Flagstaff KOA is a beautiful campground, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Bathrooms and showers were clean. Camp had a mixture of RV sites, cabins, tent sites. The RV site we were in, had a patio table with chairs, a bbq, and a fire pit. My dogs loved the dog parks. We will be back!

It was a nice campground, would be nice to have more trees around. But all around we were pleased.

We enjoyed our stay overall and the staff was friendly, but there are a few things future guests should know. The RV spaces are pretty tight, the bathrooms feel a bit outdated, and the “Flagstaff Tourism Surcharge $8/night” was confusing, especially since we’re Arizona residents just passing through on our way home. Clearer information about that fee during booking would be appreciated.

received an email after we left on our trip across that you changed your check in time from 1 pm to 3 pm. Mind you we made this reservation through your web site of KOA back in 2025. We noticed the email the day we were to arrive at Flagstaff. We called your direct number on May 3 at 8:03am and talked to a girl name Terri. Explained the situation to her and she was very rude. St 4 needed gravel. Waded in inches of dust. Trees dropped sap on car & RV. Made reservations to be next to sister & were 7 sites away. Computers & receptionists NOT accommodating. Site next to us empty 4 of 5 nights! No escort to site & no trash pickup as at other KOAs nationwide. Staff rode golf cart thru next site and kicked up dust storm over us. Shared Water hookup on wrong side of camper

The one problem I had was that there was sap all over my car and trailer afterwards. Otherwise, I was pretty happy.

Lots of trees, very nice. Front Desk staff are nice. Beware they do not allow early checkin, it’s 3:00PM for RVs. Different than a lot of other campgrounds. Sites can vary in size as expected, make sure your selections matches your rig. A number of the sites are not level, not a priority to maintenance which can be a an issue. Would I stay here again, no!

We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the Flagstaff KOA. Staff was friendly. We only stayed one night but would love to return in the future.

The campground is in disrepair, spaces are close and is tight getting to your site, there was a site with no working electric and the sewer was backed up. Debri and holes all around, the kids and dog park are not maintained, the young staff was very nice and helpful in the office, but there were some older ladies who weren't. Disappointing, I would only recommend for convenience, maybe.

Campsite was just fluffy dirt y dirt. And there was a barking dog on the other side of the fence at a trashy trailer park

Camp site 13 was hard to get in with a 29 foot trailer so we up graded to a pull through and the drain site was plugged plugged and we h had too move different site, but they treated us well.

Amazing. Only issues we had were the showers didn’t get hot and our propane grill stopped getting hot on the 2nd day.

Great camping for our 1 night stay. Right off the Hwy. Our spot was level. A little weeding needs to be done, but otherwise, a good campground. Would stay there again.

Great place to stay. Nicely located. Address is incorrectly marked in Apple Maos. It is on the west side of UU89 at the stoplight.

Stayed Only 1 night but liked all the trees. Very clean. Nice staff. Patio is a bit small with our slide-out had to move chairs and table.

Love the park and its location, but we were disappointed to find that the weekend breakfasts were dropped in favor of an activities trailer.

Very nice RV Park, they seem to be doing a bunch of work upgrading the place. Interior roads are a bit tight, but doable. Everything else is excellent.

The people were awesome,, I have a very large fifth wheel, the space we were in was very narrow, the sides sloped down and had large river bed rocks on the slope between the camp sites. Then the camp sites were so narrow, our neighbors did a fire in the fire pit, it was within 5 feet of my RV, right next to the propane tanks, not a good option, but the sites were so narrow that was only place.

At $98 per night the cramped pull thru site I had is $25-$30 overpriced.Check out Horse Shoe Bend Roam America and see what a $98 site should look like.

Our space (156) was not paved and the other spaces around us were. The rocks made it difficult to walk around, especially for our dogs. The restrooms were close by and clean.

Nice campground. However, shower had no water pressure and the water temp was lukewarm at best.

Roads are narrow. Only 1.dump for the whole park. Great little store. Had everything you need. Very friendly.

Great location, Checking in was very easy. RV parking stalls need to be leveled. Roads need to be upgraded. Shower rooms need an upgrade. I'm guessing no upgrades have been performed in a few decades? I will keep this location in mind when traveling through Flagstaff in the future, but I will check other RV parks in the area first. I don't mind paying $10-$15 more a night for a better facility.

Great 2 night stay. Staff was very friendly at check-in. Sites are pretty close together and not well screened. Out site was near the entrance and had a lot of road noise. Probably not a problem with sites further away. Bathroom/shower conditions were clean.

With easy access and a spacious wooded location, this KOA has many amenities for campers to enjoy.

This KOA is a little on the pricey side, but our site did include both water and electric hookups. While it may cost more than some other campgrounds in the area, the location is extremely convenient. It's close to shopping, restaurants, fuel, and many of Northern Arizona's top attractions. Flagstaff makes an excellent base camp for exploring the region, including the Grand Canyon and other nearby destinations. The campground is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Overall, the convenience and location help justify the higher price, and we would stay here again when visiting the area.

We were traveling in an RV with our two standard poodles just passing thru. I was impressed with the dog parks, yes two of them. And the fact that you can hike the trails right out the back of the park. Everything else was pretty standard koa, staff friendly, nice playground including a jumping mat. We will come again
