Check in was odd. Although amenities were listed as pool usage and hotel amenities, it was quite a distance between campground and hotel. Only 2 showers.

The bathhouse had AC this year which was a positive. A negative was the odor that smelled like vomit. No soap in the dispensers, paper towel machine not working properly. The power supply (site 22)kept blowing fuse when I tried to run my additional ac. My primary ac unit in my pop up worked so was not an issue luckily. Otherwise the stay was nice, quiet, and the staff at hotel was nice, courteous.

We stayed in the top tier site 32 we had to ask for it to be mowed, the weeds were very tall ! There wasn’t any fire wood and when we paid we were told it would be delivered to our site but it was not delivered ! We were refunded the cost of the firewood . The lodge full of furniture from a hotel renovation. The pool was a drive away at a hotel with a lot of construction workers. Very disappoint

Very nice staff. Clean and easy to park our trailer. But, this is the first KOA campground I've been to that did not have a card controlled gst. It was just open.

It’s a shame that this park has been allowed to deteriorate. It must have been beautiful. We stay because it is half way to our old stomping grounds and it’s pretty easy to get in and out. At least the grease was mowed and the trash collected this time.

Great site, number 7. Slightly off level side to side. Pedestal 30 amp had a defective ground but used a dog bone on the 50 amp and had power. Office notified and 30 amp should be fixed.

Not easy figuring out where to check in. Sight was nice size, getting to it was a little difficult as roads a narrow in spots. Rain may have washed some out.

Did not get the section that was promised. would have been impossible to walk to bath house because we were up so high. The sewer connection was to high it ran uphill. Camped a lot of campgrounds , never seen won like that !

Quiet, restful stay. Surprised the grass was so high along the edge of the camp roads - made us walk our pet near camping spots vs outer side of the road.

We were only there for one night but had a great stay. The view was wonderful. The dog park was nice. Easy in and out of the campground. The bathhouse was clean and spacious. Location near the Walmart for supplies. The truckstop was an easy location to fill up and Moe’s to fill us up �

It’s a great option during our travels. Only drawback is it seems to lack some maintenance. The lawn was quite long and it is getting overgrown at the pull through sites.

Very quiet. Loved all the trees. They didn’t come by and get the trash daily, actually not at all, like we were told. Washers & dryers were in desperate need of work.

To be honest this campground is better suited for overnight stays. I would only use it for that purpose. Not very well maintained, trash pickup was iffy. I’ve stayed at many KOAs over the years and this is the first time that I wouldn’t recommend.

Fine for one night but room for improvement, Road to campground is windy, narrow but doable. The dog park was not usable. The grass and weeds were knee high. It look like it had not been mowed all season. Also the size is very small, especially with the open areas around it. Also garbage was hanging on poles, as requested,and not picked up from previous day. Sites were roomy and otherwise fine.

Travis, at guest check-in, wasn’t very friendly. We seemed to be disturbing him. Just didn’t have the KOA friendly greeting that we normally get at check in. The stay was good and the facilities were clean.

80 dollars for no amenities other than a shower house. We had full hookups but thats it. This place is getting delapidated and its clear its lacking in maintenance.

Perhaps you should close this campground because it was practically deserted. The camp site I was assigned was a half mile walk down a hill. The trails were poorly maintained, trash was lying around and facilities were not well maintained

Was a fine stop overnight, but the site had trash around the area and a full trash bag that was not emptied from the previous stay.

I have stayed in many KOA campgrounds, and this was the worst. Check-in was hard to find. Campsite was hard to find. Little to no lighting after dark. Single bath house was not walkable because of steep hill. And it smelled bad. This is not a KOA. It is the back yard of a chain motel.

The road into the campground says not suitable for heavy trucks. That made us wonder if that included the RV. When we registered, and got to our site, there was garbage scattered all over-literally all over. Nobody had checked the site after the previous camper left. Nothing was mowed; grass in the dog path was up to my husband’s thigh. No doggie bags either. The RV park is an afterthought.

The campground is clean, but the sites are large-graveled and unlevel. The adjacent Days Inn is part of the Hotel/Campground complex and the pool is located there quite a way from most of the camping sites. There is a very large amphitheater that apparently hosts concerts and events, but it was very quiet during our stay. Mediocre at best for a KOA.

I asked for a site with shade, got alot of sun. Site was on top of hill far from bathroom/shower. Noisy neighbors with motorcycle traffic well after 10 pm. Site not well kept, weedy, tall grass around it. Showers were stuffy, no exhaust fans. Not my best experience at a KOA.

This campground is very nice. For larger rigs, I would recommend staying near the amphitheater. The hill climb up and down to the other areas is brutal, and very narrow. The campground needs help with maintenance; the dog park was way overgrown and no poopie dog bags were available. The nature trails were not cared for and there was poison ivy everywhere.

Long pull-through so you don’t have to unhook trailer. Facilities were excellent and we decided to shower in the bathhouse instead of the trailer. Thanks for a wonderful one night stay.

This is always a great stop when travelling on I-79 through WV. It’s also great to be able to use the amenities at the hotel while there. It’s an easy in and out when on the road.

Our stay was ok Disappointed that the grass had not been cut in some time. The setting was beautiful. At check in I was given little info. I asked where to pick up firewood following my purchase. I was told - I'd see it? He had no clue. He could have said it's at the gate. Trash wasn't collected daily. They need on site staff.

The sewer hook up had no cover, the fire pit was not cleaned and the trash from the last campers remained in our site for our entire stay, even though we asked for it to be removed and we were told it would be. The traffic noise was a lot, there were only a few campers who were quiet and friendly. Other than at checking, I saw 0 KOA staff members.

We stayed overnight in a pull thru site on 4/30/26. You have to register at the Hotel before you go down into the campground. The sites are nice with a decent amount of room. Most of the sites look pretty level. The campground is pretty hilly. We stayed at site 66. It is nice and dark at night. The internet service was real good. The Hotel is affiliated with the campground, so the indoor and outdoor pools are available to use as is the fitness center. There is a restaurant in the Hotel also. There are hiking trails onsite and also an auditorium.

Used as a base to explore the area, decent size pull though. Clean bath and laundry but a little on the small side, free ice in bath house. Good WiFi and cell service. Easy check in staff was pleasant. Stayed 3 nights would stay again
