While we enjoyed our stay at KOA Flagstaff, the site itself was a huge problem. We paid extra for a patio site, as we always do. The patio was lovely but the rest of the site was cover with large river rocks that were impossible to walk on. Walking to and from the patio, car or sewer and water hookups was a treacherous ordeal. It was difficult to balance or not have your feet sliding around.

Office/maintenance staff phenomenal. Wifi phenomenal. Forest-feeling phenomenal. Roads to sites mind-bogglingly narrow and impede easy ingress and egress. Entire passenger side living spaces of many sites fully covered in 3 inch rocks hard to walk on, pose a stumbling hazard, significantly reduce site enjoyment. Hit-or-miss whether sinks/showers in secondary bath house will have hot water.

Only one night while traveling but my wife and I enjoyed our time there. We especially liked the walking paths for our furry friends.

The staff deserves a 5 star. Yhe kids activities awesome.The cabin could use a good cleaning. Under the beds disgusting. The cabin cookware provided was rusty and Teflon and should be thrown out and replaced due to health concerns.

Kinda tight for a 40’ 5th wheel, but double. Staff was nice and helpful. One night stay because we were on the move.

3pm Check-in sucks, No trash pickup, Big dog park (But dirty), Don’t bother coming here unless you have a KOA Patio - Sites are the smallest we have even seen, One of the best Streaming WiFi we’ve seen. 3 small stacks of fire wood for $24, Staff is very nice and accommodating, close to everything in the city of Flagstaff, interior roads are narrow and old.

We enjoyed this KOA. Lots of pine trees with a mountain backdrop. Staff is friendly and helpful. Power, water and sewer all were great. Good Wi-Fi for devices. Laundry room was clean and good washer/dryers that use credit cards not quarters. We did not go into the bathrooms. Staff was always seen cleaning cabins and sites. Hiking trails nearby and close to gas and grocery store.

We really enjoyed our 6- night stay. The tall trees, space between campsites, and extra long sites were positives. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a well-managed, well-designed location that has easy access to both the 89 and the 40. We would stay here again.

Staff was very helpful in helping us get a site that would fit our rig. Moving us to a site that would work for us. Yes it also came with an extra cost when the site that was booked said it would fit our camper.

Bathrooms the urinals did not work. The shower heads were at a level for real short people and the stalls were real small. Fort Beale in Kingman was cleaner and the shower stalls were nice sized and was half the price of your KOA. Will not be back to your Koa.

Checked in after hours. No shower codes on the map left for check in. When staff followed up via text the next morning and I mentioned it, there was zero comment - not the code, not an apology - nothing. Navigating the camp was difficult in a 30ft RV. Site was very difficult to get into even tho a pull thru. Sites right on top of each other like sardines. I would never return or recommend

Lovely rv park Pleasant surroundings and friendly staff A couple of the showers didn’t work. One basin didn’t have cold water. Overall very nice though.

We were really in for one night and gone the next morning. The site was clean and tidy. Loved the chairs and tables and the grill but didn’t have any time to enjoy them. The showers were small and the shower head minimal. It was easy on and off the freeway.

We stayed in a comfort cabin. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. Showers were very old but at least they were hot.

Site are nice big size and the bathrooms were very clean. The store had a good selection for those that may have forgotten something.

The facility is very close to town, and the site we were given was level and had everything we needed. I really like the hiking access right from the camp.

Wonderful campsite and very friendly staff! The bathrooms were extremely clean. They were very helpful in recommending areas to go around Flagstaff! When we checked in, we realized we had no fire pit, and they went out of their way to find one for us and brought it to the campsite! Highly recommend again!

The sites are overgrown with trees and lots of stumps, narrow almost pathways to navigate to get to your site…. Probably ok for small units or tents but not suitable for larger trailers or motor homes… small sites, no street lighting and very dark to walk or drive at night… will not be staying again.

We are from Florida and have stayed there 4 times, and it is our last time. The site they gave us was one of the worst we have had in 90,000 miles of travel from Florida to California. Good bye.

Our stay was mixed. Pro- the team accommodated getting us in a site that would fit us better, as the auto system stuck us in a small spot. Con- as we were getting led to our site, although we were told we'd clear a huge rock, we didn't...our leaf spring hanger broke. Pro- the team was able to extend our reservation and allowed us to have a mobile welder come fix us up. Con- having all the check ins in line at the front door, right where we need to drive to get to the dump, was very frustrating. We'll be back.... this was our 2nd stay, but first with a big rv. Update- stayed again in fall 26, no changes. Watched a fellow camper drive over another rock at the end of a site. They were lucky they didn't destroy their truck. Why have rocks at the end of spots?

Very well kempt employees all around not just office help...Registration check in by phone previous to arrival was easy and KOA had a plan B for late arrivals...Staff was willing to help with anything and always available and accommodating...I thought it would be loud next to a very busy, during the day, road, yet evening comes and all quiets down...2 dog parks side by side and a really cool playground for the littles 4 wheel bikes that look like go carts to rent, a jump pad for the extra energetic littles, seems to be busiest in the evening, no pets in the littles play area to keep them safe and clean while at play, scheduled events on Fridays and Saturdays arts and crafts for free, bingo, cheap to buy in and another game I have no idea what it is also cheap to buy in...They have tents up to rent and I think cabins as well...I opted in trying a tent site with water and power...each of the tent sites near me all have a fire pit on legs and a picnic table...This morning I woke up to cars parked in tent sites for a safe place to sleep in your car and still have restrooms and showers. The laundry room with adjoining restrooms further from office I did not use, however, there is an outside sink up there to wash dishes which I enjoyed rather than making more waste with plastic utensils and throwing out good stury water bottles. There is a recycle bin next to the household garbage bin with pictures to ensure, you can recycle what and where...Overall the park is large, quiet during the day even with all the leaving and arriving traffic...Very pleasant place to stay with everyone enjoying all the fun sites and activities including shopping in the Flagstaff area. Much quieter than I expected after seeing how many different sites there are...Some sites have wooden fences in between them for privacy, just an overall great crash pad even if one is to big for the littles jump pad.
