The signage getting to the park could be. Better. I’m happy I arrived in the daylight. I very much appreciated the escort to my sight. Clean Bathrooms, friendly, quiet park.

It was a short stay but it was very nice. The natural forest area beside the property is great for hiking. The dogs loved that area. The sites were in good shape and fairly level. The park was quiet even though there were a lot of occupants.

I love this campground. Have stayed many times. A great stay before monument valley!

I’m sure you have heard this before but I find it very disturbing that you have checkout at 11 but close the restrooms at 10. You don’t allow check in til 3 so why not clean restrooms between 11 and 3???

This is a great place to stay. Staff is very friendly and accommodating… Beautiful location with hiking, biking, etc., great location

I enjoyed staying there. I love the mature pine trees as well as the flowers. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Great bathhouse BUT the stall doors are trashed! Many sites are very not level left to right! Signs encourage saving water with short showers. If you were serious about saving water you’d tear out the antique toilets and put in low water modern ones! It’s sad to see a KOA that is so neglected in so many ways too many to detail here.

We loved the trees and dog park. The roads were real bumpy for the rv’s.

Having a check in of 3:00 is too late. The excuse I received was that they want to make sure all is clean before arrival. What is there really to clean at an RV site? We will not be going back. The grounds were clean but needs updating.

I had an accident in the park and the staff was very, very understanding. They are making a lot of really good upgrades to the park. The park itself is backed up to Federal land that you can access for walking your dog off leash if you feel to do so. I can't emphasize enough about how great the staff is. They made our trip worth it. I highly recommend this park.

We arrived at this KOA during a light rain. The site we stayed at was muddy, and there was a rocky hilly climb to avoid the mud. The price per night was very expensive compared to most other KOA’s we have stayed at. There is no pool and it’s not very level. There are very nice hiking trails attached to the campground. Overall we probably would not return to this KOA.

Charming KOA set in the foothills in north flagstaff. Close to great hiking trails. Good for dogs with plenty of open space for walks. Only negative was bathrooms are dated and lots of renovation activities underway.

We love this campground. It's an older one, but it is tucked up on the side of the mountain with direct access to trails. The staff is amazing. Kat helped us with everything we needed. With easy access to everything in the Flagstaff area, it's a wonderful place.

I have stayed here several times but this time was not a good experience. The water was shut off two days in a row. The office calmed I was notified but was not. When I called reservations to discuss compensation I was told they would call me back. No one ever called back. I was in a premium spot which was not inexpensive.

Staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. Campsite was clean and they deliver firewood straight to your site.

We reserved space 181 and were very pleased with the deluxe patio and the view. The interactions with staff, very pleasant. We could see all the new upgrades being done! We will return anytime we are traveling through or visiting the area. In an email you asked if there was anything we would made the great spot even greater, privacy panels not fence but trellis or metal on patio on street side.

Had a great stay overall and would recommend. Just a few things for feedback - some areas of construction were quite dusty, and caused me to have many sneeze attacks when it was windy; please update your infrastructure soon so campers with EV vans/tracks can book with you (our friends were unable to stay with us because KOA doesn't allow EV vehicles).

v low water pressure/flow. New RVs w/ tankless water heaters require a certain flow rate to keep the heater going... this was an issue. But otherwise, nice camp. Staff was great!

This campground was NOT up to the Koa expectations. Needs a lot of work to make it a nice campground.

With easy access and a spacious wooded location, this KOA has many amenities for campers to enjoy.

This KOA is a little on the pricey side, but our site did include both water and electric hookups. While it may cost more than some other campgrounds in the area, the location is extremely convenient. It's close to shopping, restaurants, fuel, and many of Northern Arizona's top attractions. Flagstaff makes an excellent base camp for exploring the region, including the Grand Canyon and other nearby destinations. The campground is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Overall, the convenience and location help justify the higher price, and we would stay here again when visiting the area.

We were traveling in an RV with our two standard poodles just passing thru. I was impressed with the dog parks, yes two of them. And the fact that you can hike the trails right out the back of the park. Everything else was pretty standard koa, staff friendly, nice playground including a jumping mat. We will come again
