The staff deserves a 5 star. Yhe kids activities awesome.The cabin could use a good cleaning. Under the beds disgusting. The cabin cookware provided was rusty and Teflon and should be thrown out and replaced due to health concerns.

We stayed in a comfort cabin. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. Showers were very old but at least they were hot.

Overall, it was what I wanted. I liked the cabin and its location. It was quiet both nights. The microwave and fridge were nice extra amenities. And it was nice having a bedlamp. The one thing most needed for improvement is repair the facilities in the bathhouse. Both urinals were out of order, and one of the toilets was loose on its floor attachment. Otherwise, thumbs up.

Everything was exceptional with my stay from the host at check-in to the property itself. I would like to make a recommendation though. The cabin that I stayed in needs some TLC (Tender Loving Care) as the exterior could use a good pressure wash and some attention to detail to remnants of dog hair as you enter the cabin. Overall I would recommend this property.

Overall the cabin fit outr needs nowever the price was pretty high for the size. Biggest complaint was the floor-swept but not washed…may white socks were black from walking between the kitchen and “living room”.

The kids activities are why we choose KOA over other campgrounds and none of the kids activities were available during our stay. One of our outdoor seating areas was very dirty. We requested it to be cleaned so we could use it.

We enjoyed our camping cabin very much. The space between 4 of them had great views of the sky and trees. The spigot with a red top near the restroom didn't work well. And the urinal that did not have an 'out of order' sign did not flush. Mostly we love the space you have. Ventilation in men's room could be better when people are showering, but that might get cold in winter.

I was exhausted after driving several hours and I couldn't even check in 1 hour early. Had to drive around another hour. Then, they didn't have the key ready for the cabin. I loved being in Flagstaff, otherwise.

I’ve stayed here a handful of times over the years and this stay, like in the past, was a real pleasure. The location is pretty close to I40 and easy to get in and out of. The grounds are set in a picturesque area, are clean and welcoming for families and set up really nice. The cabin was immaculately clean, the bathrooms/shower room were very clean with great hot water. Highly recommend!

Although our cabin was not very clean, (floors had not been swept and dishwasher had dirty dishes in it), we truly enjoyed our stay. Heather and Serena made us feel extremely welcome.

Great cabin! Clean and beautiful Fun trails, Dsisapointed the community center was completely closed and that the rental bikes were full price even if they were very old and broken and needed more oil on the chains.

We were assigned cabin number 5, and unfortunately, the bed was in BAD condition, with bowed slats that caused the mattress to sink. WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO SLEEP SLEPT ON THE FLOOR! We communicated this issue to the front office staff and were informed that the manager would contact us; however, we have not received any follow-up. The quality of the bathrooms was POOR. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I had a pleasant 4 day stay in one of the simple cabins ccc08. Backed up to a nice trail system full of bird and other wildlife. Say a jackrabbits, squirrels and deer. MT Elbin looming and catching the morning sunshine very nicely. The ground are very well kept with many activities for young families. Lots of shade on the grounds. The staff was very pleasant. And really helpful

Wonderful overnight - camping for 1 night is a lot of work - KOA has a "GLAMPING" option that was perfect for our 1-night stay! The bed was so cozy, the room/tent was incredibly clean, & we loved spending time walking the grounds/playing at the park & jump-pad. The only "negative" were the front desk welcome staff. I think you can be more friendly to your happy campers. Regardless, 10/10!!!

The staff has been amazing and communicative. We have enjoyed our stay very much. One employee has really shined during our stay and that is Odalys. She was so nurturing to our grandchildren during crafts and games. She is kind, patient and what a gem for KOA!

The people were great and the cabin was clean, but the stove and microwave both stopped working, there were numerous small broken fixtures, beds not very comfortable. It was an okay stay but it felt probably too expensive for what it was.

The mattress in the cabin we reserved needs to be replaced. It sunk in the middle and was lumpy. My husband & I had a sleepless night because of the mattress. We were truly miserable with little to no sleep.

This is our second cabin stay. First time was earlier in the year w/ snow & it was fine because there was a heater. During the summer was ridiculously too hot in the cabin w/ 0 relief from the tiny fan & no air flow. Also didn't feel safe after my young boys used the male restroom before bed, left the restroom to meet me outside, and another creepy camper came outside naked.

