We had a great time and we’d go again. There are two areas that I think additional investment will make it an even more pleasant experience: 1) bathrooms are hot and stuffy, I suggest more ventilation 2) tent pads are so deep with wood chips tent stakes don’t work well. Something should be done about that.

CJ was more personable this visit. Staff was helpful and friendly. Check-in time for tents should be 12noon or 1p (3p is too late), but we appreciated that we were able to get on earlier. Should offer delivery service for wood & ice.

Stayed twice on my way to and from New Mexico, both times I felt at home. The place is clean and welcoming. The general store is very nice for some quick items you may be in need of. The staff is so incredibly friendly and kind. Quiet in the evenings with gorgeous trees to shade you from the heat. 10/10. I will say more rocks or mulch need to be laid down due to high amounts of dust in the camp

I just needed one night as I was passing through and Flagstaff KOA location was perfect. The campground was neat and tidy, and the restrooms and showers were clean.

Very clean bathrooms and showers, beautiful campsites, friendly staff and family-friendly activities and playground. My one complaint is that the KOA sits directly under or adjacent to flight corridors utilized by regional air traffic, medical evacuation flights, and police/fire support. We heard helicopter flights all night long both nights and during the day as well.

I reserved a pad that had wood chips and was given a dirt one. The showers had globs of hair and toothpaste on the walls. The hot water didn’t work on one dishwashing sink and the cold water didn’t work on one bathroom sink. There also wasn’t any ice. I understand it’s camping but when you pay almost the same price per night as a hotel, you expect things to work and be nice.

Tent site 128 was perfect for us. It was quieter that the original site we were assigned next to a very large RV group. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Location was great and it was a clean campground and safe location. The store had many great souvenirs!

Very convenient to the Arizona Trail which we were bikepacking for four days. A bit of traffic noise, but it mostly dies down at night. Staff was very friendly and helpful in allowing us to change our assigned tent site, which was in the middle of the RV sites and without a tent pad, to one on the perimeter in a less busy and quieter area.

Booking and check/ great. Amenities/good. Bathrooms/clean. The only notes I have: 1) We were not warned about the pack of small pigs that might invade the camp in the night. That was a surprise. Luckily, we had cleaned up our camp area but others near us had not. 2) I was approached by someone that was not camping that asked for the shower code. I alerted staff.

This campsite was amazing. Our site was clean with a spot for our tent that was flat and padded with mulch/woodchips. The fire pit was on a brick patio making it nice to set up chairs. The bathrooms/showers had a heater on at night, had cold & hot water, and were cleaned daily. Both the bathrooms and laundry room were near our site. They also had lots of activities for the kids to do. Loved it!

Honestly I’ve stayed here over the years and it’s become a bit rundown. Bathrooms are covered in mold and in need of a desperate gut and redo, the site where we were staying at trees in awkward places. I had a terrible experience trying to get a specific site and the lady who takes calls when the office is busy was very much like “not my problem” kind of attitude. This might be our last st

Friendly staff, great location! The amenties are great. I loved the park and the pillows. The park is located right next to couple hiking trails. Making it a hard not to have everything you need for a great trip all in one place! The bathrooms, showers, and amenties were clean. Thank you for having me.

As a car camper traveling from Oregon to New Orleans with a stop at the Grand Canyon the facilities were excellent, clean and the staff were wonderful managing my need to be close to restroom as at 75 that is a priority

I have stayed here almost every year for over 10 years. I love the place. I used to bring my granddaughters when they were younger. So much for kids to do. Now I stay when I travel down to AZ. I have never had a bad experience. So clean and the staff is so nice.

We stayed in tent site 136 it was great the weather unfortunately was not so we had to leave a day early but the staff fully refunded the extra night without asking! Highly recommend and will be back!

Facility very nice and clean. Our site was close to the highway so we heard the train at night. Maybe next time we will request a site away from the highway. Overall really enjoyed our stay at the Flagstaff KOA.

With easy access and a spacious wooded location, this KOA has many amenities for campers to enjoy.

This KOA is a little on the pricey side, but our site did include both water and electric hookups. While it may cost more than some other campgrounds in the area, the location is extremely convenient. It's close to shopping, restaurants, fuel, and many of Northern Arizona's top attractions. Flagstaff makes an excellent base camp for exploring the region, including the Grand Canyon and other nearby destinations. The campground is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Overall, the convenience and location help justify the higher price, and we would stay here again when visiting the area.

We were traveling in an RV with our two standard poodles just passing thru. I was impressed with the dog parks, yes two of them. And the fact that you can hike the trails right out the back of the park. Everything else was pretty standard koa, staff friendly, nice playground including a jumping mat. We will come again
