WE WERE DRIVING AND NEEDED A CAMP SITE FOR OVER NIGHT. THE CAMPGROUND WAS EASY TO FIND AND THE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER WAS VERY FRIENDLY. IT WAS A FAST AND EASY CHECK IN PROCESS. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CAMPGROUND FOR THE EASE OF THE PROCESS.

Just overnight stay. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. This is our 3rd stay here.

Loved the layout, the amount of trees in the campground, and the space between each campsite. Campstore personnel were exceptionally friendly, helpful and extremely accommodating. The restrooms were clean with plenty of stalls and showers. Within 10 minutes of downtown Lexington, yet far enough away for a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. Definitely on our list of favorite campgrounds.

Seems like in its day it was very nice. The site we had was not very level, our sewer hook up was 30’ from our connection point, the fitting our sewage line screws into was totally stripped. Tanks would not drain as there sewage line was very much higher than our trailer. Water / sewage won’t run up hill.

Clean campground with with full hookups but distant shower facilities. Campground is behind and administered by a Days Inn hotel. Shower house was a LONG walk away from our assigned campsite. Narrow curvy roads for the campsites up above the main area. Surprising quiet for being so close to the interstate. Great place for a quick overnite while traveling.

check in was a breeze. everyone very nice. the area is beautiful and peaceful. the only complaint I have is the 2 campers across the way from our campsite did not have their two large dogs tethered in anyway. I thought the rule was that dogs had to be tied or fenced in some way so that all campers felt safe. I know I could have complained at the hotel, but we were only staying overnight.

Nice and clean. Roads a little tight in upper area for Class A. Sewer connection needs to be brought to ground level, not 12 inches above.

Very clean and accessible and free ice through the ice machine. Wish you had a change machine in the laundry facility. Your appliances require exact change. We had to walk up to the hotel where the check in was to get change, since we had already set up our campsite prior to going to the laundry only to find out we needed exact change and there was not a change machine.

I was very disappointed with my stay at ]the Flatwoods KOA. I have stayed at many KOA campgrounds and this is the first time I have been disappointed. You have to check in at the Days Inn. There is no KOA office/ store for incidentals and no information sheet about ice, firewood etc. Very disappointed.I have worked for KOA in the past and there is no customer service at this one.

Unusual location, behind a Days Inn. Check in at the hotel, but campground is quite a ways behind it. Campground had everything we needed, but 2nd night we were all alone in our section of the campground. Long way to the laundry and ice. Beautiful fall weather. Hookups are good, gravel sites, needed lots of adjustments to get level. Big full moon and night sky.

The campgrounds were beautiful and the facilities were very clean. The check in staff at the hotel were super helpful and friendly.

We have stayed at this campground several times, always as an overnight. The employees are always friendly, and this trip they changed the date of stay for us without problems. We have learned that if driving a class A towing, it is difficult to maneuver on the road to little valley so we disconnected at the hotel. The car has to be in front of the rv in those sites anyway.Prefer Big Valley sites.

WiFi is bad it goes in and out all the time. The spots are really too close, no privacy at all. The dog park was awesome except not to good for small dogs. Ours ran right threw the fence slats. The bath house was extremely clean and comfortable. Excellent location close to everything you need.

Very convenient and well kept KOA. Some interstate noise, but we sleep well with a noisy fan running, so no issues. The check in process is unusual but was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Definitely a good lay over spot.

While the sites were ok, there was no access to cable and wifi was basically Non-existent. Staff at checking were fine but you never saw anyone after that. I would rate it as ok. Nothing to write home about

While the location is convenient to the Interstate, the lack of reinvestment into the campground's maintenance is really starting to show. Sites are extremely unlevel, at least three of the pedestals had electrical issues (open ground) and water spigots are leaking However, the campground is quiet with access to nearby amenities a plus.

Love that this is right off of interstate; wonderful that grandkids could go to indoor pool at the Days Inn; the bathrooms are nice and clean. Glad that there are pull thru sites since I cannot back up camper a very long distance. This is our second stay and it will not be our last.

This place is gorgeous. Very clean and well maintained. It was so nice to walk to water and woods restaurant and the food there was good. Would definitely recommend

This is a smallish RV Park in proximity to a Days Inn, and an Amphitheater. The full hookup pull through gravel sites are off asphalt access roads, and mostly level. The convenient hookups are modern, and functioned properly. No cable tv, 3 OTA stations (PBS), and a big sky for satellite, their included WiFi was mostly okay, but did not always provide a reliable signal - Verizon cell service is good. Not much of a destination, it is a good overnight - check in at the Motel, and travel down the hill to your site. Good clean bathrooms, and free ice - bonus.