I have stayed here at least four times. I was disappointed this trip due to the women's restroom being so messy and the cabin being extremely hot. There was only a fan I and it did nothing to help with the heat. For almost the same price, I get AC in other KOAs.

The cabin was spacious and clean! The supplies for dishwashing, trash bags, etc were lacking. There was a big patio with a very clean grill. All in all a fun time.

My wife was chosen to be a recipient of a Most Deserved Person prize for 2 night stay in a cabin at KOA Flagstaff for her victory over pancreatic cancer last year. We were treated so kindly the entire stay. We are so thankful for the thoughtful staff and all the kindness everyone showed us. Our stay was overall great. They made accommodations so that we could stay near our friends cabin. My only complaint is that the women's restroom near our cabin was "out of order" and they didn't reopen it for the rest of our stay. It was difficult with young children to use the only available restroom at the front of the property. This also made it extremely crowded.

Love the quiet and rest we get at this campground. I wish they would give us the cabin I ask for (CC1) which has more shade then the one we get each year. I made reservations in January and the girl (on Friday 7/3) said somebody reserved that cabin before me? Anyways, we enjoy the stay at CC2 each year because it is so private. Just needs more shade in the afternoon.

Staff were very very friendly but we were really disappointed in the cabin we were in. We paid a premium price for facilities. In order to get hot water in the shower you have to turn the bathroom sink tap to hot and leave running. Water pressure is so low while showering it was even hard to rinse shampoo out of your hair. We enjoy the KOA in Flagstaff. The cabins were new to us since the last time we stayed there. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The only thing we couldn't do there was the horseshoes because there were only two left. Maybe they could invest in more and keep them in the office like they do at the Williams KOA. The weather was great!

Great stay. The campgrounds were kept in great shape all week we were there. The Grandkids loved the activities and the staff that administered them. Would defenitely stay there again.

The campground itself is nice and has convenient trail access. We have stayed before in the basic cabins, which were great. This time however, we stayed in a deluxe cabin for the AC. But it was a huge plug in unit in the living area which did not work properly and kept blowing out hot air instead of cooling. So we have to open windows, and there was a party next door to us who were very loud.

Our stay was mixed. Pro- the team accommodated getting us in a site that would fit us better, as the auto system stuck us in a small spot. Con- as we were getting led to our site, although we were told we'd clear a huge rock, we didn't...our leaf spring hanger broke. Pro- the team was able to extend our reservation and allowed us to have a mobile welder come fix us up. Con- having all the check ins in line at the front door, right where we need to drive to get to the dump, was very frustrating. We'll be back.... this was our 2nd stay, but first with a big rv. Update- stayed again in fall 26, no changes. Watched a fellow camper drive over another rock at the end of a site. They were lucky they didn't destroy their truck. Why have rocks at the end of spots?

Very well kempt employees all around not just office help...Registration check in by phone previous to arrival was easy and KOA had a plan B for late arrivals...Staff was willing to help with anything and always available and accommodating...I thought it would be loud next to a very busy, during the day, road, yet evening comes and all quiets down...2 dog parks side by side and a really cool playground for the littles 4 wheel bikes that look like go carts to rent, a jump pad for the extra energetic littles, seems to be busiest in the evening, no pets in the littles play area to keep them safe and clean while at play, scheduled events on Fridays and Saturdays arts and crafts for free, bingo, cheap to buy in and another game I have no idea what it is also cheap to buy in...They have tents up to rent and I think cabins as well...I opted in trying a tent site with water and power...each of the tent sites near me all have a fire pit on legs and a picnic table...This morning I woke up to cars parked in tent sites for a safe place to sleep in your car and still have restrooms and showers. The laundry room with adjoining restrooms further from office I did not use, however, there is an outside sink up there to wash dishes which I enjoyed rather than making more waste with plastic utensils and throwing out good stury water bottles. There is a recycle bin next to the household garbage bin with pictures to ensure, you can recycle what and where...Overall the park is large, quiet during the day even with all the leaving and arriving traffic...Very pleasant place to stay with everyone enjoying all the fun sites and activities including shopping in the Flagstaff area. Much quieter than I expected after seeing how many different sites there are...Some sites have wooden fences in between them for privacy, just an overall great crash pad even if one is to big for the littles jump pad.
