General Campground Information

Rv/Tent Sites- Check in 3pm. Check out 11am
Cabins/Lodges- Check in 4pm. Check out 10am.
Please plan your arrival accordingly so our campground team has time to prepare your campsite or lodging accommodation for your stay.

Campfire Policy and Fire Restrictions

Most campsites at Flagstaff KOA Holiday have a fire pit. Guests with their own above-ground fire pit are also welcome to bring it for use at their campsite.Campfires are subject to current fire restrictions and weather conditions in Flagstaff and Northern Arizona. Fire bans may be implemented with little notice during periods of elevated wildfire risk or wind.Please check with the campground office upon arrival for current fire restrictions. Guests are responsible for following all posted campground and local fire regulations.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.Please be respectful of your fellow campers and keep voices, music and other noise to a minimum during quiet hours.

Pet Policy

Pets must be well-behaved and kept on a leash at all times outside of our off leash dog park.
Pets are not allowed in the playground. 
Pets may not be left unattended outside at your campsite or in cabins. 
Pets are allowed in our cabins for a one-time cleaning fee.
If they poop, you gotta scoop! We have bags and doggy dumpsters spread throughout the park.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made prior to the deadlines below will receive a refund of the deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within the cancellation window will result in the forfeiture of the one-night deposit.Cancellation Deadlines:
  • RV Sites: 7 days prior to arrival
  • Tent Sites: 7 days prior to arrival
  • Camping Cabins: 14 days prior to arrival
  • Deluxe Lodges: 14 days prior to arrival
  • All Other Lodging Types: 14 days prior to arrival

All cancellations must be made before 4:00 PM (local campground time). For example, if your arrival date is July 20, you must cancel before 4:00 PM on July 13 for RV and tent sites.
Camping is an outdoor experience, and while we always hope for great weather, conditions are beyond our control. Once your reservation is made, we hold your site exclusively and turn away other guests; therefore, deposits and refunds are handled according to this cancellation policy, regardless of weather conditions. 
No Call / No Show: Guests who do not arrive and do not notify the campground will be charged for the full stay.

WiFi

Wi-Fi is available for guests at Flagstaff KOA Holiday. Connection speeds and availability may vary depending on campground location, weather and periods of high guest use.

Flagstaff Weather

Flagstaff's mountain elevation means weather and temperatures can be different from other parts of Arizona. Even during warmer months, mornings and evenings may be cool.We recommend checking the Flagstaff weather forecast before your arrival and packing layers for changing temperatures during your camping trip.
