The campground itself is nice and has convenient trail access. We have stayed before in the basic cabins, which were great. This time however, we stayed in a deluxe cabin for the AC. But it was a huge plug in unit in the living area which did not work properly and kept blowing out hot air instead of cooling. So we have to open windows, and there was a party next door to us who were very loud.

I want to send a huge shout out to a gentleman with a leaf tattoo by his ear i think, forgot his name but he went above and beyond! We had an issue with ants and he kept finding solutions for us and checking up to make sure the ants where gone. That man was EVERYWHERE! Also the lady at the activity trailer was extremely sweet! Only things that would make the camp better is maybe a little more

Loved the glamping tent! Wish the online description stated that there was a firepit/chairs and outside table w/chairs. The online description also showed 2 comfy chairs inside and there was only 1 and one of the lamps was really too big for the nightstand and had a hole in it and was leaning on the bed when we arrived. Even with these minor things we will definitely be back and staying again!

The roads were not very clearly marked, causing confusion & people driving the wrong way. The Deluxe Cabin (Full Bath with Tub & Shower) was decent enough, but the lack of ability to alter the ceiling fan speeds and (understandably) dusty & dirty floors made it more challenging to get fully relaxed. The 2nd floor height was much less than expected but workable. Thank you for the morning coffee!

It was pretrt good, clean sites and bathrooms. Sites are so close together and we didn't realize we couldn't have a campfire until 8pm. We started ours at 6pm and we were told to promptly put it out. We are usually in bed by 8pm so that didn't work for us. Other than that everything else was good. We got a cabin for the same price as a hotel room but minus the privacy and amenities.

When we arrived at the cabin, someone had left two heaters running..the temperature in the cabin was like an oven...it took a long time waiting for the temperature to drop to a comfortable degree in spite of all windows being open and the fan running...cabin was nice and the in cabin microwave and small refrigerator was appreciated.

Really enjoyed the glamping tent!! There was an issue with the zipper, but fortunately no bears dropped in for a visit! Very nice site, a little too close to city traffic, but still quiet. At least lots of conveniences available!

The cabin was great, as-advertised. I did have cold water for a couple of nights. When I called it to the attention of the staff, they fixed it right away. The manager never got back to me regarding a partial refund for the trouble. I would return, it was a nice place.

It was only a 1 night stay. Check in and out process was easy. The glamping tent was secure, although the zippers were a bit hard to open/close at times, and kept out almost all light. We had the tent closest to bathroom which was both good/not good as the smells wafted over a few times in the evening. It had a mini fridge/Keurig with pods/fans/heater/ comfy bed! 1st time glamping, would do again!

Love the park and staff! Couple maintenance issue in cabin. Poor water pressure in shower and shower lite doesn’t work. Bunk mattresses very thin for adult comfort. Really impressed with active snowplows in park. Office staff excellent as always.

The glamping tent was very nice, clean, and comfortable. One downside of winter camping was that the electric service had insufficient amperage to run a heater and other electronics without tripping the breaker. We had to buy a portable propane heater for comfort. Road noise was also noticeable at this site The staff were friendly and responsive at the KOA, and the camp was clean.

The lodge was wonderful - however, we upgraded to it because the cabins with no bathroom are a very far distance from the public bath house.

Always perfect. Cabin was fabulous. Had a refrigerator and microwave. Very comfortable for my dog and I. Dog park was clean and a good size for large dogs. Will be back.

This KOA was ridiculously expensive for a cabin that smelled like smoke, wet dog, and urine. I could have gotten a nice hotel online for less than the $120+ that I paid and regret that I didn't. I've been a KOA member for many yrs and this was my worst cabin experience. Now they even leave an envelope for a tip. Nope. Not one cent.

The glamping tent was great. Super clean and very comfortable. Loved that there was a small patio also! Site is also equipped with chairs/fire pit and separate eating area with chairs! Really nice !

Nice site. Clean and organized and the lady at the front desk was awesome. As always it was expensive ($120) but was better than sleeping in a tent as it was 32F that morning.

This was our first time staying in a cabin. We've been tenting people our entire adult lives but as we are getting older, the basic cabin was a great and much easier way to tent camp without the tent.

For the $350.00 dollars I paid to stay in a cabin, I should have slept like a baby for that price. It was next to the public bathrooms that all night long a revolving door slamming from people going in and out all night long. Horrible placement for a cabin. We left there do tired and worn out.

Nice campground in a great area - caters strongly to RVs. We used a Kamp cabin as we had our cat with us - not impressed with the heating they provide; a standup electric radiator. Not very safe to use with pets and they should re-think this. Also the path to the cabin was narrow and it was too easy to bump your head on the corner of the roof - again a re-think is needed to make it safe.

I like staying at KOA. My only issue is that most campers had fires going starting on the late afternoon thru evening (9 pm), and the burning wood smell in the air was heavy.

This KOA is a little on the pricey side, but our site did include both water and electric hookups. While it may cost more than some other campgrounds in the area, the location is extremely convenient. It's close to shopping, restaurants, fuel, and many of Northern Arizona's top attractions. Flagstaff makes an excellent base camp for exploring the region, including the Grand Canyon and other nearby destinations. The campground is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Overall, the convenience and location help justify the higher price, and we would stay here again when visiting the area.

We were traveling in an RV with our two standard poodles just passing thru. I was impressed with the dog parks, yes two of them. And the fact that you can hike the trails right out the back of the park. Everything else was pretty standard koa, staff friendly, nice playground including a jumping mat. We will come again
