General Campground Information

Late Registration

We are open 24 hours a day, so you can still check in if you come in after dark!

Pool Hours

Indoor Pool 8am-10pm
Outdoor Pool 8am-Dark

Limit Two Pets

Only 2 pets are permitted at each site. Pets must be on a leash at all times and are not to be left unattended or allowed in pool area, playground, or campground buildings except for service dogs.  Please provide proof of vaccination. Pets are NOT allowed in the cabin.

Check In Procedure

Here at the Flatwoods KOA, we are different than most KOAs in that our check-in office is located inside the front desk of the Days Inn and Suites.   To check-in, simply park your camper at the entrance to the campground and walk into the front desk of the hotel to go to your spot.  Safe travels and happy camping!

Check in Times

Check-in is 1 pm for Sites
Check-out is 1 pm for Sites

Check-in is 3 pm for Cabin
Check-out is 11 am for Cabin

Firewood Policy

Firewood is purchased at the Front Desk of the Days Inn and Suites

Quiet Please

at 10:00 pm all guests are asked to turn off all outside TV's and radios, and to keep the noise to a minimum.

Trash

Please help us keep the park clean by picking up your paper, cans and bottles. Full garbage bags may be hung from the lamp post and a maintenance person will be around to collect them daily. Please do not leave bags unattended; wild animals and birds love unattended garbage.

Security

A uniformed security patrol will periodically partrol the park from dusk to dawn.

Wild Animals

KOA at Flatwoods is frequented by various wild animals. Do not attempt to feed, touch, or in any way approach these animals. As wild animals, they may become aggressively defensive.
