Campground needs some care. Broken asphalt roads leading to campsites. Sites not level mostly due to the dirt ground wear and tear. Toilets need remodeled. Hand dryer is in the rear of the bathroom. Bad location.

Doesn't look like any investment in upgrades have been made since we've stayed here over the years. Sites are very tight with each other. Miss the breakfast venue for their egg burrito's. It's an OK place to stay a night for transitioning but not great if you're interested in visiting Flagstaff...

The campground is pretty but does not come up to standards of other parks. Bathrooms are terrible dirty and I have received better accommodations in lesser parks. The spot was completely unlevel they did give me a whole $40 back but it did not make up for the rv not being level, lack of sleep falling etc all they could say is no one else has ever complained!!!! What a terrible response

We noticed the positive improvements to the park since our last stay. Site 145 is much safer with the patio paver leveling. We really were not fans of the VERY heavy metal patio chairs though. They are very difficult to move. We'd say to put in chairs similiar to the constuct of the adirondock chairs that are cleaner looking and lighter to move. We had a great time and will return

The staff was very accommodating and friendly, grounds were clean, loved access to the local trail system, only challege I encountered was backed up toilets which rendered only 1 working. I will return again.

Close to the shopping, clean campgrounds, Firewood delivery to your campsite, Friendly staff, 3 different hiking trails. and on-site activities for the kids. We will be staying there again.

The first spot they put me in had a 7” difference between the front and back of my rv. Had to move to another spot and it had a 5” difference. I expect that the spots would be level. This park does not as I saw numerous rvs that had a lot of blocking to get their rvs level. The spots are in horrible shape, unlevel, not maintained, can’t use pinic tables due to levelness and very old and in p

We were assigned a space next to the kids air trampoline. You should have them notify your guests of this before assigning them the "worst table in the restaurant". Roads are narrow and shotty

Excellent location in Flagstaff; quiet at night. I have to say that the premium price charged implied a premium experience. It’s just a functional rustic facility and it could definitely use a facelift and the grounds improvement.

The staff is very friendly and extreemly helpful. This park is close to a grocery store, restaurants and lots of great recreation sites. This park is more geared for smaller trailers. We had difficulty getting in and out of the park with our 34' 5th wheel as the site we were assigned was near the back of the park in an area with very narrow roadways.

We always enjoy our stay at the Flagstaff KOA. It is very beautiful but close enough to downtown Flagstaff to go out to eat, shopping or go hiking.

We only stayed one night as is our usual traveling back and forth cross country. My only suggestion is that the Kamp K9 areas be lit at night. Also the smaller area was filled with those goat head plants and I had to remove stickers from both of my dog’s paws.

So lovely to stay at this location. Everyone at the check-in/gift shop area was nice. The gift shop was packed with all the things you need and then some. The spots were all so nice, but could use some cleanup of some of the leaves. The leaves in our campsite practically covered the sewage line. It took some digging to find it. Otherwise, such a lovely campground and centrally located!

Beautiful, clean park with lots of trees, backing a gorgeous mountain. They have a cute little store for sundries, and will bring firewood to your campsite. We really liked the place, will return, and have already recommended it to friends.

Staff are extremely friendly and love the location. Unfortunately, the camp is really run down. Sites aren't level and its very tight to maneuver around with larger RVs. For the price you pay for a site you'd hope for a nicer looking place to stay. Again, love the staff not the park itself.

Worst spot in the whole campground. Right on the front corner everyone walks by all cars drive by and a street light that shined in my window all night!. Why would you put anyone in this spot with so many others available. I am new I would have thought you would want to impress me.

Only an overnight stay but it was clean, the staff was very friendly, and I enjoyed having trees in the park. It looked like there were a lot of activities for all ages and will definitely be back for a longer stay. The only drawback was of course, the same with all KOAs, traffic noise, or trains, etc. But minimal ,and ease of getting on and off the major highways is tolerable

KOA park has nice improvements since last visit. Sites seem to be more maintained. Also, l like having coffee and toaster oven available in the office.

Everything was excellent. Site 143 with the table and grill work well for camping with our daughter and son in law. The big patio and fire pit made for a memorable stay. Issue 1) A big issue. Somebody was smoking dope and the breeze brought it through our camp site. I will need to check any campground that I make reservations at and verify no dope smoking Loud music beyond the camp sit

I’ve stayed so much I might as well move in�. Whenever I travel east this is my go to camp ground. Nice grounds, great facilities, super nice staff. They are always accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. HIGHLY recommend.

This KOA is a little on the pricey side, but our site did include both water and electric hookups. While it may cost more than some other campgrounds in the area, the location is extremely convenient. It's close to shopping, restaurants, fuel, and many of Northern Arizona's top attractions. Flagstaff makes an excellent base camp for exploring the region, including the Grand Canyon and other nearby destinations. The campground is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Overall, the convenience and location help justify the higher price, and we would stay here again when visiting the area.

We were traveling in an RV with our two standard poodles just passing thru. I was impressed with the dog parks, yes two of them. And the fact that you can hike the trails right out the back of the park. Everything else was pretty standard koa, staff friendly, nice playground including a jumping mat. We will come again
