Even with wood blocks the auto leveling system could not reach level.. The area for setting up patio chairs was weeds and unlevel. The quiet was nice..I will look for different place to stay on my next trip to Flagstaff.

Was not able to get level but got close site was nice easy access. Staff was great and the campground is clean. Would stay again if in the area.

Office staff very friendly and helpful. Our site happened to be way off level and the fire pit was right next to the next site obviously hadn't been used in years.the table was on a hill they just need to update a few things in the sites.they we're pretty full but in the large pull thru sites maybe a little configuration change like elimination of one site per row.

Nice park. Site was pretty level. The turn to get out from 25 to go left is hard with a longer rig due to the closeness of the cabins and the huge pine tree. Consider reworking that area to go right, not left

The campsite and staff were great! Campground well maintained. The only reason it is not 5 stars is the power hook ups. The 30 amp did not work. Used my 50 amp adapter but the power kept over and under volting which caused issues with fridge and house batteries.

The staff is great, the property is beautiful, but they have the worse WIFI service of any KOA property or for that matter any other RV property we have ever visited. Over the 7 days of our stay, the WIFI system was consistently disconnecting and reconnecting with our devices. The nice people in the office said "it is just the location of the Park, and there is nothing that can be done"

On the KOA website the camp looked very nice. When we arrived at campsite we felt like sardines , everyone is so close together and neighbors fire pits are right by our trailer. Neighbor was smoking us out. Staff were very friendly and they were always out cleaning park, but unfortunately this park is just old and run down and needs updates. I would not come back.

This was a fantastic stay and beautiful campground. We are planning to come back with the entire family. Made our weekend a breeze with hook ups, table, chairs and grill already set up. All employees were so friendly and willing to help. They also have a store if you need to purchase firewood ect. Would absolutely return.

Let me say this was our first time at this particular KOA and I will say it will probably be our last. The site we stayed in was very uneven and it made it almost impossible to level my RV. Then there was a party going on and I called and complained and the staff did nothing to address mine and other RV owners complaint of the loud noises. Next bathrooms were old and several broken washers

The pad sites were too close together. The price of $120 was absolutely ridiculous.. I would write this as my worst place that I stayed and I’ve gone from Virginia to California.

This is a popular RV Park due to it's proximity to outdoor activities and historical sites. A trail connects to a popular hiking trail. All our needs were met for an overnight stay. The staff was helpful. The park is close to stores, fast food places and gas stations.

I have stayed at Flagstaff KOA often. This time I was put into a site that I want real happy with, although the staff did what they could for me. The electrical and water was on the wrong side of the camper, so I need extensions that went across my area in front of me. Ultimately everything worked out…except the weather.

Mostly a good stay. Could have done without the rain! Ha. Only complaint I have is that most of the sites I viewed were in need of leveling. My site was workable however. Saw some creative leveling techniques.

All the staff were wonderful. We were able to check in an hour early, we got directions to a hike from one of the nice guys driving a wood cart, and the restrooms were clean. I wouldn't have taken a shower in there, though, because the room was too cold. Mind you, this was after the severe storm and things cooled down. It was a good visit, thanks!

Nice to camp with trees around but can be a challenge. Glad to hear some improvements are planned in the near future, including a removal of a tree.

I get that there are relatives or employees that need a fulltime place to stay in an RV park. However they should be clearly separated from other sites. Site #150 in Flagstaff should be eliminated. It is immediately next to a camper that is a complete yard-sale with stuff and litter around it. Neither the camper nor the site are maintained. Worst site we’ve been in all summer.

We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff was friendly and helpful. Getting into out sites were easy. The restrooms and showers were always clean. The laundry room was clean and the washers and dryers were in good working order.

The people were nice, roads and sites are tight but nothing too new. Our bigest complaint would the "satelite friendly" site had no signal, even after moving around in it 4 times. We are still KOA people!

Fine for one night but the sites were very tight. Our water hookup was literally two feet from the RV next to us.

Uneven pads, no sewer hookups, we were stuck next to the noisy dog park and you could hear traffic all day and night. You should keep a record of your customers preferences so like us we do get full hookups. Doubt we’ll return to this koa. Oh and we were double charged but after we went to the office 1 charge was refunded. Good luck!!

Nice clean park that has clearly been set up to maximize revenue for the owners. Spaces are jammed together to the point of being crowded. Coupled with adjacent campers who knew nothing about camping etiquette (they and their 4 kids walked right through our camp within 2 feet of our trailer about 50 times on the way to the bathrooms), we were glad to get back on the road. Unfortunate:-(

It is an old rundown Park. The roads are narrow. The sites are dirt. Large trees everywhere, threatening roof and sides. Picnic table was warped. Lack of directional signs. Exit??? No flush hose at dump site. I couldn’t attach to my black tank flush. Sites are way too close together.

It needs a little TLC. Sites need new gravel and some leveling. Sites are very close together. Staff was very friendly. Location is very convenient to Flagstaff. Ok for a one night stop

We enjoyed our stay. Nice shady spot, that was easy to get into. The girl I spoke to (can't remember her name) to fix my reservation, that I messed up, was so helpful and friendly! I wish you had monthly spots/rates since we will be in the area for 3 months.

This KOA is a little on the pricey side, but our site did include both water and electric hookups. While it may cost more than some other campgrounds in the area, the location is extremely convenient. It's close to shopping, restaurants, fuel, and many of Northern Arizona's top attractions. Flagstaff makes an excellent base camp for exploring the region, including the Grand Canyon and other nearby destinations. The campground is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Overall, the convenience and location help justify the higher price, and we would stay here again when visiting the area.

We were traveling in an RV with our two standard poodles just passing thru. I was impressed with the dog parks, yes two of them. And the fact that you can hike the trails right out the back of the park. Everything else was pretty standard koa, staff friendly, nice playground including a jumping mat. We will come again
