me miss mine a little less. Thank you!
