We love this campground. We have booked the same 2 weekends every year for the past 7 years! The owners and staff are super friendly and they do an amazing job with the themed weekends! This year the pool had been redone and the kids LOVE the new slide!

Stay away from site E25! Absolutely no drainage. After rain the site was a mud pond! Some sites have crushed stone but not all and campground is very low. Bathrooms did not have toilet paper 2 of the mornings we were there. Shower walls in ladies room were not cleaned well. Someone’s hair was clinging to the shower walls the entire 6 days we were there. Won’t return to this one �

We have a 20 ft. trailer. Our site E33, was great. Lots of room. Very relaxing campground, wooded sites. Lots of camping cabins for other family members to stay in. Staff are very friendly, no issues at all.

Poorly maintained sites and roads. Disappointed with the marijuana smoking all over the campground and smoking in pool area, golf carts drove way too fast and after dark, and the cost for families is too high. KOA bills itself as a family resort. It used to be 2 adults and 3-4 children per site. Now you pay for each child. It is no longer affordable for families. After 30+ years, rethinking KOA.

Very nice young women checked us in. Our site was Very Muddy and there was a large pot hole on the road right in front of site # E23. We should have asked for a different site. But we did not complain to management. The road into the park had lots of potholes. The road really needs work! Our site was nice and wide. I understand they have had lots of rain but …….

Nice staff, clean campground, cordial fellow campers, ice cream sundaes, Christmas in July with a train ride through the campground for the kids...what's not to like! Our site was large and accommodated our 38' motorhome and a tow vehicle, patio was paved with nice furniture and a grill.

Stay was nice. We were there for two nights in a pull through site for our 5th wheel. Site was nice and level. Campground offered a lot of outdoor activities; pool, frisbee golf, horseshoes etc. People in office were very cordial.

The bath houses were dirty and there was a lot of standing water in sites and in large potholes on the roads. Not the koa experience we've come to expect. And the quarry started work at 7am so lots of beeping from trucks backing up for hours in the morning.

I couldn't use the pool as it only has ladders not stairs. I'm unable to use rhe ladders. We had rain on our second night and our site had 4 inches of water across the whole thing. Our outdoor belongings were floating. I couldn't get out of our camper to pick up things without wading through the water. The next morning, we were floating in water.

Stayed in wooded site facing large open area, site had usual table and fire ring with water and electricity. The site had some roots but that's what wood sites have. There was pool, and play area for kids and seemed like a lot of activity. We were there to do other things so did not partake. There were two rows of big rigs in the bright sun on the other side to the large lawn. No issues like it.

Only stayed 2 nights. Campground was awesome! Super clean and organized. We were able to set up awning to awning which was very cool. It down poured Saturday afternoon but we were able to stay in the pavilion with the big fireplace. Definitely a hidden gem. Owners are awesome!!

I thought it was a great campground. Great location. Really nice firepit and patio pull though with plenty of room for my truck and fifth wheel. Truly big rig friendly.

Really enjoyed the quality of the campground. The hosts are friendly, the campgrounds are very well kept. The property is roomy and spread out. We had an RV site and a cabin, which worked perfectly for our family. My only wish is that the Inflatables are not set up during the week, nor is the Pizza Kitchen or Breakfast pavillion. We stayed Sunday - Thursday, so missed any "extra" activities.

Access and interior roads needed attention and some dust control. Grass and grounds needed mowing and weed control. Extreemly expensive to stay at this KOA.

Fantastic campground. Nice huge campsites. Nice walking. Seasonal campers were well kept. Very clean. Large dog park and nice pool. Owner was a great host. Celebrated Christmas in July, ice cream sundaes, bingo, and so much more. Highly recommend !!!!!

By far the worst KOA we’ve ever stayed at. Bathrooms were filthy and smelled of feces. Staff was rood The campground itself was a sand pit. We stay a KOA parks every time we travel and have never been disappointed. Until now all parks we’ve stayed in were beautiful with wonderful people. If this had been my first experience with KOA I’d never stay there again. I’m glad I know better.

Advertising a big slide in there pictures for kids, traveling with our grandson so we went there. Unfortunately it's not there. Power issues with first site and I do believe they are aware of it, because they moved me as soon as I let them know about it. Next site was fine. Campground roads are not in the best of shape from the time you pull on to the private road until you get to your site. Would

When we arrived at our campsite, D 10, it was underwater; making it so that we could not set up camp. We were there for 4 nights and were only able to stay out and enjoying a fire one of the nights as every other day we would smell weed and/or cigarette smoke. We did not feel as though we could enjoy the campgrounds for this reason. The one plus we liked about the campground was the large dog park

The only reason I did not rate it a 5 was the wireless was very slow. My wife and I were up visiting our grandkids and I needed to work remotely a couple of days. I brought a verizon Jetpack (hotspot) but the Verizon reception was not very good as well. Love the sites and the room between campers, staff was amazing. Cheers, Dean and Doralie

Had a very nice stay, the staff at the campground were very friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave a four star was the water pressure was a little low but it didn’t affect any of the hospitality and amenities at the campground

Awesome experience, campground and employees were extremely nice, bingo nite was fun and we enjoyed our selves. Pizza night was canceled due to weather, was kind of disappointed but Mother Nature won’t always cooperate.

Very nice staff! The roads could use some TLC …..probably just worn out from a busy season! Campsites are spacious but the rv sites that begin with B have a quarry right behind them and the big trucks begin at 7:00 am! A little loud! Great gift shop!

This is an older KOA but is still well kept. The people there are friendly and helpful. The sites were very level and well spaced. The location was central to the locations we wanted to see. The Freeport area is very nice with some quaint areas to see.
